Service was horrible. Ordered ahead (at noon) for 6:00 pick up. About 20 people in a very small pick up area. Waited 15 minutes repeatedly telling them the name for my order, with the workers just walking away. I finally got one worker (a manager?) to update me. He said I had to pay before they'd start preparing it and because it was so busy it would take 15 to 20 minutes... which would make it 6:35 before I would get my order scheduled for 6:00 while waiting in a lobby...read full review
The Detroit location needs some serious improvements. Ordered online and was told it would be ready at a certain time. I show up 10 minutes after that time, and they only just started my order after I paid.
The fact that they charge for ranch is absurd. I could understand if the chicken was cheap as a result but it isn’t. This fact was made worse by the fact that I was charged for ranch and didn’t even get any.
