“Sunny and his team were phenomenal, from their consistent service to their kindness. I remember one time, there was a car in front of me and she was cussing Sunny out over the price of a dozen donuts. After she left, I pulled up and saw he had a smile on and greeted me warmly. I work in customer service and understood his situation, but was surprised by his service - I was quite picky with my drinks (large iced caramel macchiato with 2 swirls, medium coffee with 3 cream and 3 Splendas), and he got it correctly. I also ordered a water and he went out of his way to get an ice cold one for me. His service is always consistent. And they're always super fast in making our orders. No complaints. Just happiness.“

“Perhaps I got lucky but the food, customer service and cleanliness impressed me. I had a coupon that was printed on the back of a previous receipt. They had some trouble figuring out how to input the coupon and thus, overcharged me slightly. However, the manager fixed it and the food was hot when it came out. My sister used the kiosk to order and that was a smooth process. It was not crowded when we arrived around 2pm on a Saturday. I hate using public restrooms but this one was actually clean.“

“I dont know why people expect food to be good at a mcdonalds. The only thing I expect is fast, which is why they call it fast food. I dont know if its just breakfast but they were HUSTLING this morning. Had a long line but it was moving so fast. Server called our number in less than 5 mins after we ordered. Prob the fastest mcdonalds ive been to with that kind of line. Mad respect to the workers there.“

“I stopped at Morning Mugs Coffee before an Orioles game (Go O’s) and it was the perfect cup of coffee before a game. The cafe was vibrantly decorated, with a relaxing outside seating area out front. All the pastries were fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Just a great spot for the City of Baltimore.“
“This pour over was so fun. I did a custom Guatemalan with a chocolate stuffed donut and the way the flavors evolved as the drink cooled was really great. The staff were friendly and the other guests even recommended some other local spots that we loved. They very obviously care about quality and have spent time figuring out their brew. Would love to see some extra seating aside from the bar area for study or work, but it doesn't take away from what was an incredible cup of coffee (the donut was also remarkably great but definitely overshadowed by such interesting and well brewed coffee).“
