“I'm from upstate NY and was in the area for work training, looking for a good lunch spot. Within 2 steps in the front door, I knew I was in the right place. It was very clear that this is where the neighborhood locals eat. My coworker and I were quickly greeted by one of their great employees and our order was taken at lightning ⚡ speed. I've been here now on 4 different occasions with months in between and every time, I swear it's the best damn bacon cheeseburger I've ever had every single time. Not to mention the addictive and delicious mountain of fries served with it. I wouldn't change a thing about this place, and I make sure to stop if I'm ever in the area!
Sidenote - I won't even tell anybody at my training the name of it or where it is because I don't want my favorite lunch spot to get too blown up. IYKYK??”

“We ordered a Detroit Style deep dish BBQ Chicken pizza.
It was excellent! They use delicious, high quality BBQ sauce and superior quality toppings.
The crust had an excellent crust too (we choose plain but they have some flavored crust options too.). Great bacon!!

Will be back again - regularly. Very happy with the pizza.”

If you buy 3 you get free consome, but this dip wasn't our favorite, we definitely preferred their salsa instead.Speaking of their salsa, we asked for the hot and it was pleasantly warm, full of spice and flavor. One of the best salsas I've eaten in my life.Pork tamale was good, I can envision buying a half or full dozen.We had two traditional style Pastor and Barbarbacoa tacos that were both fulfilling our Mexican traditional taco craving.We had an asada torta which was our least favorite item because it was a soft texture throughout the whole sandwich. Wish there was a crispness or something they could modify. Just felt a bit mushy.In total, we will definitely have to check the truck out in its normal spot for tacos(traditional or birria) or tamales with that tasty hot salsa!”

My husband is from Louisiana and so I ordered both the cod and the catfish. Both delicious and my husband said it was the best he had tasted in a long time. Macaroni and cheese and the coleslaw were a nice addition to our Sunday dinner. We were wished a pleasant day and they said "see you next time" .... there will definitely be a next time.”

(Admittedly, as a Senior, I have a small appetite.) Staff is always friendly, and they even put my "sauce on the side", so it still tastes fresh for my leftovers. I've frequently seen work crews there ordering Shawarma's multiple chicken wing deals. Give them a try!”

Only reason for average 4 star rating, the prices. Burgers on high side. Especially for food truck. BUT you can definitely taste the higher quality beef and they have a good selection of tasty burgers. So I was torn on giving 4 stars - but in the end, had to go with 4 for the prices and the food definitely stayed with 5 stars.

Parking: In a large Mobil Station lot.

“Visited Biscuits and Bourbon on Saturday, September 21. The environment inside AND outside the restaurant was very clean!

We were warmly greeting and offered various beverages before placing our order!! We ordered salmon with cheese grits (....you need this in your life), and a fluffy cheese omelet with home fries along with a side of chicken bites in a sweet, kicky Bourbon sauce.
