“This was my first visit but I had such a fantastic time. We came for karaoke and had an absolutely incredible time. Typical homey bar atmosphere. A very friendly bouncer who watched out for our stuff when we were singing. The only mild complaint is that the mixed drinks were weak, though they tasted great. We drove a long distance to find karaoke and are very glad to have ended up here.“

“I’ve seen some of the poor reviews but I can honestly say that this is my new favorite place. It’s authentic and has good food and the atmosphere is awesome. Once inside you’ll think you are in Temple Bar in Dublin. Most importantly, the Smithwicks is on draft and ice cold.“
“The server, Karen is friendly and helpful. The crab dip is amazing. I live in New Mexico and visit Maryland once or twice a year. The Tavern is a must visit numerous times on each visit. Every time I make sure the crab dip is part of my order.“
