“You want the best coney Detroit has to over! This is your place. Their coneys, fries, and pies are amazing! Baklava is off the charts! The atmosphere here is Detroit, eat at the counter day or night, and you're bound to meet someone new or run into some excitement. It's always one of my first stops when I make it back to the city. There are so many new places all over the city, but nothing beats the original.“
“duly's is a nice restaurant if you're a chilli dog fan !! they have the best chilli dogs in Southwest if you ask me. Older people work here so the service is around medium but they don't take very long and their manners make up for it. not enough sitting space though, so I wouldn't invite a whole family or whatnot, dulys is small on the inside as well. but overall it is a fantastic place to eatParking: I'll say there's 10 parking spots in the lot across from dulys, there should be a taco truck in it as well, that's where me and my family usually park at when eating at dulys, you would just have to cross the street of course. and if you're lucky usually around the morning time dulys street parking isn't that bad so you can park closer !!Kid-friendliness: they're really nice with kids, I've seen a lot of youth dine in at dulys, and the employees love kids !!.Wheelchair accessibility: for dulys it's already on a flat area no stairs no catch, so if you're in a wheelchair or whatnot don't worry you can roll right in here with no problem“
“We were starving and looking for some food at 11:30pm and stumbled upon this place which was open till 12am. We were warmly greeted. It was AMAZING! We ordered the Cherry Cherve burgers with fries and the hot honey BBQ chicken legs. I inquired about gluten free and ordered mine w a gluten free bun which added a few minutes on to the cooking. The food was all amazing! The gluten free bun was wonderful and the burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection! The fries were delicious and seasoned so well. They were not too skinny or too fat; they were just perfect. The ketchup was a smaller plastic squeeze bottle which worked well. I am not a fan of the glass bottles where the ketchup doesn't come out. It's the little things. The legs were yummy. The food was very fresh, cooked well and served piping hot, which in and of itself is amazing late at night 30 minutes before closing. The bartender recommended a pain killer cocktail and it was amazing too!! My husband ordered a 51K beer and said it was an outstanding IPA. And he knows his beer. This place is a hidden gem. Great service, amazing food and cool ambiance. I used the restroom and it was attractively decorated and sparkling clean. We will be back for sure!“
“Was in town for business and was recommended by a local. Ended up going every morning I was in town and can’t wait to go back for the next week I’ll be in town. Amazing service, remembered my order after my FIRST visit! Food was great and prices are perfect.“
“Absolutely phenomenal! The burgers at this place are a true gastronomic delight. Each bite is an explosion of flavors, with the perfectly grilled patty, fresh veggies, and their secret sauce creating a symphony in your mouth. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is cozy. A must-visit for all burger enthusiasts. Five stars, no doubt!“
“Went again…Was great. Good food, good service.Milk shakes are not consistent and I found out why. Sometimes made with white milk and sometimes made with chocolate milk. There is a huge difference in taste.Update to owner response…I have the right place. I was told $5 for 2 streets away. “Dude” / person, they need phone skills. We’ve been back since and food is good, service is still borderline rude. Shakes vary as i ordered 3 Oreo shakes and 1 tasted way different than the other two, like watered down (different color even) and the other two were very good. Weird.Server was more concerned about her conversation on moving to Florida and car insurance than waiting on customers.Orig post…My little one is under the weather and I wasn’t leaving him; ordered delivery. Shocked they’d charge $5 delivery and it took almost an hour. Food was ok, not hot as expected being we lived rather close. Dude on the phone was rude and even yelling at someone. Very unprofessional“
“American Coney island has always been the superior choice vs Lafayette Coney island next door.3/2024 update:My companion got a Greek Salad. Tiniest salad you ever saw for $9. (See pics). No beets, chickpeas or onions like one would expect in a Greek.Brewed Ice Tea was ultra weak.Coney and Loose Coney were both delicious.Fries were excellent.Red was our server, did a great job.Recommended“
“Probably, no, I will say... the best Coney in the city. Food is always on point. Service and staff are always awesome. I would eat here everyday if I could.Parking: It's right at Russell on the corner of Eastern Market, so on the weekends when everyone comes down to the market, it can be hard to find parking. We don't mind walking for Zeffs though.“
“The loaded Mac was soooo good omg I would drive from Pontiac for that again and again. The brisket is so yummy and everything tasted freshly cooked, there was no weird or funny taste nor did the food get old with every bite. I ate it all !!! And my strawberry shortcake shake was amazing, I want another one ? halal too! I’ll be back to try everything on the menu. I’m so full lolDietary restrictions: Halal!!!! ?“
“I ordered chicken sandwiches, the guy there was very nice and did his best to explain their menu . Everything was great except one thing . My tawwok chicken had bbq sauce in it which usually is not in a Mediterranean sandwich. It could be by accident though. It didn’t taste bad at all but I just wanted to let you know . Clean place and prices are very very reasonable . Good luck“
“Had the opportunity to stop into The Burger Truck in its brand new Ann Arbor location today for a photoshoot. Owner Mustapha, assistant Hanan and the staff were awesome! Very caring yet business-driven, respectful, energetic and they made the shoot great! The burgers were all traditional Smash Burgers with a variety of ingredients and all gargantuan! They also serve cheese sticks, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and more. Definitely stop into one of their many Metro Detroit locations for a pretty awesome Burger!“
“For starters, from the first interaction at the speaker, the team member who took my order was awesome! Very personable and make my ordering experience feel more human and not like a scripted inconvenience you get a most fast food restaurants. Then the most beautiful girl with amazing eyes, who had a gorgeous smile that you could literally see it through her black face mask, came out and she was very articulate, polite, and had a confidence you don't see in most people. My order was fairly quick, but most importantly, it was correct (which sadly other places don't even care about even doing that!) Overall, great experience for me! (Remember, my opinion shouldn't matter....This is all subjective. Except how beautiful that team member was....that is 100% not subjective!) Lmao“
“I ordered the corn dog nuggets and fries plus a root beer float. The nuggets were very good and so were the fries. The root beer float was AWESOME!! My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries and a root beer float. He thought the food was okay. He did like the root beer float.“
“Deadline Detroit has a segment on Diamond and her hot dog cart on the Gratiot fringe of Eastern Mkt. She has had this cart operation for years and is a woman with a compelling story: She has a variety of $4 dogs. We chose to share the jumbo beef, Italian sausage and Chicago dog. All were excellent. If you find yourself downtown craving a quick, quality tube steak ... consider picking up a dawg from Diamond.“
“If you're looking for a place to satisfy your burger cravings, look no further than Taystee's Burgers in Taylor mi. ?They have a variety of mouth-watering burgers to choose from, We ordered the Cool Ranch Supreme burger, the Hawaiian burger, and the Chilli Cheese Fries. ?The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they make sure you have a great experience. ?Trust me, you won't regret visiting Taystee's Burgers. It's one of the best burger joints in town. ?“
“My grandfather and I love this place. Life long area resident and will gladly drive across town to eat at Sami's. By far superior in price, quality and taste compared to the other diner/coney options in the area.Kid-friendliness: Welcoming family atmosphere.“
“Super qauint place with very lovely service. The food is astounding and actually pretty before you take your first few bites. A definite must if youve never gone before.Parking: Parking is easiest just a 2-3 minute walk away in a paid parking lot“
“Zena was my server tonight. She was a breath of fresh air. She was all about her customers and making sure I got exactly what I wanted and I observed her doing the same at all her tables. The owner came by and chatted with me. He was openly kind to his employees. I was taking a trip down memory lane as I lived in Redford 20 yrs ago. Glad I picked this spot. Everything was great. The Chicken Greek Salad and Chicken Lemon Rice soup was on point. The pita bread and chicken was grilled to perfection and as you can see from the photo, they bring an entire bottle of Greek dressing! I live over an hour away and can say for certain I WILL be back!“
“Love A&W. Food was as always amazing. Service was exceptional. Car hop restaurants are few and far between but this is the best one Downriver. Or anywhere, arguably.Parking: Dine in your car service or drive through but there's enough parking for several vehicles“
“My Hungry Man Omelette was excellent. This is a diner so we’re looking for a quick, hearty meal that’ll fill you up. Woodward Coney more than delivered, and it’s a very nice (surprisingly huge) restaurant on the inside.I have no idea what others are saying about the customer service. I had exceptional service and the waitress I had was one of the highlights of my trip. Affordable, tasty, and affable, I’ll be back very soon“
“This is a super fun little joint. This is where the Sanders used to be and there is still a sign behind the register that reminds you of that. Overall it was an enjoyable experience I hope that they would consider staying open late on the weekends in the summer as i have many fond memories of being in East town GR and leaving the bars and hitting up Yesterdog afterwards and downtown Wyandotte is good for that type of thing with its very nightlife friendly environment.“
