“Boardwalk Subs has the friendliest most knowledgeable staff I have encountered, I absolutely love the subs which are mouthwatering and very filling. There is a special mayo sauce made in house that takes the cake, and the sun bread has a sweet and toasty tantalizing zig that I have not ever experienced from any subs I’ve ever experienced! Dominic, Dean, Brooke, Brian and Sydney are so friendly and amazingly helpful, I found 2 of my favorites so far! “Just wanted to share what an awesome experience I had here today! As normal, I placed an order to go online and hoped I would be able to leave and pick up my order close to the set time. As life would have it, I was busy at the time when my order was going to be ready. When I got a free moment I called in to ask them to put my salad in the fridge as I was running late. When I was able to run and pick up my order they completely re-did my order fresh! I was shocked and would have been happy with just my salad being cold. Way to go above and beyond!!! “Went to this particular spot for the first time today. I recently stopped going to these because the subs had gotten so skimpy, for lack of a better word. I am happy to say that this sub was the way it should be. I am very happy to say as long as these guys keep it up, I'll be going here fairly regularly as I do miss their food. By the way the service was great also.“
“I am a big fan of Subway, especially this location. The staff is always friendly. I returned after not visiting for almost a year and they remembered me. My food was quickly assembled to perfection! They took great care to make sure I was satisfied. The atmosphere is typical of any Subway. The prices are rising, but that's nothing to do with this location.-Bone to pick with the corporation, bring back the pesto and $5 foot long!“
“Stopped here on our way out of Grand Rapids Airport. The people behind the counter were very friendly. Doubled checked with amounts, "did we want more or less?" and went out of the way to make sure our sandwiches didn't get mixed up. Very good food!“

“I was recently in Caledonia and wanted a bite to eat so I stopped into subway. I am typically disappointed in these restaurants but their employees treated me like I was family and Cam made one of the best subs. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.“
