“A cute and unpretentious place for Peruvian eats. The owners are very kind and friendly. It's small but charming, with tasty food. Had the Pollo Saltado, which was classic, well-seasoned, and really filling. Try it for a nice break from the many chain restaurants in Towson.“
“First off, the food is amazing. I recommend trying a few of the small plates and tapas and see if you want to just keep ordering those first before you commit to the entrees. The entrees are large portions you can easily share with another person so I'd go that route so you can try several of the smaller plates. Cuchara offers several staple tapas and small plates which are just as good as I've had in Spain. The service is some of the best I've had. The servers were super friendly and attentive and the food came out so fast. We were honestly surprised how quickly it came out. I can't recommend La Cuchara enough.“
“If I was made of money, I would go here every week ? Great atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty food (a bit overpriced tho). Would recommend for date nights, special occasions, or celebrations.Recommendations:vegetarian : pisto manchegonon-vegetarian: pulpo gallegodessert: torte chocolateRead further for a more detailed review!• Pisto Manchego (Spanish ratatouille) A tomato-based dish with primarily zucchini and squash. It was simple but really good as in I can keep eating more bowls of this stuff. Great with bread too! 10/10, would get it again.• Potato soup with Manchego cheese and bacon. It’s a simple creamy soup that will warm you up! 6/10 because 10 dollars for a potato soup is too much even if it’s tasty• Ensalada Remolacha. The fried goat cheese ball on the top is really yummy but it is very small. There was some taro? like round pieces in the salad that tasted interesting. A refreshing salad, but would have preferred if the goat cheese ball was bigger and less of those taro? pieces. 6/10• Pulpo Gallego. The portion size is a bit small but the taste is delicate and amazing. The grilled octopus pieces are very tender and flavorful. The small potatoes and olives with light oil and herbs paired well with the octopus. Lovely dish, 10/10, would get it again. I wish they offered a version with more octopus in it lol• Papas Bravas (fried potatoes) tasty but too simple of a dish to be sold for $10. It is just potato wedges with sriracha mayo sauce. 5/10 for the overcharged price. would not get it.• Albondigas (lamb meatballs) The meat was good but overall the dish was too salty. 5/10, would not get it again.• Mejillones (mussels - got the white wine garlic sauce) I agree with the previous review that the sauce is missing something, it needs more tanginess. It just tasted like watered down white wine tbh. The mussels themselves were fresh and tasty though so that made up for it. 8/10Special note: We went during Baltimore Restaurant Week, but you can find all of these dishes on the regular menu as well.“
“Authentic for sure and service/workers were all super nice. Food was ready really quick, put in the order and it was ready within 20 minutes. I got the fish and steak tacos, plantanos, and pupusa. All of it was really good! The plantanos were a lil too tough for me, I like them a bit softer and caramelized more but I did travel about 20 home, so it definitely was not as fresh as it was when cooked so I'm not taking points off for that. Steak was a bit fatty which I also wasn't a huge fan of but it was mostly pretty lean. I would definitely recommend this place!!“
“Always a winner. Food excellent service this night a little off but very good. And don't forget the potato puffs. Still my favorite restaurant.Parking: The lot across the street is opened again but closes at 9 plan accordinglyWheelchair accessibility: Call ahead there is a back entrance that is wheelchair accessible“
“Great spot for Peruvian chicken. Huge menu with lots of options I always get the chicken but everything else that comes off the line looks amazing. Bug fan of the spicy Brussel sprouts!Parking: Big lot right out front in shopping centerWheelchair accessibility: No stairs.“
