The food is always fresh and consistent. There has rarely been a time when they had ran completely out of food (which only occurred when it got really busy) and when they did it was finishing up being cooked.. The people there are always nice and very respectful. I have never had a bad experience when I have visited this location.
While the food is always really good, the staff needs some training on appropriate attitude. Last time I was there, the boy putting my order together openly mocked what I was getting because it was "basic". And today the staff was unfriendly and treating me like I was stupid for what I was ordering. This attitude is not acceptable and can seriously harm victims of an ED or who are on the spectrum and need safe foods/feel comfortable and safe eating without being judged.

Love eating here. Never had a bad experience, super friendly staff, and it’s consistently good food. I think it’s better than chipotle by far(especially when it comes to all the options. I love the pickled onions!) Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!
