“I came here today with my mom for some morning coffee. We walked in and were immediately greeted by all the staff upfront. The lady taking our order was very friendly, and the ladies in the back making our coffee were very sweet and they got our coffee done very quick and efficiently. Overall, it was a great experience.“

“This location is very good. Friendly service and they're pretty quick. I typically order On The Go on their app and my drink is always there when I arrive. It's walk-in only, but there's plenty of parking since it's in a plaza, yet away from the Harris Teeter.“

“This is the first DD that I’ve been in that was a pleasant experience. The cashier was very friendly and our drinks came out quickly despite it being very busy. The employees seemed liked they actually wanted to be there which is almost never the case any time I’ve been in a DD. Great job to the management and staff.“

“I love this location specifically because the girls that work here in the morning are always so nice and welcoming when we come by. The service is always awesome and welcoming. “I stopped by Dunkin’ and grabbed their coffee and breakfast combo deal—definitely worth it! I went with a caramel iced coffee and a bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. The combo also included hash browns, which were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. The coffee hit the spot—sweet, smooth, and had the perfect amount of caramel. The bagel sandwich was fresh and filling, with crispy bacon and a well-cooked egg.

I usually skip the croissant option. I’ve tried it before, but I’m not a fan—something about Dunkin’s croissants just tastes a little off to me. The bagel is definitely the better option.

“Pretty shocked by the negative reviews. I live closer to a different Dunkin’ but choose to drive to this one. Staff is nice. Everything is pretty fresh. And idk what the drama is about the bathrooms but I just saw a woman and her child come out of the bathroom. There are MUCH worse Dunkin’s in town. The only negative is no drive thru, that’s why it’s getting 4 stars.“

“I'm very impressed with this location. They have the cleanest store I've been too. Their shelf are organized, there's always somebody mopping the floor or cleaning, the staff is nice and they make good coffee every time. You can tell the owner and workers take pride in the appearance of their store. I love even the little attention to details like the little flower they placed by the straws. Great location!“

“I placed a mobile order for pickup. Sometimes the little parking lot is super full but I lucked out and found easy parking (Sunday at noon).

My order was ready when I got there. I accidentally ordered a hot matcha latte which I meant to order iced, and the employee was nice enough to remake it for me. Thank you!

I ordered the maple bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was pretty good. The matcha latte was a little sweet but still good.

It’s very small inside so would not a good location for working remotely.“

“By far the best customer service I have gotten from a Dunkin Donut Shop. The two ladies that work this afternoon at 4:40 were very kind, The shop was missing some stuff and they did their best making me a drink with what they had and it was delicious and I will be ordering next time. “All the ladies were very nice and sweet however I ordered a medium iced decaf coffee and they brought it to me and it was super dark brown like they forgot to mix it, but there was one associate stood out to me. “Horrible service bad attitudes So I walked in today 4/21/25 at 1-around 11:15 and wasn’t sure what I wanted so I stayed to the side so the workers wouldn’t think I was ready to order I finally decided to get the $6 breakfast deal with a sausage egg cheese / ice coffee as I waited for my order I over Hurd one of the women complaining about me I get my food and drink say thank you no your welcome nothing and put the bag closer to her end instead of just pushing it forward my sandwich was so burnt black all over I asked for a new one politely and he took it back scrapped the burnt parts off and gave me the same sandwich bc the lady didn’t feel like making it again I work in food service and I understand daily headaches happen but this was unacceptable to me specially since it was only me and one old man in the whole store the whole experience made me very uncomfortable“

“Today I was at the Ozark, Alabama location and the lovely staff Deshanna helped me. I came in to ask about the six dollar meal that showed up on my app and she explained it to me and walked me through and was super friendly and kind! I had an amazing coffee, my hashbrowns and a sandwich for six dollars plus tax, it was a great experience and I wanted to make sure to share that with everyone :)“

“Had an amazing experience this morning at this Dunkin! Had an issue with a Dunkin closer to home when trying to purchase the new Wicked munchkin tin. The stores have signs indicating the price and stating it comes with 10 munchkins, and another store was trying to charge me extra, despite the sign literally on their counter. I immediately called this store to confirm that the price included the munchkins and the employee said yes. I was already late to work, but I was trying to purchase these for my coworkers so I wanted to get them earlier rather than later. The employee who helped me at this store was super kind and quickly helped me make my purchase. I should've just gone to this store from the get-go since they always provide great service. Thank you again for saving my Friday morning!“

“The employee's here are nothing short of amazing. I was not feeling well and the employees were very patient with me and my daughter. This is our first time coming to this establishment but they made us feel as if we've been long time costumers. They were so patient they even walked my 7 year old daughter on the options she has for ice cream (including cups and cones) and the variety of donut options. “Nice Dunkin and near where I live. I do notice quite a few homeless people around this location as well which doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is that when placing an order though the app, they never put your items at the mobile ordering kiosk. There were a few times I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order. They only had two people working and there were a few people in front of me.“

“I got a dunkalatte and donut, and the guys working there couldn't have been nicer! One asked the line if anyone was ordering a latte because they were cleaning the machine, I didn't mind to wait the 5 minutes because I've got connection time to kill. My coffee was delicious! The only complaint would be that the donut wasn't great, it tasted old, and I heard them tell the line that there was no hot food, just a heads up because that looks like a common complaint. But at least they don't waste anyone's time in line.“
