“We went to the Mother's Day brunch and it was a lovely morning. Outside seating is outstanding especially when the weather is good and not zipped in. Service great, but brunch food pretty much just ok especially for RR. I ordered the huevos rancheros off the brunch menu and while the eggs we cooked well they were on a hard tortilla with only a dollop of what might've been ranchero sauce. I guess I'm just used to west coast max but this was just not a good version. OK, yes. Drinks were outstanding as usual especially the drink of the day. Will definitely return as we've always had really good meals but maybe not for brunch.“

“I was blown away by the great service and delicious food. We liked it so much that we went twice in 3 days! The staff was exceptional and they cheerfully modified our entrees to be vegan. The manager even checked-in with us and we praised and complimented the staff. They even have a robot bring the food out (with the servers) which is innovative and fun. Good food, amazing service, they deserve this 5-star rating AND your business.Vegetarian options: They modified the street tacos for me to have black beans instead of meat. They were perfect!“

“I don't write reviews often, but when I do... It's because the place deserves it. La Promesa is an authentic hole in the wall. Although the seating is a bit cramped, the service is excellent, and the food is as good as you'll find. I worked in San Salvador as a consultant and the papusas (cheese and mixed) here are absolutely incredible. Horchata was great too. If you've never tried hand-formed, cheese filled, skillet-fried masa, you don't know what you're missing. Seriously, try the papusas!“

“Excellent! Before I moved to Florida, I would eat at Casa Villa 2-3 times per week. They have a really delicious menu and high quality ingredients in their foods. The staff is Super Friendly and the restaurant is colorful and clean. Truly the BEST option for Authentic Mexican Cuisine in the Myrtle Beach area. Each time I visit family and friends up in Myrtle Beach- I make sure to stop at Casa Villa for lunch or dinner. There isn't anything like it!“

“They will serve you a buffet style, authentic Mexican cuisine. The prices are very reasonable at $10. The dining tables are a little shaky. Our hostess was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the pupusas. There's also tajin seasoning on the tables.Vegetarian options: Rice, black beans, slaw, fresh pineapple. Homemade corn tortillas.“

“LOVED their homemade chips and salsa, as well as the delicious cheese dip! I had the special St. Patty's margarita, which was very refreshing...not too sweet and very tasty. The chimichanga entree was excellent. The shredded beef was tender, the tortilla was fried perfectly, and the rice and beans were very good. Sopapillas rounded out the meal with its sweet, crispy, cinnamon sugar drizzled with chocolate syrup and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I was full and very satisfied!“
