“My husband and I purchased the 20 pieces of large shrimp with a side of macaroni and cheese and fries. DELICIOUS!! The oil is obviously changed frequently because the batter was light in color and fluffy. The quality of the shrimp was everything you would want in a fresh catch. Plus, there was enough shrimp and fries to airfry the next day. Under $20!! You really need to check out the vast menu. p.s. There is no diner area.“

“Wow. What an absolutely fantastic final dinner of 2023! After we managed to find a late dinner reservation for New Year's Eve, it was a relief to discover that our excitement about the tasting menu was well-placed. I would definitely recommend the drink pairings as well! The amuse-bouche featuring oysters from the West and East coasts was a delightful way to splash into the meal. The wasabi and the mangosteen featured in each of the oysters, respectively, complimented the beautiful brine of the oysters in such a wonderfully playful way. This first tasting urged us to pause the menu progression and order an extra dozen oysters to explore the other possibilities. Tasting from Vancouver to Prince Edward Island, they were beautifully prepared and of excellent quality. The first course of lobster salad felt like a summer in Maine. Not that I've ever been to Maine, but the imaginary scene flashed across my vision as I took that first refreshing bite. The grapefruit emulsion worked almost majestically with the light, refreshing flavor of the lobster salad. The tapioca chip was perfect for the crunch to fully bring the different elements of the dish together. A fascinating intersection of refreshment and comfort. The second course was the potato pavé. I'll be thinking of this potato often for the foreseeable future. It was one of those dishes that makes your eyes pop open a bit when you bite it as you realize how good it is. A beautifully layered and seared rectangle of flaky delicious potato resting with a lovely salsa brava speckled with trout roe, topped with tarragon, cured trout, and black truffle flakes. I don't even know what else to say. It was stunning. Sea urchin buttered ramen, the third course, will always be what I wish my at-home thrown-together ramen could be. It was rich, it was luscious, it was comforting. Growing up in southeast Texas, crawfish boils were always some of the most exciting times of the year. The crawfish tails in the ramen brought me back to those summer days eating crawfish with a cold beer. The duck breast for the fourth course was exceptionally cooked. It was juicy and flavorful and made a perfect bite with a bit of cauliflower, raisins, apricot, agrodolce, and foie-sauce. Each bite was such a symphony of flavor that kept me coming back. Last but absolutely not least was the gâteau ardéchois: the chestnut cream cake. Accompanied by cranberry coulis and crispy meringue bites, this dessert was a sweet but still mellow finish. While the coffee mascarpone ice cream was a robust and complementary flavor, we both agreed the vanilla coconut ice cream was the star between the two. Thank you again to the stellar crew at Mink! “My husband and I took my mom for her birthday dinner, and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is upscale and yet relaxing. Gavin was our server, and he made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the wine list. We had a fun chat about the Culinary Institute of America. And he shared his love of food and wine. The menu is extensive, and all of the food was heavenly. We had the most delicious steaks (cooked to perfection), crab, fresh vegetables with creamy rich sauces, mushrooms were fabulous, and the risotto was perfection! We had strawberries flambé, lemon tart, and crème brûlée. They were all perfectly balanced with rich and bold flavors. The meal was perfectly paced, and Gavin made our evening very special. We'll be back for sure!“

“First off, the everything bagel wings were so juicy that it squirted in my gfs face. Main takeaway. And very tasty, IMO! I got the peach rosemary zero proof drink, very tasty. My partner got the "deez nuts" which was fun to watch her squirm and request it hahaha She got the primavera, it was okay. Could use more salt/flavor. I got the baby kale salad that tasted pretty good but the salad items were not cut up, so it made it slightly difficult to eat, but I think that's a personal preference. I got the blackened chicken and it was over cooked but good flavor. Decent place, just some execution errors. Fast casual for right before the Nicki Minaj concert. Our server was sweet and prompt. Top notch service from everyone we encountered there“

“I got their breakfast burrito & personally that’s one of the best I’ve had anywhere! The salsa they serve on the side is delightful & the server I had I believe her name was Katie, she made my husband & I feel very welcome as it was our first time & we weren’t sure what to get, she didn’t rush us into anything & even recommended a few items that she likes, the breakfast burrito being one of them which I can’t thank her enough for. I also love the look of the place the windows make it feel so open & when the suns out it’s a very pretty little cafe aesthetic to dine at. I didn’t rate 5* because even though the service & food was great their was a lot of commotion in the kitchen & even some yelling which just kind of makes the dining experience a bit awkward, wish they were more professional.“

“Great tasting fried fish. They also have a greater variety than similar type of restaurants I have visited. I particularly recommend the Orange Roughy. Prices are higher than similar type restaurants, but not significantly. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the fried shrimp. They are huge, cooked to perfection and taste great!“

“My husband and I finally made it to Sir Cedric’s in Windsor to try the halibut dinner. It was as delicious as the reviews described it. Our waitress was extremely friendly and pleasant, the food was served very quickly. It was hot, fresh and melt in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant for the best fish & chips in Windsor, hands down. The prices are competitive and our meal was well worth the price.“

“We have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant for several years until Ming’s came highly recommended. We love authentic Chinese food and it is fantastic each time we visit. Every dish has its own flavour and perfectly presented. The greatest thing is that the owner and all staff are so wonderful. The restaurant is frequented by many Chinese people which I think is a great sign. We love to look at the dishes that they order and then the wonderful waitstaff make suggestions based there off. They also have Chinese food that most Canadian people might like as well, but we are so thankful we found our new favourite spot. It is a wonderful spot for family or Staff. This place is the best.“
