“Food is amazing. My husband and I left with a full stomach. We got the combo for 2. It came with 2 rice bowls and 2 side dishes. We picked spicy flavor for our soup, fish and beef as proteins, and bean curd sticks and king oyster mushroom as toppings. For the 2 side dishes, we chose fried pork belly and housemade sticky rice cake. The flavor of the soup is bursting with flavor and put a smile on my face. Everything was delicious and I can't wait to come back. I will be dreaming of that delicious rice cake dipped in brown sugar syrup.
PS. Music is not too loud like other places so it's great to be able to talk to your company.”

The Ravini Politiko, coconut cake was the best I ever ate! The Thalissina, seafood pasta had plenty of seafood in it and delicious. Even the cappaccino was delicious, very smooth, no bitterness and taste great with dessert! The server, Baris, was attentive, friendly and did a great job taking care of us. Great place to eat, homemade dishes and desserts! Highly recommend it. I will be back!”

Yes, if you compare this place with most cheap Chinese all you can ear places, $33 does seem expensive. However, fresh and high-quality food cost me. I am willing to pay extra for good, fresh food. As another example, I was shocked to see a review giving them only 3 stars commenting she got sick (even though she said she loved the food there). I was wondering if she did not cook her food well in the hot pot, or she couldn't handle the spices.”

There is even a focus on low calorie items (delicious) so you can spend your calories on the beer, or just enjoy table conversation while not glued to your phone screen. The signature beer offering in a "yard" doesn't match the German two liter size, which is probably a good thing. Go take a couple of laps around the Rio lake to spend some of the calories you consumed, or even head west to find a good book at Barnes & Noble (still around and even growing).”

To start, this place is honestly amazing. My bf and I first visited a different one in Maryland when we had first started dating and absolutely loved it. We've been to several different steakhouses since then and Ruth's Chris had been one of my favorites. We went again for our anniversary in early December, but this time we came to this location. And we were blown away by how amazing the experience was.
The ambiance is just the right amount of intimate and mellow energy. The lighting is dim enough that it can be romantic, but also light enough where it doesn't have to be. The service is absolutely top notch. Our server, William, was outstanding. I could sit here and write all the details, but honestly I'll keep it as a tease and encourage you to have the experience yourself. They made our anniversary extremely memorable. Enrique, the manager, was also amazing.
The food is outstanding. We ordered the tomahawk ribeye based on recommendation, and it was the perfect amount of juicy, tender, and flavorful. The mushrooms and asparagus sides we ordered were also delicious. The only side to critique is their au gratin.
All in all, this place is worth going back to. And we don't even live in Maryland. Thank you for the amazing experience!”

While I waited I noticed it was starting to get hectic in the store. I only saw one employee putting orders up taking orders making things and I thought to myself wow how will she get to my order. As I saw as minutes went by she kept completing the orders and by the time my pick up time came I went in and realized she was just starting the order. With eagerness I told her that I saw her help all those customers and that I was impressed! Omilia deserves a raise or better yet, promote her to train staff on how to handle the rush and how to deliver. Also please do better at supplying the best products for customers. This location needs more employees like Omilia and better ice cream flavors!”

On my most recent trip, I started with the Chicken Wings, which were delicious but very hot—definitely give them a moment to cool down before enjoying! For my main course, I opted for the Drunken Noodles along with a beer. The noodles had a perfect Thai spice kick. I went with medium heat, and it was intense but flavorful. If you’re not used to spice, I’d recommend going for a milder option.

“My wife and I googled Osaka Ramen & Sushi restaurant and dined in here this past Tuesday night. She was a bit reluctant to eat here at first due to the basic decor and the fact that no one else was dining in. However, once we tasted the food and experienced the friendly and prompt service, we were overjoyed! We shared the Shumai for an appetizer, which was lightly fried with a delicious sauce. Next, I ordered the Miso Ramen which had lots of yellow noodles with vegetables and tofu. My wife ordered the Teriyaki Salmon which came with a salad, Miso Soup, six Sushi pieces. All the items were delicious. We also drank Saki. The server explained that the restaurant had just received their alcohol license weeks ago. To top off the meal, the server gave us each a sesame ball for dessert on the house. We ordered the Japanese egg rolls to go. The bill was only $64! As a new restaurant, we hope Osaka Ramen & Sushi thrives because the quality of food and the value are among the best we have tried in quite a while. We recommend this restaurant with 5 stars!”

I had the Old School, my wife and daughter had wings, and my son had boneless wings. My daughter had the watermelon strawberry lemonade which was very good and both the kids had an ice cream cone. I have to say the cheesesteak was one of the best I have had in the area. Bread was soft and the meat was tender. The Old School has wiz for the cheese. The ladies said the wings were good as well, but I didn't try them. I certainly will go come here again. Parking was easy and the place seems pretty new. There were spaces to sit if you were to dine in as well. Keep up the good work!”

Also we were honored by four songs excellently played on the baby grand piano. Thank you for a delightful dinner, perfect service, and inviting atmosphere. There will probably be a wait for a table but it's worth it if you're in Rio already for a movie or something, as there's really no better place to eat in Rio.”

You have to order off the menu that is only printed in Chinese (there's a different menu with pictures and English which is more standard Chinese American fare). We had a scallion bubble pancake, chengdu garlic steamed pork belly (1 level spicy for these American girls who like a little spice), vegetable fried rice, and steamed pork soup dumplings (have to have the black vinegar and ginger with it). Hands down we would order every one of them again. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. It was super busy and bustling and full of animated conversations. Family friendly but not impacting parities without children. It was not too loud, so we could carry on a conversation easily. Absolutely recommend dinner here for a fun and delicious night out.”

“This was my first time trying Nigerian food, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but overall, it was a pretty solid experience! I ordered the pounded yam with cassava leaf and beef. Initially, I wanted fufu, but the cashier recommended starting with the yam, which turned out to be a great suggestion.
At first glance, there were just three cubes of beef, but when broken apart, it was a generous amount of meat. The flavor was absolutely delicious! While the beef was slightly dry and the sauce a bit oily on their own, mixing everything together created a perfect balance. The pounded yam offset the dryness of the beef and brought the whole dish together beautifully. It’s amazing how the flavors and textures blend in your mouth, creating a satisfying meal.
I’ll definitely be returning to explore more items on the menu! I do think the price is reasonable $25 (with a drink) for what you are getting.

“I admit that I was a little scared when I first came in because there was a wedding reception going on at the time. However, I’m glad that I stuck with going inside and giving Hong Kong Pearl’s nightly dim sum a try because it is one of the best that I had in the DMV.
I love how everything is made fresh from the phoenix claws to the shrimp dumplings and that nothing tasted overpowering. Plus, it was sweet of the waitress to ask if I wanted to order tea. I’m especially grateful to her for bearing with me on my Mandarin.
All in all, if you love dim sum and you want to make date night even more special, then please, give Hong Kong Pearl’s food a try. You won’t regret it. 真的。:)
Vegetarian options: There’s definitely a vegetarian section on the menu, albeit I wish that the dishes were cheaper. Nevertheless, they are tasty. ?
