“Very pleasant experience here especially for size of staff. Brittany took care of me and as a truck driver I always appreciate the staff because they don't have to show up and work she did both with a smile on her face. Don't know who was cooking but the food was on point.“

You mix in the stellar pizza with a fanatic atmosphere, and an impeccable staff, if you are ever visiting Elon I cannot recommend you visit pandoras pie more… not to mention their menu is always sessional changing towards the best produce within the local area, they understand everything their doing and do it exceptionally.“

“This place is worth the trip onto campus for the delicious and creative tacos. The staff is very accommodating with substitutions as well. There isn't much seating inside, but they do to go and have outdoor seating.Vegetarian options: The fried green tomato taco is delicious and many of the sides are vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: They can swap the tortilla for a gf corn tortilla on any taco, and they can leave off or swap specified ingredients.“

I’ve been going to Martino’s for two decades now, and I’ve watched it change from a small family run place in a small community to a more busy family run place in that same, albeit slightly larger, community. The food is exceptionally good. You can’t go wrong with Boar’s Head meat and homemade desserts. Everything about the place feels like someone transplanted a quality deli from up north to an extremely southern small town, and somehow they have perfectly merged. Whenever we have guests in from out of town, I make it a priority to get them up to Martino’s if possible. People are universally impressed, and they always ask to go back. If we show up at peak time, the line is out the door, and I’m fine with that. It’s good enough to wait for.The only negative is that it’s a family business, and they are closed at some times when I wish they were open. I don’t know why people think they should be able to ever see their families or sleep. What are they thinking? I might need an emergency roast beef sandwich with garlic knots on the side!“

“First time going their and the food looks amazing. I got the Philly and it was decent but the veggies needed to be cooked a bit longer for tenderness and it could use some seasoning. “I was visiting my friend in Burlington and my mom asked me to stop at Mayflower on my way home. I know their seafood is not good, so I asked my friend about this place. She stated it's good, so I pivoted and got seafood from here. My mom loved it!even after she had to heat it back up. Since we are an hour away. She stated she doesn't normally like restaurants coleslaw slaw but she enjoyed theirs. She also stated the fish was fried perfectly and the oysters were great. I knew it was good when she mentioned she would drive to Burlington to get some seafood (she doesn't like to drive) so it sounds like we will be back!“
“Delish !!! Ordered Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich and sides. Stopped on way up to Chapel Hill for football game on a Saturday and disappointed to discover no longer a restaurant. Apparently M-F catering and food truck orders only. Saturdays meat market and sides for take out. Pork Sandwiches 11-2. Worth the experience anyways and of course had to buy a tee shirt to commemorate stopping in!!“
