“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.”

“exactly what we craved after a cold winter day in December. The soup was filled with so much flavours and the serving of purple rice was an added bonus! The family who owns this family is very sweet. Definitely would recommend going if you’re near the area and need to stop by for a quick lunch. There’s about 6 tables (so not a big place), but would encourage take out if party size is greater than like 4.”

“First time ordering and I got the falafel/hummus/tabouli sandwich, which was excellent. The bread was warm and fresh, and the falafel was seasoned but not spicey. Hummus was flavorful but not too garlicky. I will definitely be back to try more of there vegetarian options.”

“Just tried Rika's for my first time and WOW. The chicken tenders were remarkably tender, and had the best seasoning I've tried in Grand Rapids. Great sauce selection as well (spicy BBQ and garlic parm were so good).

So many chains (and even other local spots) use way too much breading or batter - not the case here. There's just enough to be perfectly crisp, without taking away from the chicken itself. It's fried to order, so the tenders were as fresh as possible.

The portions are great as well, I'm planning on trying the dark meat special next because it seems like a ridiculous value. I'll absolutely be returning to Rika's soon!”

“Ordered online was a little confusing but I still did 5 stars because when I went in they explained it and are super nice about it! I didn’t get her name but I was so grateful for her and the food was hot and ready when she said it would be! Thanks for a great experience!”

“This restaurant is a family favorite! We have been dining here for over 8 years and even held our rehearsal dinner here! Moon is an outstanding person and greets us every-time we visit. Several family and friends we send her way to try the food. Always fast,fresh and very large dishes! We end up with so much left over we make a few lunches out if it :) our daughter loves the lo mien and she's a very picky toddler :) so good! Never disappointed and very friendly personable staff!”

“Love service here, this is a go to place for lunch while at work. hostess remembers me, gives me space when needed or will engage in conversation. Most don't speak English but a select few do. All I have to say is don't piss off the hostess, I've seen her be a force to reckon with. Food is great! Price is fair.”

Little Bangkok gives you large chicken tenders that are juicy, and the peanut sauce is delicious. The pork pad thai was very yummy as well. The medium spice is perfect if you want a little spice but not overwhelming. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend the lunch menu. Lots of options.”

My wife had tacos and loved them just as much. The salsa really stood out too—fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. The service was excellent, super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. We also tried a couple of their freshly made drinks, and those were fantastic. All around, a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I come to chick Fil a, but something is not right with your app. I have over 10,000 points and can never redeem them via mobile or in restaurants. I click redeem, choose item, add to order but when I go to check out, there is still a total. Today I went in the restaurant, scanned the item & it did not come off the order. Luckily the manager was kind enough to refund me what I wanted to redeem but that should not have to happen.”
