“I called my order in. A french toast platter with fried eggs and turkey bacon. With a side of home fries with onions and green peppers.I have to start off by saying from the first bite of the home fries I knew that the food was going to be delicious. And it in fact was. The only thing I wouldn’t get next time is the turkey bacon.There was a bit of a wait in the store but that’s just because their food is so good.It’s definitely on the pricey side. My food came up to $20 which was shocking to me. Usually a French toast platter will be around $10 and home fries probably $4. Nonetheless at least the food was good.The service was great as well. The lady at the counter greeted everyone when they got to the front of the counter and everyone got a “thank you, thank you very much” after they received their order. It’s refreshing to see customer service being a priority.I wouldn’t go here too often because they a bit expensive. But I will surely return.“

“The service and atmosphere overall was okay. I gave them a three because the couple behind me was offered samples because it was their first time however I didnt receive the same hospitality as it was my first time as well. I ordered the vegan crab cake wrap, chick pea burger, vegan Mac and cheese, greens and chocolate chip cookies. The crab cake was flavorful, the sauce complimented the wrap and tastes just like crabmeat! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they used dark green vibrant lettuce on the wraps instead of non-nutritional iceberg lettuce. I would order every time! On the other hand the chick pea burger was okay although I must be upfront I ate it a day and a half later. The mac and cheese was okay, needed a little more seasoning and taste like nutrients yeast and macaroni noodles, nothing to write home about. A little bit of spice would have taken it to another level. The greens were basic with an after taste that I couldn't quite but my finger on, same for the cookies. They lacked moisture and taste like your average off brand cookie. The crab cake will call you back every time and for that they get a 4...it's that damn good!!!“

“Been a vegetarian since the mid seventies and we use to have to travel to Philly, New York and DC to find a high level of Vegan cuisine. Kai has brought an exceptionally superior Vegan cuisine to our area and even with the Baltimore metro area’s rise in Vegan restaurants Dodah’s Kitchen is clearly one of the best, and absolutely should be the restaurant on everyone’s “bucket” list. Meet Kai, talk with her and one will soon realize that Dodah’s is a literal extension, an aspect of her being. She is meticulous and one of the best definitions: (taking, showing, or involving great care and effort) Synonyms for meticulous: careful, conscientious, fussy, loving, painstaking, scrupulous, and to me, this reminds me of Mama in the kitchen !! and with that, we don’t even have to talk about the food.“

“I had a taste for soul food today and came across Ebony's Kitchen during a Google search and decided to give this a try. I called and Ebony and Tina answered my inquiries fully. My husband, son and me truly enjoyed experiencing all these flavorful foods. It was delicious and delightful. We ordered the chicken dinners with sides mac n cheese, candied yams and collards. Mmm...mmm good. Thank you Ebony and Tina for the hospitality and greatfood. Keep up the good work until meet again. Yezzzzzz!!!“

“Every time I order, the team members, no matter who is there, are always polite. I usually order the same thing so I’m pretty satisfied with my order. If I veer off to something else, I usually like it. if I don’t, I just don’t order it again. Customer service is always A1 though.“

“Finally had enough food from here to give it a review. Usually get the fried chicken, which is always on point. Tastes like a grandmother made it with love, and is always consistently good. Have had the fish and that’s good, and they give you a lot for the money. Decided to try the turkey wings yesterday and that’s what made me finally decide to write a review. They were seasoned and tender and had the southern homemade taste I was looking for. All in all, I have to say that Mr Bobby’s is where it’s at.“

“Took the toddler grands for lunch. We got A LOT of food for our money. The mac and cheese alone is worth the visit. Chicken was as good as I've had. I got the breast quarter plate. I wanna probably get a leg quarter next time. Sweet potato and muffin combine to make a serious sweet potato pie in your mouth. Owner and staff were great. Relaxed vibe Small place, two booths and counter seating. We took home leftovers, and they went quick!“

“It's getting closer for us to leave so it was time we had our favorite breakfast sandwich, scrapple egg and cheese. I did a search in Door Dash and I found Kimmys soul food. The grits are good, but I thought it came with cheese since the option said it would be more for EXTRA cheese. But either way they are good. I got the pancakes, eggs and bacon for the nephew. A turkey bacon and egg sandwich for my niece. And fried potatoes, grits and two scrabble egg and cheese sandwiches for my sister and myself. Everythjng is good but the scrapple taste old. It's not pillowy in the middle like we are used to to. It's a decent sandwich, just wish the slices was just a little thicker for the price and we did opt to get extra scrapple in each sandwich.“
