“I found this GEM a year ago, when I was working in the area. Everything on the menu I have tried, I have liked. I LOVE the Gobi Manchurian and the Mulligatawny Soup! In fact, it is hard for me to order anything else. The people that work there are kind and attentive. Every time I go, I expect more people in the pace. Although I would miss the attention from staff - this place should be packed. Definitely give it a try - even make it a destination, Clawson has some cool thing going on.“

“I’m no crazy foodie but this is the best barbecue I’ve ever had. I ordered beef rib (picture) and my friend got the ribeye. I got the pecan pie for dessert too (pictured). Everything was delicious. Meat was falling off the bone tender. The corn is out of this world. My friend who is self proclaimed “not a corn person” loved the corn too. Service was excellent. The patio is a relaxing atmosphere on a warm evening.“

“Taking off a star because there didn't seem to be many gluten free options - or maybe the server just didn't know. In any case, food and drinks were delicious, it was surprisingly affordable, and we'll definitely add to our regular rotation.“

“A really excellent meal. We did the omakase at the counter. The food was great: flavorful, varied, and in generous portions. The sourcing of the fish is careful (from an ecological point of view), which we appreciated. The service was also excellent, done in a casual way but attentive and restrained when appropriate. The sushi chef managed to present the food with his prepared remarks, respond to our questions, advise on sake, and also (critically!) give us space for our own conversation. The main meal is expensive, but I was deeply pleased to see at the end that the sake pairings the chef had recommended were very affordable. It felt like the restaurant had the right focus (on quality of food) and a generous spirit came through. The ambiance is informal but nice enough (I would make some lighting adjustments, to start with), and the pricing is reasonable for the quality -- especially from this poor New Yorker's point of view. “The restaurant was very unique with the decorations. We loved it. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. We enjoyed the cocktails from the menu. They were delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. We wanted to relax a bit before ordering. She checked back with us often. When we did order the meal was served hot and displayed beautifully on the plate. Everything we ordered was excellent.“

“We have eaten dinner at seasons 52 in Troy, Michigan many times for years. We were celebrating a friend's special birthday by having lunch at Seasons 52. We didn't know they had a lunch menu. It was great: lots of choices. The service was perfect and the food was delicious as always. So glad we had lunch there today. Seasons 52 will be our celebration choice restaurant for lunch or dinner.“

“Food is always great, some of the best around Metro Detroit for sure. My only annoyance is the mystery around the tasting menu. I was there yesterday and my friend for the tasting menu and I ordered from the menu. He got more plates of course, but the things I ordered- tuna tartar, cabbage and steak were all part of the tasting menu, I just got a bigger portion size. I was hoping to have a much more variety which is why we ordered that way. Everything was delicious and service was great. Just consider the mystery of the tasting menu doesn’t really make sense if every item is just a small portion of what is listed on the menu.“

Parking lot can be full but that’s a good sign.Parking: Can be a challenge to park because the lot is full during dinner and lunch rushes but you can get a spot in nearby lots.“

“I am absolutely shocked that I could build my own 11 inch pizza for less than $15. Unlimited toppings! I am a vegetarian so I loaded it up with just about every veggie along with fresh mozzarella and a dash of ranch on top. In this day and age, most restaurants want to charge you for every little thing. Very refreshing to see a place where they make choice economical.I got a cauliflower crust which was $4 additional over the regular crust, and it was still under $15. Great deal for a student!“
