We normally prefer our sodas with no ice. When I requested no ice, the young man taking our order stated "wow" twice.I am not sure why he said that and did not appreciate that statement.
I placed an online order and curdside pickup was dismal at best. When I arrived, I used the link at the end of my order to let them know I was there. When a couple of minutes had passed, I used my text notification to check in.After a total of 12 minutes, I went inside to inquire about my order. It was sitting on the counter and had apparently come up 15 minutes before. What started off as a bad experience ended up amazing. My order was wrong, it was cold and it was more than an hour later when I finally sat down and ate my corrected meal. Kelvin was amazing kind and committed to gwtt8ng my order right. He even offered me a refund. The empathy and compassion was exceptional! It's employees like him who make companies ies grow.
