“I just want to say Thank You to the staff working at this Dunkin for your consistent kindness, great service and never ending smiles! With a special thanks to Halona who is always smiling and greeting customers with genuine care no matter how busy it is. I've been stopping and going inside this Dunkin off and on for the past six months, easily 30 plus times, and every time I've left there with a smile. It's refreshing to go somewhere where you know the atmosphere is going to be light and happy!Thank you, I'll be back. :)Jeff“
“Absolutely awesome place to go. Loving atmosphere. Great staff who was very attentive. My son Josiah gained a new critter! A bobcat he named Artemis. ? The food was phenomenal The Omelette was cooked perfect. All the ingredients were very fresh. The desert crepe is to die for omg!!!! I absolutely will be coming back!! Loved the free bracelets with inspirational quotes ❤️❤️“
“As you can see Dunkin' is going out of donuts. Even their new name says Dunkin’ instead of Dunkin Donuts. Very little donuts now to choose from. Back in the day Dunkin Donuts used to have a whole wall full of different types of donuts and large quantities of each. Now the donut display is slowly shrinking!“
“We came to this Dunkin location early in the morning just now to grab quick coffees. There were three young ladies working inside, getting set up for the day. As we were waiting for our coffees, one of the ladies started to talk to the other one about what great team work she thought they exhibited yesterday and how they helped support each other throughout the day or time and how great it was and how she just wanted to acknowledge it and call it out. The other employee was visibly excited to get the feedback and praise. My wife and I both left utterly impressed by this exchange. Coming from the corporate world we would have hired her in a second. We need more of this in America! While this is not a typical review it was a missed opportunity on our part to call it out while we were there. Great employees and Managers Dunkin!!!“
“The woman with the headset and her curly hair up is AMAZING. I wish I knew her name. She always goes above and beyond for the customers. I saw her checking in with coworkers to make sure they were ok as well. THIS is a star employee. Only reason I knocked a star was due to Reid... He's always in a seemingly bad mood and scolds customers. I was scolded three times in the span on five minutes and made to feel like my request and question was putting him personally out. Not sure if he's a manager but he tries to act like one if he's not. Really left a sour taste in my mouth.Edit to add: Reid also scolds the workers. Again... Manager or not... This is not ok and leaves not only the workers but customers with a horrible impression. Maybe not a good guy to keep on staff or someone who should be out back? I've read other reviews and this seems like a common issue with the guy :/I tipped $5 and I hope all of it goes to the woman who helped me.“
“One of the better Dunkins around. I'll actually go out of my way to go to this particular one. They make fantastic drinks and food.Parking: Parking lot is small, yet few park and stay, so plenty of parking and they have a drive through.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor“
“It's fast food. The fries used to suck at every McDonald's we went to. But this time they were sooo hot and perfect. Ordered them with no salt but added some before eating. Grilled chicken sandwich was delicious!Vegetarian options: I'm a meat eater but It's nice for Vegans.Parking: It wraps around the building. I've never had an issue with parking.“
“I tried many ice cream shops in this town but the best scoop goes to this shop with Maine blueberry cobbler. The other flavors I tried were not as good as this single flavor so if you go, just get the cobbler, it's delicious. Across the street there is another fabulous place which has real Italian gelato which actually have decided is higher quality since all of their flavors are superb, but this blueberry cobbler one took my heart as the top contender flavor in Portland.“
“We had a wonderful dinner at Isa Bistro. The food was simply delicious & reasonably priced. Portions were good. Nice selection of Wines, Cocktails and beer. The ambiance is cozy yet refined. Excellent customer service!! This will be one of our new go to restaurants.“
“If you are a coffee drinker in the Westbrook area or close and want to support a local establishment over the giant names then this is your place. Being so close to Portland there is some stiff competition but I think this is worthy of the conversation of a spot to grab your coffee/tea/etc. without having to venture into downtown Portland. They have all the standards you expect but can do so many different flavor combinations and even offer a special drink of the month which I’m excited to see every month. It’s a little drive through spot but don’t let that fool you. Friendly and fast service with good quality drinks.“
