“Today was quit nice at Tailleur's. I wrote a review a year ago that was not very flattering and rated this 1 star. I always give restaurants a second and sometimes third chance. I am so glad that I did. The atmosphere has always been very nice, the service was tip top, this guy didn't miss a beat. The steak tartare was of high quality meat, adorned with capers, raw egg yolk with crunchy crostini and slender sliced of onion strings. Just delightful. The pot pie is rather a new dish to the menu, my friend enjoyed it. I had the Salmon Nicoise. Salmon was perfectly prepared medium and the salad is very hardy with green beans, avocado, hard boiled egg, a sweet sauce on the lettuce, I did however miss the potatoes not being part of the salad. I believe it had a bit of couscous also. Overall, a very lovely day. We also walked over to their bakery which was just as nice. And then onto the Cheval Bar. The construction has to be frustrating for all the businesses there. I WILL start frequenting the restaurant again.“

“This is the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffle. It’s perfectly seasoned for KC flavor: a little bit of heat and a little bit of sweet. The breading is light, yet still crunchy. Along with a white mayo-based bbq sauce, it’s served over a cornbread waffle with maple syrup and a bed of greens. Perfectly balanced. I recommend it alongside a limeade for a perfect bright kick. My friends likewise recommend their sandwiches. We’ll definitely be back when we return to the KC City Market.“

“The Italian Stallion sandwich was delicious, as far as quality deli sandwiches go, there isn't much to choose from in the area and I am thankful for this place. My go-to place in downtown Lees Summit was closed today and this place delivered what I was craving, literally and metaphorically speaking. Wasn't too expensive, and free delivery within 10 miles of the store if you order through the website, is a plus. Sure beats all those doordash fees and charges. My girlfriend got the two slice and a drink deal and the pizza was great! Huge New York style slices. Safe to say I will be ordering again, trying the other sandwich options and the other pizza options. Looks like they do more than just pizzas and sandwiches on their website, super excited to try those items as well. Specialty items for Superbowl Sunday too?? I was expecting more bar quality food, I was surprised when they brought to our table this high-quality, well executed dishes. I highly recommend the skillet or the crab cake. Service: The best I've ever had in Kansas City. When I got there with my family, they were having a farewell celebration for the bartender that was leaving to California. One gentleman from the restaurant gave my mom a beautiful flower arrangement The server was always smiling and helpful. They brought us cake from the farewell event. The musicians were also smiling all the time and hi 5 us on our way to the exit. Yelp factor: This is the place to go if you are looking to experience Kansas City vibe, Food and music. I can't wait to go back there“

Drive thru was busy but the inside was cozy, bright and pretty quiet for a Saturday afternoon. Perfect spot to read and enjoy some lunch! The Mission Mango was good, but don't order it hoping for a strong mango flavor. The Homestead a peach is fabulous - sweet & peachy. The Sweet Lou's is amazing - it is sweet and has lavender flavors that are just right - not too strong. We also got the deviled egg flight. They were all delicious but the pulled pork one was the best!“
