“When I went in the day open they messed up my meal I spent 25.68 and I called that night and they said they would put my name for a replacement and when went back on June 9 the manager Holly would not replace my sandwich even though I have of money spent there on my bank statement“
“Great subway older location but the staff do a top tear job at keeping the veggies, meat, and cheese looking clean and appetizing. They are super friendly here and I love that the staff enjoy their job and do the best they can with what they got!“
“I would give it 5 stars but there was no bacon. My wife and I ordered from the app. When we got there about 30 minutes later the sandwiches weren't made, which did confuse me at first. They had explained that because both sandwiches had bacon they weren't sure if we had still wanted them. So I added extra meat at no cost and my wife added pepperoni to hers at no cost. So even though they weren't made we were happy they had waited plus our sandwiches were very fresh so that was a nice bonus.“
“I always stop by this place when returning from an out-of-town visit as it's a bit of a midpoint between Lansing and Charlotte. It's nestled in a convenience store and the service reflects as such: quick and friendly. It's also cool to be able to fill up the soda at the ultra commercial machines they have there. Always a positive experience.“
“They are all quite efficient when taking and making orders.I go ALOT for the boys that play JV for the Eagles ?. (GO EAGLES) !!!Not one of them have ever complained about anything with the subs.Staff is usually pretty friendly as wellIt's also always clean in the area.Can't say the same for the gas station part that subways combined with.The staff can be extremely rude and obnoxious and it's not exactly very clean EVER“
“Food is always great. No lunch special available here though like other stores. Fountain pop machine appears as if it is purposely down so they can sell can pop for higher profits. Nobody would go through all the work to stock can pop and make a nice sign for can pop if they had intentions on fixing their most likely required pop machine.“
