“While on vacation we happened upon this amazing place! I don’t even have the words to describe how wonderful this place is. A pay what you can restaurant and cafe. Everyone is welcome, the food was delicious, the volunteers and staff were incredible. If only there were more places like this in the world, how different we could be. Do yourself a favor and look up their website, their mission, and then visit this place!“
“My daughter and I had an early 8am breakfast so we weren’t really hungry but needed something healthy to start the day.We ordered coffee, Purple Haze Juice ( Lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea and a hint of lavender), to eat we both ordered the Avocado Toast. (Thick piece of artisan whole grain bread with smashed avocado with sea salt and lemon and 2 eggs). As we sat and enjoyed our breakfast we saw other breakfast going out around us, the plates were large portions. Our coffee cups never saw the bottom of our cups even with the coffee craft at our table. The service is fantastic! The food is delicious. I would definitely recommend.“
“"I recently visited First Watch restaurant and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the Omelet with Salmon & Veg Frit, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch.To drink, I had the Mocha Ice Coffee, which was rich and refreshing. What really impressed me was the affordable price point - I felt like I was getting a steal!Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with First Watch restaurant. The food was excellent, the price was right, and the service was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!"“
“Best First Watch in the area. Clean, fast, good customer service. I've come here with co workers during work hours and friends on the weekends and the service is consistent. Food is great and never hurts my belly. The fun drinks are awesome, morning mediation and purple haze are expensive but sooo worth it!Dietary restrictions: Shows all allergy information online, so helpful!!Parking: Lots of parking and freeKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp to enter, level floor, table options, good handicap parking.“
“Always a great stop. The latest experience, we came in for lunch, the manager was working with some trainees and got my family seated quickly. He noticed the kiddo was grumpy, so unannounced he brought out a nice little treat, which immediately brightened her morning. We couldn't flag him down again but it was such a nice gesture. Service and food was delicious as always.“
“Hello Preeti Today was my first visit to your restaurant . Your chef manager from TN did an awesome job for letting us know about the options . Enjoyed the spicy toast and madras coffee. Also ordered some food for take out. Loved your ambience and cute things from India . Best wishes and happy holidays . Usha“
“This was a fun visit. While we weren’t looking to adopt a kitty at this time, we loved visiting and petting the sweet babies here. The cafe is located in a little old house that has the front room made into a kitty visiting area. I love that they limit the number of guests to 6 people so that it doesn’t get overcrowded. We bought drinks to support the organization and enjoyed petting the 6 kitties for an hour. The room was immaculately clean and wasn’t smelly at all. There were many types of kitty beds and toys and comfortable places to sit. There are many types of beverages offered (all 100% plant-based, so no dairy in the coffee drinks). If we were able to adopt a kitty, I would return here in a heartbeat.“
“I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their menu items were! You can tell all of their breakfast, lunch, and pastry options are prepared with intentionality and care — so delicious! I’ve been back several times since they opened just a month or so ago and have consistently been met by friendly staff, tasty treats, and some of the best drip coffee I’ve had. Highly recommend!“
“The coladacado smoothie was excellent, bets smoothie I've ever had. The kava was also good and relaxing - the guy made sure we understood what it was beforehand. He also made me a cortado, and it wasn't half bad. Very vibey, we will be back.“
“I took two of my colleagues to Relish Craft Kitchen & Bourbon last week. It was a phenomenal experience! The food was FANTASTIC! Our orders arrived quickly and the food was hot. Heat arose from our plates as they were placed on the table. Two of us had adult beverages that were made just right. ? The service was great -- attentive but not overbearing. My supervisor recommended this restaurant to me; he raved about it for days! I will definitely return to this restaurant when I visit the area again.Parking: Parking is free.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has a good kid's menu.“
“Taylor Casper has been trying to keep my old heating andac unit running for the last couple of years and has done a great job. However. This year the unit was on its last legs. I had no choice but to replace the heating/account unit. Taylor came back out and gave me a great price for the replacement unit. Thank you Taylor. Hopefully this will last another 15 years .“
“Great new coffee place I found using google maps. It was my first time visiting so got an order of some lattes and mixed order of their pastries they had at the counter. Looked like a good place to sit and and have coffee plus great natural lighting coming from all the windows. Would definitely make another trip out to this shop.Parking: Parking lot behind building and side of building.“
“I absolutely love Sola Cafe! From the food to the drinks, it's all around wonderful! I love that there isn't any wi-fi, call me crazy but seeing people holding conversation and actually being present with others, is so lovely to see! And now that I live within walking distance - dangerous, I will be here more than before! :)“
“Stopped in on a road trip and felt so welcomed! A refreshing, eclectic space with friendly staff, we also messaged them a question before stopping in and they responded quickly and kindly! Croissants were nice and airy, tried the barista special, a pomegranate espresso tonic, it was well balanced and you can tell they put care into crafting quality espresso!!“
“Morning Times is a cute spot for breakfast/brunch. Went on a Sunday morning and no wait, the breakfast was good. I would recommend the breakfast burrito and lavender latte. The atmosphere is lovely and the upstairs seating area is like eating in a home.“
“I love Zest! It’s relaxed and the staff is great! Nice lunch and shopping place!Parking: Plenty of space most times I’ve goneKid-friendliness: It’s family friendly with high chairs and flexible seatingWheelchair accessibility: Easy parking and ramp access in this mall“
“Awesome service, Jawari (sp?) was so helpful and personable. He gave me more info about their products and was a nice calming presence. I got the Granola Crunch smoothie and he recommended adding blueberries. Great recommendation and a very well-made smoothie. Delicious! I will be back.“
“Great place to do work, study, or meet friends. The coffee has a burnt taste 50% of the time (they roast their own beans so I give it a pass) and the bacon egg and cheese bagels are only okay, but they’re the only non-chain coffee place that has sizes bigger than 12oz on this side of Raleigh. Prices are reasonable, great service, and they have big cookies.“
“Love this place, and love following them on instagram to see the enthusiasm about what they do (especially when it’s panettone season)!Check them out for excellent:- sandwiches (multiple out of town friends declared this was their favorite stop!)- cookies- sourdough- panettone- much much more!“
“I went about an hour before close to get a smoothie and bagel. It was extremely busy but the ladies were so kind and hustling to get everyone’s orders out asap. I heard them apologize for the wait to everyone and they were being patient with each other. I’d wait for this kind of service any day (and bonus great lox bagel)“
“There's no insane political and/or culture war stuff on the walls. Plenty of parking. The girl at the register spoke clearly and was super nice. There's enough room to form a line unlike some coffee shops around here. The food and coffee are great.“
“This was my first time visiting Hereghty's and my experience was excellent. My server was extremely helpful in making recommendations and was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The avocado ciabatta sandwich that I ordered was fresh, warm, and delicious. I will definitely be returning!“
“Wow! Totally amazing service & food! Last week I had their hamburger special which was a burger with grilled onions, applewood smoked bacon topped with bleu cheese ~ WOW, incredible flavor. I ordered in person & took it to go. Also, their dill red potato salad was SO DELICIOUS!! Honestly the best potato salad I’ve ever had. Looking forward to going back…. And I live in Cary, so Logan’s isn’t close by… but it was so good, can’t wait to go back SOON :-)“
“They were set up at the African American Cultural Festival in Downtown Raleigh. Real talk, I came to get a drink from another vendor and they did not have what I wanted. Well that worked out extremely in my favor cause my lavender lemonade slushie was AMAZING!!! It was perfect! And just right for the heat. Not too sweet. Very mellow lavender flavor. Refreshing. Everyone was asking me what I was drinking. I was even thinking about it the next day. Highly recommend! I will be going to the Farmer's Market to get more and try new flavors.“
“Easy street or lot parking (paid). Across from the Raleigh bus station. Nice relaxing vibe. Plenty of small plate/ app options. You can easily customize any drink. Black milk tea and strawberry tea with popping peach boba was great. Medium or small size for tea options. Tried the crab Rangoon, pop corn chicken and veggie egg rolls. All came out piping hot with complimentary sauces. I will come back here again.“
“I stopped in for coffee but then saw the menu and ordered the egg white, spinach, and feta wrap. Yum! Very surprised with one of the best dirty chai lattes I’ve ever had. I’m so glad I stopped in and will be back to try the açaí bowl that looks amazing!“
“We went on a busy Sunday morning for donuts. The donuts are not made by the store, but by Tepuy and they are absolutely amazing. The coffee at Idle was also very good, I got the Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious and strong. Be aware the Vietnamese coffee takes a bit longer as it is brewed to order, but worth the wait.“
“I was in Creedmoor Cafe today for lunch have been going there for a long time-A good family run restaurant. I have a good meal every time I go. The waitstaff is friendly usually. There is one lady that's been there for a while now and seems to have lost her pleasant attitude but I'm glad to have experienced some new staff. I've had a nice girl there who has only been there a short time a newbie from the northeast. Love her she's funny and gives us five star service. I have also had a new guy there who is great. The owner is amazing and very friendly and the place is so clean. If you're new to the area I recommend it. You'll feel like you're sitting at a kitchen table with a bunch of family. Love it.“
“701 Cafe is great food at a great price, served-up by very friendly staff. Even though I dont work in the building anymore, I drive back frequently for lunch.Vegetarian options: Tabouli, Hummus, Grape LeavesDietary restrictions: vegetarian options“
“Updating my review as Marbles has continued to remain awesome as my soon gets older. First off it is very affordable to visit for the day, especially compared to some other spots in the area. I still love all the variety you could go on a Saturday and go back on Sunday and do completely different things. The new updated water play area is a great addition. My son still loves spending time at the train table (although kids keep accidentally stealing trains), our next biggest hit is the electricity room upstairs. The lego wall is a big hit as is their painting wall. The technology in their travel drawing room still impresses me everytime too. When the weather cooperates the garden in the back is great as is the front music/sand area. We go on the weekend and either try for street parking or park in the city deck right across the street.“
“The best hospital food I've ever had. I know that's not saying much since the hospital food stereotype is not good, but Café3000 is really different compared to some of the other more generic ones I have visited. They have a Bores Head theme deli where you can make some great sandwiches. The hot grill section is always serving great food cooked fresh in front of you while you wait in line. I suggest the pancakes for breakfast, they are the bomb dot com! If you find yourself at the open grill for lunch or dinner, I would suggest the hot dogs (A.T.W. of Course)!, and every day is a different theme for mainly the employees but serves everyone. I really enjoy Chick-fil-A day, nothing g beats being in a hospital for respiratory failure and your wife is able to bring you a chicken sandwich with some Chick-fil-A sauce and one of their catering brownies! Thanks Café3000 for making my stays in the hospital feel a little more at home!P.S. If you actually read all this thanks and I am not sure if I used the correct spelling or not with the word course in my piece so I flipped a coin and it landed on heads so I went with the "U" instead of the "A" lol.“
“Surprisingly reasonably priced, excellent quality food that was both kid-friendly and adult-friendly. It's simple fare- soups, wraps, and sandwiches, mostly, but all very good. There were also plenty of vegetarian options and while I didn't check, I presume also some gluten-free. The coffee bar was solid, and there were even some local brews. All in all, I was super impressed and so were the kids.Vegetarian options: I didn't look closely at the vegetarian menu, but it was a solid 1/4 of the menu.Kid-friendliness: There were 5-6 separate kids menu options (standards like grilled cheese, hot dog, burger, chicken tenders, etc), all of which looked to be good quality.“
“I have enjoyed eating here every time I come to Raleigh during daytime hours. Their food items offer a wide variety of food choices and the amazing taste makes you question if your actually eating their healthy food selections. I also love the Juice Bar menu. I got the "Purple Haze" with vitamin shot and it is so yummy!“
