4 additional visits since review above,, wait & kitchen staff congregate in dining room & discuss other employees, problems with overall job and utilize some vile language within earshot of customers/diners. Very loud clearing of tables with additional loud staff conversations. When dining out I want to quietly converse with people I came in with. Heavy set, black male with very long dreds ushered our party to our table; amidst staff standing around in dining room. Music on radio was playing and entire back wall of dining room is mirrored. The host along with other uniformed employees started dancing in the dining room entrance & walkways. I really don't want to witness this crap along with the noise when dining out. If this guy was the manager, he needs to be advised of acceptable social behavior. This nonsense has happen on my last 4 visits. Food & prices are acceptable/ not noteworthy, but be prepared for foul mouthed, loud staff with a ridiculous floorshow. I'll go somewhere else, too many other restaurants around that appropriately train staff.

I asked if they had a room I could pump, although they didn’t have a secluded area for me, they let me pump in this back area. Thankfully I had a wearable pump so you can’t see anything but one of the bartenders brought me a water & a hotdog and was just the sweetest man. Truly thankful for their hospitality! So very sweet! Above and beyond!“

“Never missed a St. Patty's Day Celebration yet. Going on 20 years. On the Historic Registry. Live music on the weekends. Friendly people all around. Every now and then, you'll see the original owner Nancy having a drink with old friends. Great history, great city and sports.

“Best and most famous dive bar in Detroit. This place has been family owned for 100 years. It's very welcoming to whoever shows up. Straight, Gay, young, old weird or cool everyone hangs out here! No food besides chips. Its a block away from Little Caesar's Arena and across the street from The Masonic Temple (hence the name) so its perfect for a pre or post show round or two. I called the day before in a panic and the owner called her workers to come in a little early, helped me coordinate everything with food, and just went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. All the food we tried was exceptional, but the wagyu hot dogs were imo the best meat in tube form I’ve ever had. Sushi hot dog and balls were also phenomenal.“

“Husband and I drove to Full Moon bar and grill for a beverage and sandwich for dinner, it is 10 min away from our house. Very conveniently located with ample parking. We were cheerfully greeted by a young woman who would also be our waitress, she told us the specials for the day and took our drink order. Husband ordered the Reuben and I had the Steak and cheese sub with fries. Restaurant is very clean and organized and has lots of cool sports memorabilia, nice bar with stools, 5 TV screens, high top tables and several large tables for groups and families. Our food came in a timely fashion piping hot, good size portions and reasonable prices. We both enjoyed our dinner choices and Hub washed his down with 2 IPA beers on tap, yum! “I was a first timer. I live 58 minutes outside of the city. I walked in and was skeptical on the entire place. Full of random pictures of musicians. So I Looked up what the place was about after we got in.. And boy Howdy, what a history on the place. From walking in and greeted by Charles, the Bouncer/host/busier, amazing person, was a rock star! To then asking if Larry the owner was there; and HE WAS!!! They make you feel as family! I would support them 150% in the inner city, everyone there is something special. I’d love to talk with Charles more, and Larry; WOW! What a cool guy! I just love it. I’ll be back for sure! 10/5 stars for them!“

“Anybody reading this, my mamaw was the barmaid there beginning in the 60s. Annie Ruth Ladd. They also lived above the bar for some time. My mother told me that she vividly remembers looking out the window and seeing the National guard going down Jefferson into Detroit. At that time, she was 9 years old. My mother grew up to work in the bar. Her name is Roseann or Rosie. I spent lots of my youth there, playing quarter machines. Rosie Also worked Square Deal.
