“I consider Jackie and the crew at Hook & Reel Wheaton to be friends of mine. I work close by and pop in at the bar often. The Happy Hour, which starts at 1PM (yes, you read that correctly) has insanely low prices, and the "pour" on both glasses of wine and cocktails are unmatched. Great ambience, clean as a whistle, a ton of regulars at the bar and a Touchtunes jukebox on the wall to bring your own soundtrack with you. What's not to LOVE about this place? 🍷🍹🥂🍻🦀”

“I was here last Friday, just forgot to write a review. That being said, I came in when there was a bit of a rush, and a nice pretty girl was at the counter making all the drinks herself! My drink came out pretty quick, I sat down for a little and everyone else’s drinks came out pretty fast too. I was amazed, she was very sweet to every single customer and had a smile on her face the entire time. Definitely will come back again the drink tasted amazing!👏👏👏”

“I ended up at the Weathon location just by chance while waiting for an appointment in the area. The place is a counter with few tables located in the Civic Center/Library Hall. Coffee is really good, pastry was fresh and the lady at the counter was polite and kind. Highly recommended”

“The last time I went to Paul Key was almost 20 years ago. I was a regular with my parents and whole family. We used to go almost once a week. We were definitely a regular. It was good back then, but the food started to go downhill so I never returned. Hearing that it was under new management, I decided to try it today and I was very pleased with the food. The mixed seafood and broccoli dish (which I started eating before I took a picture) was delicious. Not too greasy or salty and with plenty of wok hai. I also ordered a bowl of Hong Kong Style Wonton Noodle Soup and a bowl of Hong Kong Style Wonton Har Fun Soup. Both was delicious and the wontons were full of shrimp. One thing about the wontons was the fact that it was all grounded up shrimp with pork where other places it is bigger chunks of shrimp with pork. It still tasted good. The service was very good and I was impressed with how attentive they were. I will definitely be back since I know the food is good again. Next time, I'll try the roast duck and pork. The place looks great! Look forward to coming back soon!”

She really paid attention to what I asked for and just somehow made it better than I expected😭. She was also really pretty, super nice, and respectful which made me feel happy cause it’s very rare to find that kind of customer service nowadays. They use to remember me back in 2018 when I use to go a lot but now they forgot about me sadly. 10/10 food love it a lot.
