They also have my favorite topping, cheese foam! Many places don't have cheese foam, but this place is one that does have it.”

Just… right. Goldilocks would weep.\n\nThe hash browns?\nCrispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and somehow not greasy at all.\nI don’t know how they pulled that off. Witchcraft? Voodoo? A deal with the breakfast gods? Don’t care. I respect it.\n\nOverall, it was the kind of breakfast that makes you stop mid-bite just to nod at your plate.”

“My husband and I were in the area so we decided to stop in. We were on a time crunch so we ordered some easy stuff such as finger foods and fried rice. I was in the mood for something beefy but wasn't really in the mood for pho or anything soupy so I ordered the beef bulgogi instead. The food took a while to be served but the server was pretty cool so we didn't mind. When we got our food, the finger food was pretty good. The spicy fried chicken we ordered was good. The fried rice was bland. The bulgogi, however was disappointing. Instead of using a type of meat with some marble in it, they used the eye round, the leanest part of the cow, and grilled it up. I get it. It's already sliced thinly for pho but the eye round pieces that was used was pretty thick. The whole thing was dry and chewy. There was barely any sauce glazed over the meat. Please don't be cheap. If you're going to put a certain dish on your menu, serve it properly with the correct type of meat. If you don't want to use a more expensive cut such as ribeye, which is the correct section of beef to use, then go with the chuck meat. We hear good things about the sushi so maybe next time we'll stop in for that.”

My daughter has celiac and sam said anything on the menu can be gluten free, she loved the chicken and broccoli and he even packaged it separately to ensure it was safe for her. Highly recommend!”

“This place is a solid dive bar that takes you right back to the '70s. It's not fancy, just good drinks at great prices. The place is super relaxed, and the crowd is friendly and laid-back. It’s in the heart of downtown. This bar is an adults type place, though—wouldn't recommend bring the kids. If you're looking for a no-frills spot to grab a drink and relax, this is it. Highly recommend!”

“My daughter and I went here because I was on the search for an amazing Affogato. They did not disappoint. The owner was super sweet to my daughter and pulled strawberry gelato out of the freezer even though it wasn’t on their menu that day. “A absolute gem of a restaurant in White Bear Lake. In town visiting family & so enjoyed our first time here last night. Very cool & well designed with a great vibe, beautiful bar area where you can comfortably dine also. Which is aso the main diningroom with views of the kitchen & Chefs creations. Food was out of the park; 2 chicken entrees & the Walleye-and let's not forgot the delicious chocolate mousse dessert! Will always plan a dinner here we visit again.”

“We visited Pine Tree Apple Orchard in the middle of the week. Two pies, oatmeal raisin cookies, Apple turnovers, Apple donuts , Cinnamon Ice cream, and Strawberry Rhubarb jam late, we declared our mission complete. We breezed through their checkout and headed home. Every day we have a little memory of our visit in the form of toast and jam, delicious apple pie and ice cream, or a big cookie while watching a hockey game. The apple pie is down to single slice but the Pecan pie is waiting in the freezer:)”

The balance on the successful cocktails was excellent — creative without feeling gimmicky. What really stood out was the staff: genuinely kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they're doing. They walked me through the menu, gave great recommendations, and seemed to enjoy the process as much as the guests. The music and ambience sealed the night — lively but still intimate, with just the right dose of mystery. “the manager is just as rude as he was when I worked there years ago. he was VERY rude to my dad when he came in tonight and im upset my dad didn't let me go in there and say something. I don't care if it's busy and you are overwhelmed, I worked there for years and understand the stress, but you don't tell a customer you can't do something when you absolutely can, and it wasn't even your order you were doing so you should have kept your bald head back in the kitchen with your nasty tone to yourself. Dee is one of the worst managers ever, besides Nick and Terry. Dawn needs to put Dee through some kind of managment kindness courses.”
