Pick up isn't ever more than 20 minutes for food to be ready. The weekends seem to be the busiest as tables are filled with customers. Walking in on the weekends, you'll be walking into classic Peruvian music and/or modern Spanish music. The llama upon entrance is a nice touch to its culture and opportunity for a nice photo. Most importantly, thumbs up to the fresh seafood used for their ceviche mixto. Don't forget to add the papa ha la huancaina as a side dish. “This place is cute. It's small and cozy but plays really great music not only Spanish but English too Ans it's not even that annoyingly loud. The staff top tier, they're great and amazing they make sure you're okay within a reasonable time and they're like annoying about it. I only had appetizers and drinks and both was really good I can only imagine their food is as good as the apps. Overall experience was great I love it. “I've heard of chirp a few times and this was the time to finally try it after getting recommended it by 2 friends. I wanted the bowl but decided to just get the 1/2 chicken $12 while my friend got the 1/2 chicken with rice and beans for $16. I was a bit disappointed seeing it being pretty small but I enjoyed the taste. The skin is nicely flavored and the meat was tender. The green sauce they had was nice too. I feel like I wouldn't like the bowl as much because I didn't see any skin so it may not have as much flavor. Without the skin, the meat was not very flavorful at all. The price was not too bad but I think I'm a bit spoiled by growing up getting Costco rotisserie chicken for $6 for a while chicken. I enjoyed the chicken but honestly I don't think it's that special.
