First of all it's extremely well organized as soon as you walk thru the door to place your order. The staff is amazingly nice. This location is insanely clean and you see the employees constantly cleaning as your there. The restrooms and neat, sanitized and actually smell nice. The food is hot and delicious. Staff walks around checking to see if you need anything else. Also the Manager Croix Bishop literally stops by each table to greet each customer and see how their experience at this location was going. Ultimately an employee stopped by our table and offered us after dinner mints when we finished our meal. They offer chicken by the quarter, half and or whole with a variety of sides. I really enjoy their chicken. I come here mainly for that. “Great Korean food options in Baltimore downtown. I ordered a super bowl and all the veggies that I got were grilled and fresh. The spicy chicken was one of the best chicken I ever had at a Korean place. The sauce - spicy mayo was too good. It is a bit tough to locate the place but it is inside the marketplace and there are no signs displayed on the main street“
“I had an outstanding experience at Southside Burger Bar! The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The chicken cheesesteak was a flavor explosion, and what impressed me the most was the ease in customizing every detail to suit my preferences. Super pleased that I was offered a free beer during the visit because the server accidentally poured one for what they thought someone else wanted. Instead of pouring it out, they handed it out! “One night each week while my kiddo is at gymnastics, my boyfriend and I cheat on Hello Fresh and go to Bubbakoo's Burritos.This place always has excellent service; the staff will take time to explain their app, offer suggestions... but as we became regulars, they remember things before we have to remember them, little things like I'll need a to go box because I'll never finish my bowl, that I am going to ask for extra cheese, that Andrew will always ask for an extra queso, down to when I travelled for work, they asked where I was/if everything was okay. “One of the best CFA in Baltimore to go to. The one by Eastpoint service is slower and feels humid often. While the one in the inner harbor is always packed(understandably) but still fast service. I remember ordering through the mobile app at the inner harbor CFA sitting down and having a security guard pester us about our non CFA drinks my sister and I had while we waited on our food to arrive with no apology afterwards a while back. ANYWAY at this CFA I have no complaints. It's always clean, the employees are always polite and fast, I have never waited over 4 minutes for my food. It's always hot and consistent in taste. Really if anyone has a problem with customer service here I think it's on the customer ?“

“So this shop recently opened off of Rt 234 at Fortuna Center adjacent to the Target. I rarely if ever write reviews unless something stands out good or bad. In this case great. After try quite a few things off the menu I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. The sandwiches are great, no skimping on the ingredients. The burgers, well not a specialty (obviously), are very good as well. Their bowls are excellent and filling, again no skimping. I have not tried the seafood so I cannot comment there. Lastly, the wings are absolutely the best. Now I understand this is subjective, I enjoy my wings slightly on the crispy side, and my Buffalo sauce on the hot side but not as to overwhelm the flavor. They hit the right balance and I have tried a huge range of the flavors and have not been disappointed. The service is the cherry on top great members who are on top of their game and always make you feel welcome and at home. Worth a stop if you just happen to be traveling south through the area, or a regular place to frequent if you reside in the area. 5 of 5 stars.“

“Came inside Cross Street Market for a bite. It was between Steve's or Chicken Lab. My fiancée convinced me to go with Steve's since they're usually closed when we're here. It did not disappoint. This might be my third time here. I usually get the cheesesteak lunch special that comes with a drink and fries ($13). I'm glad they were busy because the staff appears hard working and the food here is very good. The cheesesteak roll was soft and chewy, and the oils and grease did not seep through. I got onions and provolone and as you can see from the photos, the sandwich was hot and fresh, with a nice stretch from the cheese. The fries had a nice color, crispy on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. This meal hit the spot. There is plenty of seating inside CSM. Come to Steve's for a great satisfying meal at a reasonable price.“

I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's not much for atmosphere. They have a few tables to sit and eat but I never used them. Mostly sit and wait. Overall they give you a decent amount of food. If you have a lot of orders they give you a box to carry your stuff out. But that was recent due to the plastic bag ban.“
