“High quality food that is absolutely delicious! You can eat there and also buy food from the store to take home. A bit expensive, but worth the price.Indoor and outdoor seating, including seating around a campfire. They have an indoor bathroom now (not sure if it’s wheelchair accessible-steps in the front entrance but I can’t remember if there’s a ramp at the back.) Family-friendly with sandbox and toys outside and boardgames inside. They always have water dispensers, cups, and napkins easily available, including a big metal bowl you can put water in so your pet can get a drink. Biercamp is a comfortable, relaxing place to spend some time.“

“Our server was GREAT, food was good and prices were decent. It's a bit small and cramped for those with walkers or wheelchairs, but it's manageable. The staff was very accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the side of the building, you have to ring the doorbell to be let in that way. It's a bit of a tight squeeze inside the building, but manageable. They have both booths and tables. Bathrooms are accessible.“

“The beer garden I visited was a lively oasis, perfect for unwinding and socializing. Set amidst lush greenery and rustic charm, it offered a refreshing escape from city life. The variety of beers on tap catered to every taste, from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs and rich stouts. The casual ambiance encouraged mingling with fellow patrons, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. Overall, it was a memorable experience worth revisiting.“

“Not my normal place I'd be at but they host a board game event every 2nd Thursday of the month. That was pretty cool. Was fun to try some different cheeses and meats I normally wouldn't. Someone who knows more about wine would enjoy their drinks more than me. But I'll probably be back.“

“Nice hangout spot. Could definitely see myself going back. The veggie sandwich didn’t have much to it, and the burger was just okay. But the crampus mule was delicious. They have some of the best mozzarella sticks we’ve had in awhile, and their fries and chips are very good. My friend had the poutine and seemed to like it.“

“First time here. We were thoroughly impressed. Decent craft beer selection, garlic dip appetizer was great. we both had salads ( quinoa salad and Cobb salad) and added the grilled chicken. They honored our request to make the chicken Cajun, and it made the meal! Can't wait till warmer weather. The outdoor seating and grass area looks like it will be a lot of fun. And they ate dog friendly!!“

“The best sports bar in town by a mile. Surprisingly good food (seriously try the specials), good drink variety. It can be loud, but usually that's because there's a notable game on TV, so you kind of want it to be loud haha Super spacious interior with tons of seating. Service can be a tad slow because of the size, but they're super friendly! Favorite place to go any night of the week“

Jolly Pumpkin Café & Brewery Brewery • $$
311 S Main St, Ann Arbor

“As Jolly Pumpkin is our MOST favorite beer and restaurant, we are sad that it seems the service continues to go downhill . Beautiful Sunday afternoon just before 4:00, not busy at all, we were greeted by hostess (only after the server waiting on the outdoor tables blasted in front of us while letting the door close on us only to chit chat with the hostess). We asked the hostess for one of the many empty tables in the front half of the restaurant since the great big windows were open. She said no, she can’t seat only two people at any of the tables. We said that we come often and are sat there quite frequently, without asking. She said she couldn’t seat us there “it’s policy”. Though not one of the tables was sat the entire time we were there. Our server took a bit to get to us but it appeared to be shift change over time. Thankfully, she was super sweet. We ordered two beers and an appetizer to start. 10 minutes AFTER we finished our appetizer, we still didn’t have our beers. Our server kept looking and waiting for them to no avail. One of our two beers was poured, only to sit there on the bar awaiting the other. 25 minutes after we sat down, we finally got our beers, one an inch lower than the rim since the head had disappeared long before. On the bright side, the appetizer, pizza, and beer were delicious and the server was great! And it’s still our favorite place in AA!“

“This was a great find as my friends and I wondered around Ann Arbor. Only in Ann Arbor for the weekend and wanted to go to a couple places we don't have at home and this place fit the bill. We only had a couple appetizers but they were fabulous. The three of us split the small order of chicken bites and the stack of Diversifries. This is a combination of all their different types of fries and sauces for them. Plenty for us along with our beverages. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us decide on our choices for food and beverages. We would definitely return if in the area.“
