“Wanted to try this place after the format change and was not dissapointed. Slightly more casual atmosphere and definately a more casual menu. The bar area has more of a country feel and looked comfortable. Food was good and timely. A couple of suggestions for the dining area would be to add some kind of background music and to re-think the heavy paper table covers.“
“0 a+ rating I would just say that everything was on time and it was hot prepared immaculately and on top of that you could get no better in service or privacy so if you want to instrument dinner with somebody that you care about deeply this would be the place to have it so a+ double a plus in my book“
“Amazing food, service and staff across the board. Our waiter Maz is in the team picture of best 5 waiters I’ve ever had. Attentive beyond necessity! What waiter pours 3 guys bottled beers into a frosty glass? Maz does! Total understanding of menu, ingredients and recommendations! Highly recommend this restaurant and ask for Maz! Definitely will be back next time i’m in St. Louis!“
“This place is one of my favorite places! They are welcoming and inviting! Steak is always seasoned to perfection. We have been celebrating our life accomplishments at this location for over 15 years and we are never disappointed! Reservations are a must and great for a romantic ambiance, special birthday dinner, and other occasions.“
“This is in contention with the fanciest place that I've ever had dinner. I had the steak and mashed potatoes, both of which were the best that I've ever had. I added a succulent bone marrow butter that I still think about from time to time. The service is top notch as you would expect. If you are driving you have to valet park. Be prepared for that. Also, plan to spend money. It was the most expensive ticket that I've ever had.“
“Quality: 10/10Portion: 10/10Price: 7/10 (before inflation it was unbeatable)Service: 10/100 (it feels like a hunters cabin)Recommendations:Their steaks are delicious and filling, great cuts, and reasonably priced. Their tucker burger is so good and its pricing is competitive with fastfood. I hear their buffalo chicken sandwiches are really good. They also have some really good loaded potato skins.“
“We love coming here! This location always has consistently great food and service. Our steaks are always cooked correctly the first time which seems to be a challenge at some of the much more expensive restaurants near by. It is very convenient to be able to put yourself on the wait list online and makes planning when to get there easy. Judging by the wait times every time we dine here, it is apparent a lot of other people love it here too!“
“We had dinner at Bugatti's on Saturday 2/17/24 and it was outstanding from start to finish. I especially want to first recognize our wonderful server Alecia (Alesha? didn't get the spelling of her name unfortunately) She was such a positive, efficient delight and is a valuable asset to the restaurant. We started with charbroiled oysters that were delicious and I then got the wedge salad which was huge and very flavorful. My husband had a filet with Bearnaise sauce and I had the scallops served over peas and mushrooms - omgosh!! The scallops were cooked perfectly and I could have eaten another plate of the peas/mushrooms - very tasty. Hubby's filet was cooked perfectly as well and very flavorful and served with a huge loaded baked potato that he couldn't finish but tasted great. Good wine and ambiance even though they were very busy. By the end of our meal we were chatting with Alecia as if we were old friends and she went out of her way to make our evening memorable. We will definitely be back and hopefully see her again.“
“Meech brightened up our night. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Texas Roadhouse on date night and we are so glad we got sat in Meech’s section. This particular Friday night they were slammed but Meech went out of his way to connect with my boyfriend and really made his night after a long day. He also made sure that our food was top notch and his attention to us was top tier. Texas Roadhouse give Meech your appreciation. Thank you so Meech, you made our night. We are so grateful for the amazing customer service and awesome food! We will for sure be back, this location is our new favorite in the STL area!“
“My companion and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience! We started with the escargot in mushroom caps which were absolute perfection. I had the beef tips with mushrooms and they were also cooked to perfection! My companion had a prime sirloin steak that was absolutely huge and he ate the whole thing because he said it was so good! We both had the twice baked potatoes which Charcoal House has always been famous for and they were delicious! The service was excellent, friendly and attentive. We both agreed that we had not had such a lovely dining experience in a long time.“
“Clayton is pretty much the best bartender ever, and I drink well enough, so I know ;) I stop in for a slice of hands down the best carrot cake in the world and a White Russian - always ALWAYS ALWAYS treated well , the employees all provide top of the line experiences.“
“We've passed this place several times and for my birthday, I figured we'd give it a try.The place is exactly the aesthetic I was hoping for, a lodge/inn look, with great lighting and simple decor. It's not something others may care about, but for me, it sets a great mood. And this place delivers on that for me.I was told they had a tomahawk ribeye steak on special, and I couldn't resist ordering it (admittedly, without asking the price), my wife ordered the filet.I don't want to complain too much, especially since we didn't bring it up to our server, but we both ordered the steaks medium-rare, and what we both received was medium to medium-well... a significant temperature difference. Especially for those cuts. That was disappointing, but we stopped 'complaining' about overcooked steaks a long time ago; too many horror stories. But, the flavor was outstanding, seasoned flawlessly, my only nitpick on the tomahawk (besides being overcooked) was the rosemary garnish, it should have been left off the dish unless you love to eat those needles. That is pretty much culinary school 101, don't plate something that can't or shouldn't be eaten. The staff was great with everything else, including bringing me a cupcake with a candle on it and wishing me a 'Happy Birthday'.For the price, I expected much better preparation of the steaks, but the place itself, the service/staff, and the overall flavor of everything were very very good. It's a birthday dinner I'll not forget (in a good way).“
“Longhorn for the win, food was great!! Steak wasn't cooked properly but very much edible and it still had a nice flavor just a little too much pink, artichoke dip great, potato great, lobster great!!! I enjoyed it. They forgot my dip and I had to wait about 15 minutes for it but it was delicious and no one is perfect so still a nice dinner overall!!!“
“Jon(John) was exceptional! He gave my friend & I the BEST service. He only works on the weekends. Now I only want to come back on weekends. He seems to love what he does while obtaining his degree in college. He was a great hire and needs a bonus or some type of incentives! Thanks for your great service!!“
“I got the sirloin tips, medium, and they were surprisingly good. Well cooked, seasoned, and packed for travel. The mushrooms were flavorful and the grilled veggies still had some crunch. I'll be back.Parking: It's in a strip mallWheelchair accessibility: There are ramps in the asphalt that go up curb which is the only step“
