“My first visit to a cheese Louise In Portsmouth on Congress. Fab food and amazing service. So friendly and everyone- especially the young woman taking orders -Went the extra mile!!”
“There's only one trustworthy and reliable forex trader I can only recommend for anyone interested in investment. Mr Ralph Carico is the best account manager I can ever recommend here, if anyone here is interested you can kindly reach him out for more information and also start making profits for yourself”
“The Beet and Goat Cheese Salad! The Haddock and Lobster in Papillate! Absolutely fresh and delicious!”
“From the start I felt I was walking into a dream. Beautiful and unexpected decor. Stylish, Upscale, Modern. Not what I'm familiar with in most Asian restaurants. Enchanting and romantic.
As they say, 'you eat with your eyes first', and right off the bat, my eyes were telling me we were about to dive into something flavorful, delicious and satifying.
The Pho noodle bowl with shrimp was steaming and presented with a side of garnishes; basil, mint, jalapeno, bean sprouts, lime wedges and a little dish of the best house made hot sriracha. Wow! Packed a flavor-filled punch. We used every bit of it. (Will take tums later).
The grilled lemongrass chicken thighs were juicy and so, so good. Excellent alongside a perfect bowl of garlic ftied rice.
The servers were so friendly and helpful when we asked questions about origins of some of the dishes.
If I lived anywhere near this place it would be a frequent dining choice.
Or even to come for cocktails. The bar is stunning. We had a 3 hour drive to home ahead of us so we couldn't induge. But, if they put as much care into making a good drink as they do into everything else, I'm certain it's worth a visit to just relax and enjoy a drink while sitting at the gorgeous bar.
I hope we travel this way again soon. Will be a top choice on my list of dining places to enjoy.”

“Great service, cold food for my husband but they made it right! Love this place!”
“oh wow... what a find! We were looking for a seafood restaurant when passing thru the area and the name caught our attention. We had an amazing dinner! We both chose the seafood fettuccine, which was heavenly - incredible pasta and sauce topped with succulent seafood. Desserts were lavender creme brulee and white chocolate cake...Holy cow! Dinner and service were both top-notch.. and we can't wait to return!”
“Last night was truly a one of a kind experience for my husband and I. From the moment we walked into the door, being greeted so warmly by the owner. Throughout our meal the staff was genuine and kind with helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary. Making us both feel truly special. I have never experienced this level of top notch service in a restaurant in my life. Thank you for a wonderful night and experience, Tonya C”

“The food is super good! Did an online pickup order and had to wait in long line when I got in to get it. Ordered sauces online, but none in the bag so had to grab my own. They could use another employee up front, and maybe they usually do. But worth the wait, just don't forget to grab sauces if to go.”
“Fine pastries made by chef Sharif and his team… great espresso with a French vibe all the way down to the bistro chairs and marble top tables situated in a picturesque cobblestone alley overhung by ivy and beautiful trees. Portsmouth’s greatest hidden gem that everyone seems to know about.”

“I’m from the Boston area and was meeting a friend in Portsmouth for dinner. We picked Durbar Square and we’re definitely not disappointed. We had an absolutely fabulous meal there. The chicken chili was a delicious, and a different approach than any chili I’ve had before. The chicken was perfect cooked. The sauce was full of flavor. They also ask you to pick yours spice range from 1-10 so you can choose what suits you best. The owner, John, is totally engaged with his customers and if you want, can even demonstrate a yoga pose or 2 (which he is very good at). Just overall a great place to eat.”

“My daughter and I came here for her birthday and it was an absolutely fabulous culmination to our vacation. Atmosphere is calm and cool, service was top notch, and the food....stop it. We shared the bluefin tuna ramen, onigiri trio, crab soba noodles (out of this world), and the sea bream nigiri (first time having, new fave). Beautiful presentation.”
“I never write reviews but this place is AMAZING! My mom & I stopped in for crepes, we had a sweet one and a savory one and also a tart and vanilla ice coffees. Everything was perfection and tasted great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere very nice. This was the highlight of our trip we loved it so much and will definitely be returning! 🥰”
“First time for hot pot, my 11yr kept asking do it so it became a birthday thing . Staff took us though it all, checked on us the right amount of times and really like sharing their know how. Food was above expected and they have a full menu also. Dinner for 3 with 2 drinks, 3 apps and 2 entrees with extra side just climbed over $100. Go there and be happy!”
“We love Rosa's. The food is always excellent and authentic. Gluten free penne pasta is undetectable from traditional. The house salad will make you ask; "How do they do this?". Atmosphere is so comfortable and inviting. Great service too. Remember if they are busy it's because they are GOOD!”
“This is one my favorite spots in Portsmouth. They have onsite parking which is a determinant at times. I frequent here and have never been disappointed.. The menu changes with the seasons, which keeps the choices fresh and exciting. The craft cocktails are clever and delicious. Try the Cloister! Sometimes I stop in just for a drink and a snack, but I live getting a many courses and going all out. The agnolotti seems to be a constant, and it’s a must order every visit. During the winter months, my all time favorite is the cassoulet. This has one of the best flavor profiles I’ve ever tasted. I’m not kidding. Don’t forget to order the soufflé in advance for a delectable and interactive experience. Great service, food and atmosphere. You can’t go wrong here.”
“I had an exceptional dining experience here. This is a place that knows how to nail the details. If you’re a foodie or cocktail enthusiast you’re going to love it here. Service is timely, accommodating, and super kind. The dishes are thoughtful, creative, and most importantly, delicious. The cocktails are complex, textured and beautifully balanced. Bravo Moxy”
“Bridge Street is one of the best kept secrets in Portsmouth. Is it even a secret, really? Set just off to the side of the main strip, Bridge Street is tucked in among the houses of Portsmouth residents. It is some of the best French food I’ve had outside of France, too. Their wine list is great, their chef is spectacular, and their service is mostly good but can sometimes be so-so (we’ve dined her probably five times and only had one not the best experience, so more good than so-so). Their Filet au Poivre and Coq au Van are two delightful recommendations and be sure you don’t skip dessert!”
“My daughter and I dined here and enjoyed it very much. The server was great, fun, polite and fast. Food was fab. We had the poutine, a unique and delicious take, and the beet salad. Drinks were strong. Very enjoyable dining experience. Will definitely be back and recommend.”
“Great service, we were met with a smile at the door. Had a fabulous meal! One of our party has to eat gluten free due to her food allergy. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Not only did I feel safe about no cross contamination, the gluten free food was fantastic! We had Appetizers, entrée and dessert. (The Gluten free Beignets were out of this world) Please make them a permanent item on the menu! Good portions, even left with boxes of leftovers. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Thank you, Jillian for a great experience. 😁😁😁”
“Came here for dinner on a rainy evening. The four of us were seated and looked over the wine menu. Finding a nice white, the waiter mentioned it might not be that cold, so we picked another and was told all the wine was stored in the same area so that, too, may be at room temperature. A typical restaurant, I might let that slide, but the Trumpet has an extensive wine list with premium prices. That needs to be figure out. After that, smooth sailing! We split plates and sampled many items which were great. Loved the Cauliflower and both desserts were fantastic. Our server tonight was Genesis M, and other than a poor wine explanation, did a fine job. Food here earned the right for us to come back again. But, I think we'll have coffee!”

Takeout Restaurants
“I love this place. Everyone is just so friendly and warm. It's so nice to be in a place that remembers that I am your consumer. I'm consuming your thaichovski with a little chocolate and a shot (no rum though, weak!)....But I'm also consuming your smiles, your good energy and your kindness. Thanks for keeping me going all day! See you tomm! Love, Wonderwoman”
“This place is amazing. We ordered hey guy burger and the fish tacos with hot fries, best food I have had in the states, coming from a Peruvian, I am super picky with flavor and this place did not disappoint. I had to do take out because they dont allow pets, so if you come with your doggie there is a park next to it where you can have a picnic”
“Went to Gibbs for the first time last night for dinner. Our waitress was so friendly and accommodating, offering to bring out my son’s food first so he could eat sooner (he’s almost 3). We ordered the grilled wings which were delicious as well as the Reuben and prime rib. Everything was good! Friendly and laid back atmosphere. Will come back again.”
“My go to bar when visiting Portsmouth for the Maine Lunch and great burgers, and the Brussels are fantastic. Tonight it was lighter fare, I had the arugula salad and again a great choice. Beware though, reviewers say a meal here is $10-$20 and this is very wrong, salad beers tax and tip were $54 for me tonight.”
“amazing food and atmosphere. staff is friendly and very attentive. have been 2x now and will definitely be back. highly recommend”
“We booked the private dining area and had a great experience. Service was great and we were not rushed at all. Food and drinks were good and the overall booking process with Zoey was easy and transparent.”

“Alex at Portsmouth was a customer service rockstar! He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. I told him I wouldn't devour my entire sub in one sitting, and he asked how much I'd eat. I said half, and he cleverly put mayo and oil on just half, with extra on the side for later. Talk about a genius move to avoid a soggy sandwich! And let's talk about this beast of a gluten-free sandwich!”
“A nice place to stop and have breakfast. Plenty of egg ? sandwich ? options available. Pastries and baked goods as well. What Starbucks is known for is coffee ☕. I had the basic medium roast and it was okay. The Impossible Sausage and Egg White sandwich was good, as was the small apple croissant. Vanilla Scone, meh ?.
Service was good ? and friendly. One young woman smiled and wished me good morning ? as I walked in. A young man offered me help on deciding what to order and figured out how to work an unusual gift card I had. There was no actual plastic card. The entire packaging was the gift ? card.
WiFi and indoor/ outdoor seating available. The drive thru and online pickup ? counter are very busy!
If you like Starbucks, then I recommend this one.
Vegetarian options: Impossible sandwich with egg white available. Oat milk option available.
Dietary restrictions: Let your server know about your dietary limitations ahead of time before ordering. Starbucks discontinued specific gluten free ? items due to low sales.
Parking: This Starbucks has its own parking ?️ lot. Drive thru available.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿ accessible.”
“Staff is very kind and greet everyone with a smile and a “Hi How are you?”. Very good at making food and smoothies.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of salads, acai bowls, smoothies are all fruit.
Parking: The tropical smoothie is connected to a couple other food buildings so many people come to park in the parking lot. However, right as you leave the parking lot there is a strip mall with tj max, home goods, whole foods, etc, and the parking lot there is very big.
Kid-friendliness: Variety on the kids menu. Very warm and colorful environment kids love going to.”
“I always go here whenever I feel like buying pricey coffee. Service is very good. I’ve been going here since 2012. Starbucks is a fast paced environment so give them a break during peak hours if the beverage is taking a while to get to you. Most of the time their service is good and sometimes you’re waiting for a few minutes. They do communicate but can get messy during peak hours. Worse, if their label printer goes out then expect drinks that weren’t yours. This is a first world problem so be patient and the pricey coffee we all paid for will come to you :) Overall, great staff and good service!”
“The Filet Mignon was so tender, and flavorful! Each bite was an experience! Staff was remarkably Pleasant, and attentive! very amazing their ability to set such a relaxing tone definitely a place where you can let your guard down and enjoy company while experiencing amazing food an wine would also be an amazing place for a larger party family and friends could get lost amongst themselves in a place like this their private vault room is beautiful”
“The Applebee's here in Newington New Hampshire is a very nice place to go The atmosphere is always great and your waiter or waitress will be very prompt in asking you if you would like anything to drink and ask if you already to order or do you need some more time in their very understandable. There's several people that I know at the one in Newington for servers in their amazing thank you to the crew at the Applebee's in Newington New Hampshire for making the experience there awesome every time”
“The fried dough was warm and deeeelicious! Better than the boardwalk dough I've had in the past (which was tasty). The person who served my daughter and i, surprised my daughter by decorating the fried dough with a birthday message with candy on it! I enjoyed the pistachio cannoli. I’ve never had pistachio flavored but i thought it was good! The cream was a bit smoother than traditional cannoli filling, but i was fine with that. The person who served us had a kind smile, was polite and thoughtful. The place is small but no one was there at the time and i was just getting treats to take with me home. The price seemed high for me but i take into account the location of this business (portsmouth is not the most affordable for rent/real estate), not to mention the cost of ingrediants that go into the items sold. I am going to go back again when i can!”

“We have been to this restaurant several times and decided to go to lunch with a friend from out of town. The restaurant has great food, the atmosphere is very inviting and the waiter was very attentive.
Parking: The parking lot is small out back but there is extra parking in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is popular but we always seem to find a place to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: My husband uses a walker and it was very easy for him to get in and out of the restaurant. Everything is on one floor.”
“My husband and I stopped in to try Salud for a late lunch today.
Both of our bowls were delicious! I had the Tofu Goddess and he had the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Both bowls were a great combination of healthy and yummy ingredients.
We will definitely be back!
Try them out. You won’t be disappointed!”
“Have been buying their pizza slices for years, and it's always been the best pizza I've ever had from anywhere! Delicious, great variety, hot, and always ready to eat on the spot or take home. The service is wonderful. Always with a great smile! Keep up the good work. It's hard to find food and service this good!”
“Stopped in to Kilwins to grab a soda for my diabetic boyfriend who had low blood sugar, they don’t sell loose sodas but were very kind and just gave him one so we really appreciate that! Excellent treats, caramel apple was delicious and they offered to cut it so it was easier to share which I really like, and the fudge is delicious 💖💖 thank you guys next time we are in Portsmouth we will stop in again :)”

“Our dinner was over the top fantastic - the presentation, flavors, service, ambiance, entire setting far exceeded imagination. So amazing, decadent, lovely. We were so thrilled to get a reservation, and to have such a wonderful dining experience. Thank you Cava!!”
“We had a great Independence day having lunch at the Ikko! My boys didn't stop raving about the amazing food and funny entertainment by our cook at the hibachi! My youngest even said if he had $100 he would give it to him that's how good he was LOL The service was on point, my youngest has celiac disease and allergic to gluten but had no problem as the menu was adjusted to his needs. As a picky eater, my youngest ate everything and even asked for seconds. My boys talked about booking their birthday dinners here even though its not until months away. Would highly recommend and will come back for sure!”

“Kim Lai is our favorite Chinese restaurant. We have been going there, often with friends, about once a week for years and just love the place. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. The staff is great and we have such a good time with them. We utilize their take-out service for large family gatherings during the holidays. We strongly recommend Kim Lai and in fact will be going again tonight. The boneless spareribs and hot and sour soup are Daane's favorite appetizers, followed up by exploring the many different dishes on the menu. We think you will enjoy Kim Lai!”

“We LOVE Dave over at TD Garden. He is always efficient, friendly and on time. We always appreciate when he tries to accommodate in list minute needs. The coffee is delicious and he offers a few varities of different seasonal drinks. Highly reccomend!”
“This is my new favorite takeout restaurant in Portsmouth. My husband got the lamb curry and I got the butter chicken. Each meal was especially flavorful and the curries in each dish were different, which is very important to me. Other restaurants in the area seem to use the same curry for every dish. We opted for Hot when ordering our meals. That is the middle spice option. That was the perfect amount of heat to me and I normally add extra heat to everything I cook. We also ordered vegetable samosas which were very crispy and fresh. The Tamarind chutney had a good balance of sweet and tangy. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is very clean and I highly recommend that people give Taaza a try.”

“Wow. Some of the best food I’ve had and I’ve been to 46 out of the 50 states.
The scallops were buttery and the risotto just perfect! Our server was super attentive and kind. They were able to sit a big group on a Saturday night right as we walked in. Everybody at the table liked their food as well. Food didn’t take that long either. My allergies were handled well.
Worth every penny.
Dietary restrictions: Several allergies, no issue”

“The seafood here is good. Great selection of saké. I did come here for sushi, which was good for the area. I call it "American sushi". Would love to see more nigiri choices.”
