The best places are always the small, tucked away gems. I got a the BBQ pork bahn mi and every bite was perfect. The woman behind the counter was so so kind, and I absolutely can’t wait to go back and try more good! Can’t recommend this place enough.
The folks who run this place are always working hard & taking phone orders, but service is still fast and food is excellent and reasonably priced. I think if this place as a to go spot- although there are a couple places you can sit inside. Walked in about a minute after they opened. Very friendly. Ordered two bahn mi: one lemongrass beef and one lemongrass chicken. Both were delicious. Bread was perfect. Meat was very flavorful. Condiments were excellent. Need to try more when we're in Portland again.
