“What a fantastic little place, and I’d never have found it if local family hadn’t suggested having lunch here. The pit turkey sandwich was so delicious, you’ll be hard put to find better than this. Plenty of nice and super clean seating upstairs, great experience all around. Definitely not my last time eating here.“

“This place has the best sandwiches hands down. They've got a ton of different kinds and all of them are tasty. Try the White House if you really want a good filling sandwich. The cheeseburger and fries are the best in the area. Typical small diner area with enough space for about 20 people. Be warned, this place gets crazy busy during lunch time but worth the small wait.“

“Delish food and I got a cookie ( it was incredibly tasty and I’m not a fan of cookies ) as a gift to my order ! I would highly recommend it for pick up ! They have renovations inside , it would not be very cozy to dine in , but I would highly recommend the restaurant for lunch and pick up !
Parking: Free parking , a lot of spots .
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to go in and out .“

“So far, so good. Had the Italian and the Gandolfini. Both delicious. Be nice if you could customize when you order online. I had to call to get the tomatoes taken off my Italian.
The Gandolfini is a roast beef sandwich with "pink" sauce. Still not sure what that is, but it tasted delicious. Had just enough horseradish to be tasty, but not overpowering. Very good!
Recommend you try this place.“

“Wen in the area, I always get their ham and turkey club sandwich. The lettuce and tomato is fresh as well as the luncheon meat. I am very picky regarding lunch meat. Just the right amount of mayo. I recommend this deli. They are always pleasant and fast.“

“Talk about a hidden gem and don't judge a book by its cover. I'm down in the area at least a few times a month for work and have driven past this place many times. I was craving fried chicken today and when I googled fried chicken in this area, this came up.
Great service, great chicken, definitely will be a repeat customer. Don't let the generic esthetics like the old looking exterior or unoriginal designed sign fool you. This place is the real deal. I can't wait to come back.“

“The ladies that run this Deli/Convenience store are so sweet. If you're a regular and are a little short they let you bring it back. It's really hands down one of the cleanest Delis around here. Their grill and kitchen area is sooo clean. No bugs or signs of rodents. Definitely should give em a try and help out a small business!

“My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and were very happy! I ordered the horseradish roast beef panini and he ordered the polish sausage and sauerkraut sandwich. Both were delicious! The sausage was so tender and flavorful and paired perfectly with the tender sauerkraut and tangy mustard and the soft roll. My panini looked like a picture from a magazine . Perfect flavor . Followed it all with the cream puff with sour cherries it was delicious! Perfect lunch“

“God is good. God is kind. God bless the hands that created this delicious find. Lawdddd have mercy! I had the grilled shrimp and salmon on a spinach wrap and mayne, did it have me doing a lil dance as I ate. You know the dance where it taste so good you can't help but move your body to the "it taste so good" beat.Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. My meal would have been even more perfect with a side of potato salad or mac salad. Maybe even a lil piece of cake. But man oh man..I will definitely be eating here again.“

“They are the best in the business. No one compares to them at all in terms of making food. They're better than most cuisine in the whole state of Maryland. I have never in my life written a review for a food place until I met these amazing people.

“Good ole Marty’s, the question is where do I start…. I moved down here little under 4 years and safe to say I’m a regular here now. By far the best breakfast/breakfast sandwiches around ?. When people ask me about breakfast food i recommend Marty’s 10/10 times. Btw they treat you like family when you come in great little spot and you can eat inside if you like.“

“Stopped by for a quick take-out lunch because I was running an errand in the area. Modest interior with very friendly folks behind the counter. Ordered a cheese steak and Italian sub and fries. Both subs were good and what I hoped for. The fries were exceptional! Battered and super crispy. I would definitely stop by again if I’m in the area.“

“I recently visited Huntington Deli & Market and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I had a mixed opinion of the place, with some positive aspects and a few drawbacks.Let’s start with the positives. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the food quality. The dishes I tried were surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations for a deli located within a gas station. Additionally, the speed of service was commendable. Even though they weren’t busy during my visit, the staff worked efficiently to ensure a fast and smooth experience. However, there were a few downsides that affected my overall impression. Although Huntington Deli & Market is not located within a gas station, the ambiance and atmosphere inside gave off a similar vibe. It felt more like a casual eatery within a convenience store rather than a dedicated deli. This might not be a significant concern for some, but it did detract from the overall dining experience and the feeling of a traditional deli setting.Regarding the specific items I ordered, the cheesesteak was slightly pricey but not out of the ordinary for a deli. However, the real shock came when I ordered the fries. They were ridiculously expensive, and to make matters worse, I had to pay an additional $1 for Old Bay seasoning. This extra charge for something as basic as seasoning felt excessive and unreasonable. In the future, I plan to bring my own Old Bay seasoning to avoid paying for it again. In conclusion, despite the drawbacks and the feeling of it being more like a gas station than a traditional deli, I would still consider visiting Huntington Deli & Market again. The food quality was surprisingly good, and the fast service was a definite plus. However, I would advise avoiding the fries unless the prices become more reasonable.“

“Jake's is a staple in that area. The proprietor's are friendly, very well mannered, pleasant to interact with. The food is above average for it's venue....and the Staff are pleasant and attentive to your request and preparation interest and dislikes. One of my GoTo's when I'm in the area.“
“I went to Young’s Deli based on the TA reviews and because of proximity. The Korean-American proprietor is exceptionally friendly and she makes a great hot chicken sandwich. If it weren’t for the sandwich boards out front of the building, this place might be impossible to find at 20 S Charles St. If I’m ever back in this area of Baltimore on business, I’ll be back.“

“Delicious Nova Salmon bagel/sandwich! But, they are very heavy handed with the cream cheese so heads up if you aren’t a big fan like me. That just means I need to remember to order light cream cheese next time! Totally a personal preference, the food is delish!“
“Oh boy, let me tell you about the pre-game magic we experienced at Johnny's! With a high school state championship soccer game at Loyola on our agenda, my friend, her daughter, and I were on the hunt for the perfect spot to fuel up before the excitement. And boy, did we hit the jackpot with Johnny's! Walking into Johnny's was like finding a hidden gem in a treasure map. The cozy vibes wrapped around us like a warm blanket on a chilly Sunday—it was just what we needed! We settled ourselves at the bar, eager for some drinks and snacks, and that’s where the real fun began. Our bartender was nothing short of a beverage maestro! I ordered a cortado that was so perfectly crafted I nearly swooned. Seriously, it should have been on the cover of a coffee magazine! And let me tell you about their wine list—it’s like a unique art piece. I picked a Pinot Noir to accompany my house-made Old Bay chips, and it was such a delightful pairing that I felt like a sophisticated sommelier for a moment. Now, my bourbon-loving friend was over the moon to discover that Johnny's stocked his all-time favorite brand, FEW. After indulging in wine and coffee that could make any day brighter, we just had to cap off our relaxed Sunday with a round of bourbon. Because what’s a pre-game without a little celebratory sip, right? My friend and her daughter were enjoying their vanilla latte and mocha to the fullest—let’s just say the smiles on their faces were positively radiant! And the cookies? Oh my goodness! The gingerbread and peanut butter cookies were instant crowd-pleasers. I’m pretty sure I’d fight a bear for another bite! Now, here’s the kicker: my friend might live in sunny Florida, but I’m ready to brave the Washington Beltway traffic any time just to return to Johnny's. If they nail snacks and drinks this well before a soccer game, I can't even imagine what kind of culinary genius they have up their sleeves! So, Johnny's, you’ve stolen my heart (and my taste buds)—I’m already counting down the days until my next visit!“
“I found a hidden gem! The food is fresh the Detox smoothie is delicious. Though small the facility is clean and the staff is super kind. She is willing to change or add anything to the food you select. Please check it out for yourselves and leave a kind review or comment, it is that good.“

“This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. I like that there is also a good selection of unique Asian snacks/drinks/sweets alongside the typical options. There is some seating inside as well. Cards are accepted. Pictured is the Mexican wrap + cucumbers (sub provolone/guacamole for pepper jack/avocado); certainly hit the spot on a warm day.“

“This place has been around a long time. They serve breakfast & lunch only so don't F around. They have a decent parking lot that accommodates 20 cars and you'll see construction vehicles blocking things up at times. That's how good the food is and like I said they're a simple restaurant nothing fancy.

“This is the quintessential neighborhood convenience store. It’s the perfect place to go if you need to pick something up quickly because it’s so close by.
They offer fresh, custom, sliced lunch, meat, and cheese, as well as all the other usual convenience, store staples.
The staff is helpful and friendly. You do pay a little more for certain items, but that is the price of convenience.
It is a little bit older of a little and the decor, if you will, is a little outdated, however, it has everything you need.
Having a store nearby is so helpful, especially in a pinch!“

“Please visit this location when you can. Their breakfast bagels are SOOO so good! Don’t even bother going elsewhere for a breakfast sandwich because this place will exceed your expectation. They’re very quick, very nice and it is very clean inside. They do stop serving breakfast at 10:30, like most places, so do make sure that you get there early to order and be delighted.“
“The sandwiches were really good , they weren't exactly what we ordered but they were still good. Prices aren't to bad either , parking lot isn't very big so it's quite limited but for a little corner deli they are pretty good. ?“

“I was supposed to take a photo for the sandwich that I ordered but it was yummy to that level where I couldn’t resist eating before remembering that I needed a photo to leave for this review but anyway, the place is great, the management and staff were decent and clean.
I loved their cheese and eggs sandwich specially knowing they do fry their eggs on spot.
If you are around BWI, you need to visit them and try their food.“
