“I hosted my daughters bridal shower at Heirloom on 1/13/24. They did an amazing job from the start when I contacted David to start planning, to menu selection and all of the fine details. Chef Chris Davis did an outstanding job executing an upscale authentic Italian menu. The staff were terrific , on point and attentive. Everything was delicious and so well received by my guests, even the Italian New Yorkers approved! My entire experience was easy, seamless, fun and delicious. Thanks!“
“We just happened to be going by and it smelled great so we stopped in and we were not disappointed. It is a casual atmosphere and the staff were friendly but it's about the food. Good selections, priced fairly and nice sized portions. we had the pitas since it is called pita wheel but they also have other things on the menu. They came out hot and they were delicious. We have been back a few and we will be back again.“
“First time here Patrick the manager was amazing he noticed me looking at the menu for a while and came and asked if it was my first time here then he helped me narrow what I wanted down to the Ultimate Nachos which were amazing and he even bought them out to me. The atmosphere is great and I’ll definitely be back!!!!“
“This is hands down the best upscale but casual eatery in Lake Wylie. You can get dressed up at night or stop in wearing your Hoodie for lunch. The chef worked at the 5 star kitchens at the Grand Hyatt in New York. The attention to detail and the flavor profiles are not matched in the area.. if you don't try it you are missing an opportunity in our community.“
“I really enjoy there fried rice and they have some amazing fish and wings. The food is season very well not to much and not to little. This is one of my favorite restaurants now. And the prices are reasonable.Vegetarian options: Vegetable fried rice they let you customize your rice.“
“We stopped for dinner with 4 young kids after traveling in the car all day. They were fantastic and accommodating even though most people wouldn't bring their kids! The food was phenomenal and prices were great. Thank you for a great experience!“

“Consistent, fresh, delicious, great atmosphere and service. The turkey burger is excellent. Not sure what they season it with but it is fantastic. Shakes are great and home made banana pudding is dreamy! Scott, the manager, expects nothing but tip top service and he treats his employees well and it shows. This is a must place.“
“I gave this place 4 stars, the atmosphere is real mellow. I had the Ashley chicken. It came with fluffy and lovey mash potatoes & gravy. Alana was our waitress, she had a heart warming smile and OUTSTANDING personality the entire time since we were seated. I'll be back soon“
“This is a great place to go to relax, have fun and or get some stress out by yourself or with friends/family! The tables are heated so if it's chilly at night or have fans for those hot days so you will be comfortable either way. Plenty of space in the tables to not feel crowded to the next tables around you. The chair out at the bays have arms but if you're a bigger person you can ask to have a stool or chair brought from the inside that don't have arms. The staff is absolutely amazing very helpful and have great personalities. We were beginners and our waiter went over and beyond to help explain the games and how everything works. As well as came over the perfect amount to ask if we needed anything but not over bearing, they also have a timer on your screen for when your time is up but the waiter also lets you know you only have a few minutes. This location also has an elevator or steps to get from one floor to the next. Indoor bar area to wait while your bay is getting ready or to chill and get a drink and food. Would definitely recommend the night time as it's more enjoyable without the sun in your face and with the whole area lit up when playing. We will definitely be going back many more times!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp to get to the main floor plus an elevator to get from floor to floor. With enough room around the tables outside in the bay that you can watch every play.“

The decor is charming, the place was hopping and our server was lightning quick. I am already looking forward to our next visit.“
