“Full disclosure. This restaurant is owned by students of mine. That being said, I was very pleased with the whole experience. The restaurant decor is new and so well designed. It has a very intimate feel about it. The service was so friendly and thorough. The food was awesome. We had the mushroom appetizer and I had the Lamb Biryani entree. The presentation was very professional. I couldn't eat all of my entree. I had to take some home. The prices are very reasonable. I was there with two colleagues and they too were very pleased with our experience. Our only cautionary comment is that the menu was difficult to read. More contrast is needed for the print. Try it out. You won't be disappointed.”

Firstly, the location of the restaurant was perfect, being conveniently close to the downtown area and within walking distance – a definite plus. The ambience of the place was pleasant, and the staff provided exceptional service. Our server went above and beyond to ensure our experience was delightful. Now, let's talk about the food – the quality was truly excellent, especially the Fish Tikka masala and Tandoori chicken, which we absolutely loved. We're already looking forward to coming back on our next trip to moncton, and we won't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our friends as well. Admittedly, the prices were a bit higher compared to regular restaurants, but we firmly believe that every penny was worth it. Her name was Pauline she was an older lady, she gave us directions to where we needed to go as we were traveling as well as she made accommodations for us as best as she could and gave us a coupon for an ice coffee as well as they worked fast and had good quality snacks”

We came to decisions on the chicken avocado pesto and the black bean burger crunch wrap. A+++ the flavors were incredible! Each pairing of ingredients complimented each other and neither overpowered any of them. It was excitement for my taste buds. As well we had tractor beverages which were great. I could tell they didnt have preservatives and unwanted additives like red-40 etc. Natural bursts of flavor. The associate came and brought my kids a little sample of clean eat treats which was devoured in 2.0. I am thoroughly impressed with everything about this place. The food, the atmosphere, the ambience, the service- which are all important. Some might say the price is high however people need to understand the great importance of our health and what it means to have quality, clean ingredients. At this point majority of us should know that if it's not clean- it has carcinogenic ingredients, harmful seed oils and hormone disruptor that are quickly killing society. I fully support businesses that care about feeding the masses quality food. We should want to support health and stop supporting place like McDonald's and other unhealthy fast food chains who do not care about creating a healthier world.”

“Our daughter made reservations for our 46th wedding anniversary. She knows that I am difficult to impress. It was our first experience at Sophia & Spritz and won't be the last. We started with calamari, which is heavenly. I had the seafood bowl and my husband had the sirloin, which he could cut with a butter knife. Dessert was the chocolate moose and I had the coconut lemon tart. We had an amazing experience and will go there again.”

I have mobility issues but I try to manage, many times the kind people at the front counter offers to help me carry my pizza to the car, when they have available time. They go above and beyond both with their food and their customer service.

Had an issue with a garlic finger, the underside didn’t seem that well cooked. They immediately made it right.

“My wife and I went for Teriyaki Tuesday. Got two large generous bowls of teriyaki noodles for $7.95 each. It was made fresh and hot and the textures and flavours were phenomenal! You can add beef or chicken for a little extra if you like.
