“The peanut noodles are always good, even if they are stingy with the sauce..the chicken is dry too. The host is quite nice, but the older lady serving needs lessons in polite and manners, and maybe something for memory issues, she couldn't keep our orders right. I also don't care for the limited menu for the weekend, unfortunately it's about the only place to go.“
“Celebrated wife's birthday. We both had the special - French Onion Soup(delicious), the 7oz Filets, potato & veggie, and creme brulee for $60. The soup is probably the best French Onion I've had. I'm not a big filet person but it was seasoned & Cooked perfectly. The creme brulee dessert is delicious. Service was spot on. Our waitress was on top of everything and didn't miss a beat. We've been to copper rock several times in South Bend. New Buffalo's blew them out of the water.“
“We checked this place out on our way through New Buffalo. Service was great and very friendly! I had the blackberry and the lemon cheesecake. My partner had the Carmel and banana cream pie. All of the flavors were excellent. The interior of the space was fun and full of memorabilia. There were spots around the parking lot to take pictures and relax.Dietary restrictions: They have some vegan optionsKid-friendliness: Kids would love this place“
“Coming here for dinner on a Monday in April is very different than weekends in the summer. Not too crowded so easily got a table. It’s nice to look out the views sitting in the back of the restaurant. I ordered the Diablo burger on a lettuce bun, crisp, juicy and delicious! My friends ordered the Cubano and regular burger splitting some fries. Both raved about their dishes as well.“
“The best build your own bagel sandwich and oatmilk cortado I've had in a long time! My husband, our friends and I were vacationing in New Buff for the New Year's weekend and came to David's for breakfast and were blown away, not only by their food and drinks but their excellent service! They also have amazing lunch and pastry options! You've got to visit and experience it for yourself, can't recommend them more!Vegetarian options: Can build your own sandwiches without meat and their lunch options are very vegetarian friendly!“
“This was my first time here. This is a quaint hometown breakfast and lunch restaurant in New Carlisle, Indiana. Our booth had comfortable seats and it was situated right over one of the heat ducts which made itnice and warm the entire time we were there!. Our server was polite and checked on us often enough to keep our drinks filled. I had the BLT club sandwich which was a triple decker! It was grilled with butter on the outside slices of bread and the tomatoes were nice and ripe and it had ample bacon slices. It was actually the best BTL I’ve ever had! My husband had the BBQ pork sandwich and said it was very delicious. I highly recommend Jennie Rae’s for hometown good cooking!“
“We were visiting the area due to a baseball tournament and decided to try this place out. I got the Pot Roast French Dip and it was perfect! Tender meat, lots of cheese, yummy sautéed onions and great aus ju! Highly recommend! Also great service!“
“Susan's restaurant in Sawyer, Michigan, is a culinary gem that left me thoroughly impressed. The warm ambiance, attentive service, and, most importantly, the exquisite cuisine, make it a standout dining experience. The menu boasts a delightful array of dishes, each prepared with evident skill and fresh, high-quality ingredients. From the first bite to the last, the flavors danced on my palate, creating a memorable gastronomic journey. Whether you're a local or passing through, Susan's restaurant is a must-visit for those seeking a delightful blend of hospitality and culinary mastery.“
“Skips is a blast from the past and in the best way. The interior has an old school supper club vibe - dropped ceiling, fireplace, big tables and a cozy bar. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was amazing - everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Skips has been around for 50 yrs and it is clear why - they execute on everything well.“
“Passing through to go back home to mn and very quick, and easy. We have a camper so it is a descent size gravel off the road spot for the parking lot,it wasn't crazy busy so enough room to park. We have 2 dogs, so a little spot of grass for them to go potty. Food was good, I did ask for no tomato and still got tomato but nothing I couldn't work around. They have a descent beer selection as well, considering being a small town“
“A very nice spot to grab a burger and relaxWe had an hour til close due to our scheduleEverything's made freshWe had time to spare and we were NOT rushed out the door at allI bet breakfast is really busy in high summer seasonGoing past it?Oh come on and stop!!Parking: We pulled in and angle parked“

“Went on a Friday evening (3/22). It was busy but vibes were great. Food was pretty good for the price, atmosphere was great. Our server was visibly rushed, but he was serving an entire half of the restaurant, otherwise he was very friendly. so can't blame him. Would definitely return if I'm ever back in the area.“
“My husband Scott (The Detail Guy) and I love being new members this year. It’s been our go-to place to connect with new friends in the area since our move here two years ago, bring family over for some waterfront views, and entertain guests who visit.Ryan and team are wonderful. We love the views, watching games, and can’t wait for more events in the months ahead.“
“The staff are welcoming , attentive and engaging . The food is phenomenal and the cocktail selection is eclectic and delicious! We enjoyed the atmosphere so much that after dinner we stayed and hung out at the bar. The drinks , bartender, fellow customers and conversation were all outstanding“
“Stumbled into this place on our adventure to see the sunset over Lake Michigan. Glad we did! It was our family of five, kids had a great hamburger and fish and chips. Started off with some fantastic sourdough and grass-fed butter along with some very well prepared calamari. I had the spare rib ragú which was phenomenal but, I must say my wife’s white fish was AMAZING! The smell alone of the capers and tomatoes was enough to make your mouth water. Very nicely done!“
“I love this place. I placed an order for 4 extra large pizzas for the Career Academy Robotics club. I knew it was a tall order for a small kitchen but I just love their pizza so much Especially the Sharon their buffalo chicken pizza which I highly recommend. There was a little hiccup but the owner was extremely kind and compensating and we got our pizzas to the event on time and the kids gobbled them up. I told everyone there you have to try the perch and the Walleye .It's a down home regular friendly place that I love to visit. Fantastic food great value and friendly service“
“This was an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and the decor was beautiful. The shining star was the food though. The Brussels sprouts were DELICIOUS, my table also shared the arugula salad, grilled cheese, mushroom risotto, and chicken sandwich. Each was a generous serving - it was fun to taste the different items. Well worth the trip!“
“The place was nice and had an overall laidback relaxing vibe. The menu was diverse and prices seemed fair for what was given. Portion sizes were big, and I loved the skin on fries. The only problem I had was with the services. Our waitress seemed to forget about us, and the place didn’t seem that busy. But she was nice.“

“Took my daughter for her 18th birthday. They don't have cake or sing to guest but they allowed us to bringing our own and our server took pictures of us. Perfect for my daughter bc she would never want all the attention drawn by the staff clapping and singing.“
“Service was amazing. We were throwing several drinks at the server and she was picking the one she thought we'd like. All the cocktails were super interesting.Food was incredible. Burger had the perfect amount of sweet and savory. French fries were perfect. Detroit style pizza was well done. All of the house liquors were great.“
