“As a transplant from Texas, we have been searching and trying a lot of Mexican restaurants. This little restaurant tucked away in a shopping center was a pleasant surprise. Wife liked her margarita and beef enchiladas. I enjoyed my carne asada with yucca and plantains. It is probably one of the better Mexican (type) restaurants in Fredrick area if we do not consider Guapo’s and Ixtapalapa.“
“OH MY GOD, where do I begin?!! I have been to and worked at MANY restaurants throughout my life, and I have to say that this one is just about at the top of the list! First, the entire staff was friendly, hard working and on top of everything! Our server Maryann couldn't have been more sweet and attentive. You could tell that she genuinely loved what she does. Secondly, the food was AMAZING!!! Everything that we had was FANTASTIC! Several of us ordered the All You Can Eat. The oysters, clams, mussels and crab legs were so fresh, hot, plump and delicious!!!! The fried shrimp and hush puppies were hot, crispy and delicious!! The crab soup was EXCELLENT! The steak was cooked perfectly. The Chicken Chesapeake was INCREDIBLE and so big that we had to take home half of it. Even the drinks were great. I don't think I've ever been to a place that EVERYTHING was perfect! I was happy for 2 days afterwards just reliving how wonderful everything was. We own a limousine company and from one owner to the owners of this establishment, YOU HAVE MASTERED YOUR TRADE!! I can't wait to get back there again!!“

“My daughter and I had spent an afternoon in Frederick and wanted to try this place because I had heard of it before, so it was our first time being here and it was a very early dinner for us. I didn't realize how expensive dinner was the plate I was looking to order was $40 and I just couldn't justify that on that day because I had already spent so much money. The receptionist tried to make me go upstairs and then try to make me sit in some high chairs after I told her that I had a bad knee, so that was kind of annoying. But our waiter was a delight, and super friendly. While we were waiting for our dinner which was a salad and an order of poutine, a nice young man brought us over a sample of some soup. That soup was delicious! In fact everything we had was delicious including the French onion soup that I ordered. I had never had a french onion soup like that it was probably the best ever! We would definitely be back for lunch and a butterscotch creme brulee that I didn't get to order because I was stuffed and we had to run.“
“Stopped in on our way through town. Greeted by Jessica who apologized for the delay and asked for our patience. She took our drink order and brought our drinks over a few minutes later. We were then greeted by Craig, who was very friendly and outgoing. Both he and Jessica took their time giving their menu recommendations on a very slammed Sunday evening. “Amazing food, excellent service. Can't say enough positive things about Wags. Recommend for anyone visiting downtown. Keep an eye open for the entrance as it's about ten steps below street level. I had the Grilled Cheese hamburger and a cup of White Bean soup, both specials the day I visited.“
