I understand why this McDonalds has such a bad review. I know it's the Friday before Christmas, and you're busy and backed up, but that doesn't give you the right to be down right rude and nasty to the customers. And of course the order was wrong again.
Won't come to this McDonald's for lunch again. This is the 3rd time I've been asked to pull to curbside to wait for my food and it's frustrating to wait 15 minutes when all I got was 1 cheeseburger and a small fry. The restaurant was not busy and I did not have a large order so it's confusing why myself and the person in front and behind me was asked to pull to curbside to wait for their food while the drive thru remained empty.

When you enter their drive-thru on the weekends, nights, mornings and lunch, you may want to do a mobile order first just to help speed up the process. They are slow as molasses. This location has a third window you pull up to wait for your food. Ordering inside isn't necessarily any quicker in my experience.
