“This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. We were served with tortilla chips, salsa, and guacamole immediately, which were freshly made and delicious. This restaurant had the fastest service I’ve ever had as dinner was served in just about 10 minutes. My birria tacos were savory and outstanding, and went great with the refried beans, rice, and cup of consommé. The side of grilled jalapeños was spicy and salty. My guests thought their quesadilla and chimichanga were absolutely delicious. Their tres leches cake was the best tasting moist and fluffy cake I’ve ever had. I ordered entirely in Spanish to the waiter, who was very attentive and friendly. The prices were amazing for the quality and quantity of the food. I highly recommend this new Mexican restaurant!“

“I’ve lived in the area for two years but never got around to trying Red Crown until last night. I really wish I hadn’t waited that long!! Food, drinks and service were all awesome. Even the free chips were outstanding. I got the mushroom, vegan chorizo and chicken tacos. Mushroom and chicken were amazing. Vegan chorizo needed a little bit of extra flavor but still very good. Horchata was delicious. Got a veggie quesadilla to go and it was so good heated up this morning. I can’t wait to go back!“

When ever we do staff lunches, our staff request Guac, and when our clients ask for a recommendation for a spot to have a good bite, we send them to Guac. Staff is super friendly and their recommendations are always on point! Keep up the great work!“

“Was staying at the nearby Sheraton 4 Points and wanted a dinner with flavour. I usually walk to The Keg, but it is a predictable meal. So Acapulco Delight it was. Full to capacity, I found a couple leaving and slid into their table. Started with free salsa, pico de gallo and chips. High quality. A Margarita as well, made from scratch ! Mains were ground beef tostadas and a steak and guacamole burrito. I was very hungry. Then another Margarita to finish the night there. Outstanding. Service was excellent (they were swamped). $40 all in..... this would be $75 in Toronto. I left a big tip and said I will be back next time I'm in town. A true 5 Star rating. Only minor complaint would be that the lighting is too bright. But they close at 9pm, so maybe they don't want to encourage the drinking part of dining.“

“First time in this cozy little place. Booth seating to one side and a bar on the other. It's got a cool eclectic vibe, very clean. We were promptly sat and a server was there with menus and water and took our drink order. The menu is small but covers all the bases nicely. The chips arrived hot and the salsa made in house while we waited for our food which wasn't long. Nothing pretentious going on here just solid well prepared and fresh. Portions were generous and the prices fair. We've found another little gem! I would have given 4.5 stars simply for the fact that the dusty musty 70s one hit wonder ambient music included the theme from Greatest American Hero. “This Mexican taqueria is a hidden gem in downtown Detroit. Don't judge the size of this place, because the food is excellent, affordable and folks that work there are awesome. A taco lover's hotspot! They also have great burritos, enchiladas and quesadillas. It's ideal for take-out, but they have small dine in area, too. I'm always greeted warmly and the staff there aim to please their customers. Highly recommended!“

The chilaquiles with a couple fried eggs and beans with a little cotija cheese were screaming! Very authentic like mom use to make lol. The chicharrones were absolutely fire. “Had some delicious Mexican food at Tastyritos. We ordered Fajita Steak tacos and Signature Chicken tacos which were the star of the show. Their Signature Chicken Burrito is also very flavourful, and the tortillas used are of great quality.Also had their Buffalo Chicken bowl which was exceptionally tasty. All the veggies used were super fresh.However, the atmosphere is average at best.“

“The servers at the coffee counter were cool and helpful and friendly and funny. The servers at the chicken tender counter were apathetic, seemed bored, had skipped over our order when we went back to see what was taking so long, and didn't say a single word to us when we asked about the order. She just walked over to the ticket pile and found the order then handed it to the cook. We had no interaction with them besides placing the order so there was nothing personal happening.
