“I stopped by came for lunch with my daughter. We were on a time crunch so we pulled up and ordered at the drive-through. There were a couple other cars in line but thankfully the food was out within five minutes. My daughter said everything tasted fresh but the fries could've used a little more salt. My daughter said the staff are really friendly there when ordering and receiving our food.“
“Hops has the best burger in Greensboro! With a great atmosphere, a wide selection of burger and beer options plus a friendly staff, Hops is an all-around fantastic place to grab a bite. There are two locations as well, so try out both! Hops is always busy, so get in before the dinner rush to grab a seat.“
“Always a good meal at MB! Nice selection of cocktails. In my opinion, the best Manhattan around. Pimento cheese appetizer is wonderful. Haven't had a less than wonderful entry in several visits. Service was also outstanding. We will be back, again!“
“I'm really surprised that I have not written a review on Hops. I was just recently there for lunch and expected to see my review after a few prior lunches. I must remedy immediately! No doubt in my mind, they have consistently earned a five star in my book.My go to our their burgers and sweet potato fries with a local craft brew. My most recent visit I tried a special on the menu. It didn't hit as well as others, but still based on other offerings I love them.A combination of strong service and delicious burgers and fries makes this an easy five star pull for me. They have two locations in town, the original and this one. They also have at least one location that's outside the area. However, keep in mind they are a local business.Parking: Off peak times plenty. On peak challenging.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available“
“Just gave this place a try and went with the chicken and rice based on the previous review. It is indeed the bomb diggity! Very tasty. The dressing drizzled on it was also d'lish. I got it not spicy and it does still have a mild spice to it that was nice. Going higher on spice would likely be pretty hot. Hubby got the gyro and it is also really good. Wait time was about 5 minutes.“
“I had the Where Art Thou Romeo Burger Combo was it worth the $13.16?No it was not it was plane did not see the big hype about it and the soda Black cherry was flat and nasty. Was the workers polite, helpful and kind?YesWell, I’ll go back?Yes Only if I was in the area i try something new, but would not get that same burger“
“This was our first time trying this restaurant on a recent road trip. Surface was quick and very professional. The hamburger was good and fresh. French fries weren't my style. Didn't have an opportunity to try the shakes but will next time!Parking: There is a large parking lot with ample parking.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly spot especially for the ice cream ??“
“Been here many times. Foods always good. Service is top notch. I do highly recommend the deep fried deviled eggs. They are amazing. This place is usually busy but they keep it clean and it normally runs pretty smooth. I will recommend you try this place out“
“First impressions, it's located kind of in a larger parking lot with allot of other stores immediately by. So it's a bit intimidating. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and she explained how exactly we order and gave us some great info on the quality of ingredients they use. I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life (they're my favorite food) and this place is a hole in the rock. Top 3 burgers of my life.Overall, fantastic environment. The best kind of staff you could ask for.Amazing ingredients.Down right one of the best burgers I've ever put in my mouth hole!DO NOT PASS IT UP.“
“We came during a weeknight and ordered an entree and the salad bar. The wait staff was all very attentive. I was told I could order the New Orleans fish without the dairy based Parmesan Cream since I can't do dairy. They remade it when they realized they made it with the dairy sauce and let me know! I super appreciate that! The tilapia was tender and flavorful, the shrimp as well, the zucchini was nicely crunchy, and the salad bar had lots of greens, potato, pasta and broccoli salads. A nice treat.“
“First time here, and the Food, service, and atmosphere is great! The best part is they have gluten free options. The fries and corn chips have their own dedicated fryer! Definitely will be back!Dietary restrictions: The have a gluten free options and a dedicated fryer!“
“The music is too LOUD. I like to hear my waiter/waitress and actually talk to my dinner companions. Stupid dumb staff dancing not impressing at all. I only listen to country music so its not that. I don't want to eat where I need earplugs. Ask them to down volume the response is its as low as it goes! “
“It's a consistent stopYou pretty much know what you are getting.Price kind of pushes me to other restaurants. Not in a bad way is just for what I pay here for food. I can go up in quality and verity and awesomeness lolBut you really can't go wrong“
“So the place has been there forever. The reason it's a 5 is because they are so incredibly consistent with their food. It has literally not changed in 20 years. It is very good. You can count on what you get will be exactly as it was before. Hardly any deviation. Always always consistent quality, taste, ingredients, prep etc. Such a rare thing anymore. Can't go wrong here.“
“It was nice when I enter into the door and it was very spacious and relaxing and the people were very friendly and courteous to me and my family and the food was delicious hands down and satisfying! My first time visit was very nice and calming! I love eating over there!“
“Excellent burgers and sandwiches. I also got a great milkshake! A food is a little pricy compared to some places but its very good!Parking: In a gas station. Ive been several times and never had to but you could park right next door @ taco bell“
“I stopped in today in the late afternoon. There was someone leaving with a bag of food and asked if they had been there before, and the woman praised the establishment, though did say that sometimes food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, depending on how busy they were. Duly noted. In I went! The main bar area was almost completely empty. The place has a dark, cozy feel. That comfortable neighborhood bar feel. Not the commercialized kind you find at a chain, the classic sense of one. I can't explain it better than that. They have four TVs up behind the bar, most were showing sports related content, one had on a made-for-TV movie that made me think it might have been the Hallmark channel? I'm not a sports guy, so I spent most of my meal either looking at the smaller screen which was scrolling pictures from their Halloween party, or reading the Captions on the TV movie. The Halloween party scroller adds to that sense that this is a friendly neighborhood staple, and the staff here take pride in being part of the community. For being a smaller bar, they have done a nice job at curating their spirits list. They have some of the typical "well" brands, a couple of common middle-shelf items, and a few surprises on there that were also priced lower than I'd found at other places. Even more surprising is that some of them were still in stock! The bartender (Kat) was very efficient and welcoming, she gave me her feedback on her favorites from the menu. When two other gentlemen came in and seated not far from me, she asked them if they were going to be getting lunch, so she could put their orders in ahead of the orders of a large party in an adjacent room. I thought this was pretty thoughtful of her, as the large party was likely in no hurry, but these two guys were in suits and might have needed to watch the clock.I had the Rueben, with onion rings, and I also ordered a side of cheese curds. The sandwich was excellent for the price point. Next time I might ask what the upcharge is to get extra meat. No complaints on the value as it stood. The onion rings were very good. I meant to ask if they make them or get them in frozen, but I forgot. They came with a side of a tangy, slightly spicy (Jalepeno?) sauce. At first I thought it was extra Thousand Island dressing by the color, but it was closer to "Bang Bang" sauce (typically found with a shrimp dish at other places). The cheese curds were... okay. They were fried a little too long, so many of them started to explode, clumping together, and the breading burned in places. They came with an herbed aoli that was pretty good. I think that might go much better with fries or maybe even on a burger. They have some neat sounding twists on their burgers, and have monthly burger specials. Next time I go, I will probably try one of the burgers.“
“Porterhouse on Market is always a top tier experience. Todd is an amazing manager and has gone out of his way to make a meal right even if I didn't complain about it, but he just happened to notice something didn't look right. Jason is a great asset and host as well. Bri is always a joy to converse with and helpful. Top tier help, top-tier food. I never have a bad time going here.“
“Love Tom and staff. Had the Breakfast sandwich on texas toast and the pineapple mimosa. Highly recommend the seasoned potatoes! OMG, it was sooo goood!!!!Parking: Much more parking than the location 2 doors up from them.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 front spaces closest to the entrance.“
“I wish we lived close to this place because we would become regulars! Found this place by accident in an awesome historic neighborhood. The burger selection is wonderfully diverse. I had the Swiss Bliss and my wife had the Hog Wild burger. They were both excellent! Logan and Aubry were both very helpful and friendly! We will definitely come back when we are in the area again!Kid-friendliness: We don’t have kids, but we saw that they provide sidewalk chalk for kids to decorate the patio. There’s even a cute little “toddler table” outside!“
“Tipsy'z Tavern & Grill in High Point, NC, is truly a gem when it comes to dining in my hometown. The friendly service and cozy atmosphere make it a welcoming spot to unwind. Their wonderful drinks are crafted with care, offering a perfect balance of flavors. I highly recommend trying their signature All Jacked Up Burger, topped and stuffed with pepper jack cheese and onion rings (I sub for jalapeños), then smothered in spicy ranch—it's a flavorful delight that's sure to impress. Next time you're in High Point, don't miss out on the experience at Tipsy'z Tavern & Grill.“
“Had a meal here tonight with friends and family. Nice relax atmosphere with friendly service. Food was really nice and good value. AllThe the patrons seemed to be happy. Great place to enjoy a meal and a cold beer. Will definitely be back again.“
“Best burger in town. Cooked perfectly. Cute fries. Food was very hot and delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Will eat here again next time I get the chance to come to High Point. I went back today and it's even better than I remembered.“
“I love this place. I usually order the BLT sandwich and sweet tea (I wish they offered Coke instead of Pepsi). The BLT is fabulous. The food ordered by my guests has always been very good. The service is exceptional. They are very nice people. The parking is right at the front door which is very nice.“
“Stopped in to grab a bite because I heard the food was fantastic. Oh my god, it was delish. I had the Gyro wrap and my husband had the Souvlaki wrap. We added feta cheese to both and that was a game changer. Fresh, hot and tasty. We will be back next time we are in the area.“
“I stop by here every time I’m working around the area. The multiple times I’ve eaten here, we haven’t been disappointed. The prices are just a tad high, but it’s to be expected. It’s like that in most food halls! It don’t bother us! My kid loves their burgers and fries! The Big Texas is our go to!The hall itself can get packed! Parking might be a little tough! The spots are already narrow, so I can just imagine the dings on doors!Great atmosphere and plenty of seating! Very kid friendly as well!“
“I have experienced Big Burger Spot from Door Dash and other platforms. Nothing beats going into the restaurant. Service was great and made to order fresh burgers, will have you licking your fingers just to get another taste.Vegetarian options: Plant base burgers.“
“So, it is a little hard to spot and it is on a one-way without a parking area, just (confusing) street parking, BUT! The food is great, the people are great, they have cake squares for $2.00 as well. You'll feel welcomed no matter who you are. It is just as cheap/expensive as all other places now with an average of $10 a meal, but my goodness is the service fast. You won't be in there any longer than 5 minutes if you are a to-go order. I highly recommend you check it out.Parking: There are available spots. About 5 at the front of the store and 8 across the street, but you have to pay attention because in between spots there are multiple spots marked with no parking.“
“We ate there today for the first time today and the food was delicious. My wife had a philly chicken sandwich and i had a double cheeseburger combo and it was $29.00. The only problem I had that it was a little expensive. The menu on line with the prices need to be updated, because it is a different price than what is at the restaurant. But overall the food was really good.“
“Brianca was an amazing server today! We had 11 in our party and she treated us all efficiently and accurately! Knowing she had several other tables to take care of but the way we felt that we were the only table that she had to serve. The food was spot on from the appetizers all the way to the main entrees! We will definitely return and request Brianca again and again!?❤️“
“Best burger joint so far in NC. Super affordable, fresh tasting, flavorful burgers. Friendly service, fairly clean (sinks in ladies room need a major deep clean) but otherwise it's great. Fresh tea and THE BESTEST FRIES on the planet. Hot, crispy super shoestring fries. It doesn't get better than this y'all. Eat here.“
“Nota bbq really but im not joking i see the art and passion for it when i ate here. Did the city sampler and nuthin was to scoff at i mean heck even the turkey made boars head taste like nuthin and the sausage wasnt heavy or spice or grease yet rich and moist full of flavor like my gosh eating that sausage was as good as the first hour of the honeymoon“
“Always a great pick for me, I usually go here during work for lunch. I get something different every day and I love it all. I usually go along with the specials they offer and am never disappointed. Good price and good people with good service.“
“Chloe was our waitress and she was fantastic. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She took care of our every need. She is an asset to Applebee's! The restaurant was very clean and the food was amazing. The beer was ice cold too! The temperature, portion size, and quality of the food was impeccable! We will definitely return and can only hope to get this wonderful waitress with the beautiful smile again.“
“Ok everyone why all the shade? Let's get real. This place was delicious. I should've taken photos but didn't because we were so into eating our meals. That says something these days. We had long wondered about the burger joint tucked on the corner. Signage was always lacking to truly tell what it was, if it's open, and access from the main road is hard. That's really this place's only flaw we could find. If they fix the wayfinding and awareness marketing, this is a GEM! We dined in. Drive thru wasn't busy, but we wanted a sit down experience. It was clean, bright and inviting. Yes, there are POS systems to order. We however were welcomed at the counter to order, ask questions, and given good overall service that was working hard to get our order right to ensure we had the correct toppings and sides. Food was fast, fresh, and frankly, one of the best fast food burgers for the price we have had! Soft sesame seed bun? Check. Actually frame broiled where you see the flames? Check. Nice patty size? You got it. Basically anything you could want. We were especially thrilled with the tempura green beans, add a side of their boom boom sauce. Healthier substitute for fries and oh-so-tasty! Seriously GO HERE. Make it a HABIT. You'll understand. You just have to be diligent in getting to the building and I promise it's worth it. We will be back!“
“We are pleased that High Point now boasts a Five Guys Burgers location. The quality of both their food and service remains consistently high, aligning with our experiences at other branches. Additionally, the complimentary all-you-can-eat peanuts add to the overall appeal. However, it’s essential to acknowledge that this establishment falls on the higher end of the price spectrum for burgers. Furthermore, if you prioritize a clean and health-conscious diet, this may not be the ideal dining choice.“
“No complaints here...Five Guys is more than just a tasty burger but an experience. I appreciate the food and its great customer service. I also appreciate that it is in the heart of great shopping areas and other favorites and is situated away from traffic. Easy access and time conscious on service.Thank you for all that you do.Parking: No complaints here...I also appreciate that it is in the heart of great shopping areas and other favorites and is situated away from traffic. “Adam’s is a small place but the food is delicious. It’s one of our favorite local places to eat. The people are very nice & caring. Don’t be put off by the small physical environment. It’s clean & that’s what counts. Give them a try! ;)“
