“I am a former employee of bakery dept at 15255 Michigan Ave in Dearborn. I gave 5 stars for one reason only LAURA J. She is the best cake decorator I have ever seen. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She is an excellent trainer. She is very patient and thoughtful with new employees. She did not expect you to learn things overnight that she has practiced for years. I took a picture of her skills in progress. Due to staffing she is not doing special orders but she can write on a cake if you get there early enough. I made sure the bakery was cleaned nightly. You could literally eat off those floors. ?“
“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!“

“It was lunch time and the staff wouldn't stop apologizing about being behind. Everything was ok with it because we knew what we were getting. Some of the best sandwiches in the state and an awesome olive bar. The wait really wasn't that long and the food was very fresh and great tasting as usual.“
“Had been trying to go to Ernies for a while. Kept going and missing their hours. Finally, in the neighborhood right on time. We pull up, and you can tell it's a full house. My hubby isn't really patient, but he knows Ernies, and it'll be worth the wait. The line is wrapped around inside, 2 people creating sandwiches, everyone is chill, chatting....PATIENTLY. When you visit, don't be in a hurry. These sandwiches take time. “We can’t get enough of the delicious food and many options at Nathan’s Deli. We have visited several times and they never disappoint. Not only is it right downtown, but it is always quick, fresh and the servings are more than you can eat, so leftovers are a plus. I can honestly say I can eat one of their sandwiches ? twice a week and they are an hour away (I'm from Flint) best sandwich I have had in a long time!!! Most definitely recommend them! “Seriously, Frank's has some of the best sandwiches, if not food, in the city. The corned beef sandwich is out of this world (HUGE!) and I have yet to find another deli that can beat it. The prices are unbeatable for the portions they give you, the store is always well stocked and clean. The staff treats you like family and gets to know you quite well if you come by regularly.If you are a smoker, this is a pretty good place to get a pack if you are downtown as well.“

“Excellent Italian sub and customer service. The workers are soooo polite and helpful and the food quality is top notch. Not super cheap, but a phenomenal option when compared to other places in the area. I have never been disappointed with this establishment after 4+ years living nearby.“
