“Just tried Rika's for my first time and WOW. The chicken tenders were remarkably tender, and had the best seasoning I've tried in Grand Rapids. Great sauce selection as well (spicy BBQ and garlic parm were so good).
So many chains (and even other local spots) use way too much breading or batter - not the case here. There's just enough to be perfectly crisp, without taking away from the chicken itself. It's fried to order, so the tenders were as fresh as possible.
The portions are great as well, I'm planning on trying the dark meat special next because it seems like a ridiculous value. I'll absolutely be returning to Rika's soon!”

My wife had tacos and loved them just as much. The salsa really stood out too—fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. The service was excellent, super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. We also tried a couple of their freshly made drinks, and those were fantastic. All around, a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Just tried Tastefull Vegan Ice Cream today and it was FANTASTIC! I am allergic to gluten, dairy, some tree nuts and a few other things, and this is a game changer! I haven’t always been allergic to these things so I know what “normal” iced cream tastes like. This is the closest thing to normal ice cream I’ve ever had, maybe even better! My husband also had some and he does not have the allergic I do. He said it’s some of the best ice cream he’s had in a long time! We will definitely be back before the end of the season! My food was ready within a reasonable timeframe but the rush causes them to forget items a lot and I believe that's due to short staffing. McDonald's need to do better with hiring! Get off that penny pinching budget and hire the appropriate amount of staff before you lose clientele because they are being cheated out of items that they paid for! I've seen staff doing multiple jobs which they wouldn't and shouldn't have to do, if the food chain and the appropriate amount of staff! Do better McDonald's!”
