“We have been eating here for years first at the truck on Webb Rd. When that property was sold they reopened the restaurant. It is a family run business. It is hands down the best authentic Mexican food in NC. Great food from a wonderful family.“

“Good food -more options than most mexican eateries in that there are several varied sides you can choose including guacamole, salad, sweet plantains (delicious), charro beans, soup, etc among traditional rice and refried beans. We enjoyed a great lunch with large variety for pick 2 including sobes, fajitas, etc at 10-12 dollars including 2 sides. Very nice bar. Lots of seating! Unassuming location but easy to get to. We tried based on Yelp reviews and were glad we stopped!“

“one thing. i wasn’t allowed to purchase a kids menu item alongside an entree. reason be i was told was because the child wasn’t there in person! can you believe this? i can’t. needless to say, we shared! i wasn’t about to purchase another high priced entree for my child to eat half and chuck the other in the garbage. no way. get some more accommodating management in there. maybe someone who isn’t a “child” themselves.Parking: it’s easiest to park and walk.“

We usually go for lunch my favorite at the moment is the Pollo Rico but that changes as we eat there almost every week. Highly recommend, also the mango margaritas are pretty good!
