“This was a great outing. We took our brother and sister-in-law to lunch to celebrate his 92nd birthday. Our delightfully spunky waitress immediately suggested we start the celebration off with champagne! She provided a nonalcoholic variety to our guests because they don't imbibe. It was such a nice start to a lovely meal, everything was delicious.“

It is right off the main highway via an access road and looks like a little log cabin.I would classify the food and drinks like other supper club restaurants in the MN and WI area. Good standard taste but not top tier.I had the pork loin which was squishy, bony, and fatty. My wife had a scallop and seafood pasta. My mashed potatoes were very good. At 7:15 they were out of asparagus and baked potato already.It is very loud and the tables are packed close together. Prices are reasonable and service was a bit slow but friendly.“

“Finally made it across the river to Nova today. My visit left me in the state of "how many times were you told to get here... & kept saying...mehh... I will? Well today did not disappoint! I loved the small brunch cocktail menu, not overwhelming and some great options, the bloody with dill pickle ice was very tempting! I opted for the Knob Creek Colab Sour, it was delicious & not too sweet so I sucked it down in two sips! It paired perfectly w hanging out w buddies on the patio! I like that he patio had options of small square tables, round tables and picnic tables w umbrellas! There's a small parking lot, that if it's full you can easily park along the Coulee curb. Boomin Barbecue has residency and w the Libations for Everyone podcast recording today I opted for the Knob Creek burger, "Smoked & Seared Burger, American Cheese, Smoked Pork Belly, Bourbon Braised Onions, Pickles, Knob Creek Aioli on a Sesame Potato Bun". I'm sorry, correction: the DELICIOUS Knob Creek burger!!! The bar was comfortable and spacious, read: you weren't touching legs w the chair next to you. You can see the two bathrooms from the bar, they're not tucked away in some corner. I like that there is a garage door open to the spacious patio. I was able to have a few words w the friendly owner. I may have drug my feet to have my inaugural visit, but I am positive there will be no delay on my next visit. Thanks Nova for such a fun, comfortable and delicious afternoon, cheers!“

“Stopped in here for something to drink and to hang out for a bit as we were riding our bikes. Great vibe, they had volley ball outside and a DJ inside. This is a fun spot to hang out and have a good time with friends or family. Thanks again for the great experience.“

“What a great list of local MN tap beers....inside/attached to a theater! Very nice seating and TV in the bar. You can bring the beers to your movie. Excellent service. Christina, the bartender, is a top-notch master-of-service gem. Very knowledgeable beer slinger and lets each guest know when their movie is seating. I'm impressed.“

“My mom knows the owner. We were in the neighborhood w/family and my aunt & uncle from CO. My aunt has never drank a drop since getting hep b from a blood transfusion like 40 years ago & recently cured ??) So, we had CO Bulldogs, which she's never heard of!?
