“Fantastic staffs! Inventive menu and cocktails. Our server, Sydney, was fabulous (along with her colleagues) keeping us hydrated. The Pomme Dauphines were beautifully done! The Paper Plane tasted great. My wife really enjoyed the Halibut. The Mussel Soup (Billy Bi Soup) was divine and the Octopus Bolognese was heavy on the tomatoes (a bit too acidic for me). Our friends also enjoyed the Halibut and Spring Chicken. The desserts were game changer: the Carrot Cake and Lemon Tart were exceptional. I wish the dining room has more dampening materials as it was hard to have a conversation.“

“We were here for dinner over the weekend and everything about this place was phenomenal we tried multiple things off of the to share or not portion of the menu and loved every bit of it. The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well“

“I don’t usually order burgers at restaurants because I have a hard time eating them due to my small mouth. Most burgers are waaaaayyy too big/tall for me to even take a proper bite out of.My father and I were in Minneapolis and decided after a long day of taking care of family matters, to get a hearty meal. It was 9pm on a weekday and we were limited on what was available. Thankfully, we found Red Cow.I was very happy with our experience at this establishment. The server was great and so was the manager. The burgers were juicy and cooked to order. I was super excited to see they had truffle parm fries and my dad felt the same about tater tots being on the menu. My dad got a cute little beer which was the perfect size for him, since he doesn’t drink much. I did order a mocktail, but barely drank it because it was too sour. The manager comped it, which was nice. I will definitely be back!“

The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. The food was excellent and the servers were friendly and efficient.I got the fried chicken sandwich with cheese fries and both exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried about the cheese having that “cashew vegan cheese” taste (lol, IYKYK) but this was not the case at all. Wouldn’t have even guessed it was vegan cheese if I didn’t know. We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated!Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. Personally I think Mancinis in St Paul is better. So take that into account if you are reading this.I know they are going for the diner/dinette vibe but the shrimp cakes in a cardboard box isn't ideal. The French fries also were good but look like something you would get next door at CHS Field.I had the duck pasta with ricotta cheese and it was a major letdown for me. I should have ordered the burrito. However the menu isn't that large so your options are limited. The pork belly was tasty but had way too much spicy sauce all over it.Will I go back? Honestly it is unlikely. I hope they can improve the food and expand the menu because the location is beautiful and historic. And our server was prompt and took great care of us.“
