“My whole work staff in Philly loves the Key Lime Pie. I decided to drive to HSB and pick one up for the work week. While there I had some great food( the Warfield chicken sandwich, great bay fries, and strawberry milk shake) yummy. The service is always great too. Highly recommend this place.”

“We cannot recommend Beach Bites enough! The food was fresh, quickly prepared, and delicious. Our family of 3 had haddock, crab balls, coconut shrimp, fries and a crab cake sandwich and left full and extremely happy. Plus they’re located right across from Bay Village shops and Fantasy Island so they’re convenient and have great food.”

“I celebrated my birthday with my sisters at The Gables last night. It is clear that this restaurant knows that a dining experience is more than just about the great food. The ambiance and charm of the restaurant with its meticulous attention to detail translates to understated elegance. Their staff—my experience felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant and they had nothing else to do but take care of us! Our server, Cathy, was so warm and unshakable on a rather busy evening. The room managers strolled throughout the room making sure that every person was seen and noticed. It’s the nicest place I’ve ever dined. Thank you for a truly lovely evening!”

“Please run, don't walk to Isola! Long Beach Island is no stranger to great spots for Italian cuisine, but Isola is not your typical Italian fare. A BYOB restaurant, Isola has a menu that easily compliments any wine! Our dinner consisted of a fresh and flavorful grilled octopus appetizer, a Cacio and Pepe even Rome would be proud of, one if the best zpirk chops we've evrry ate plated to perfrction, Hanger steak with a lovely chimichurri and a side of roasted potatoes with parmesan cheese. We ended the meal with Tiramisu to go and it was a perfect way to end the night. All that said, Isola's menu is equal to the amazing quality of service and the experience created by their staff. Every patron was smiling. We had originally ordered the Fiorentine steak and sadly it was not available. Dylan and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our dinner was not only fantastic but that we were so thrilled we quickly booked our next visit. Isola has officially entered my top 5 LBI list! Thank you, Isola for a wonderful date night!”

“Great little gem with live music and awesome beers. The Pina ipa is just perfect, hop & hazy right behind it. While there, I grabbed a fligh and then had 2 beers. Bartender Sarah was very friendly and handled the crowds like a champ.”

“We used the Sea Shell for our wedding venue and can’t say enough nice things about it. For starters our planners were amazing, Brittany and Jaimee were always available to answer any questions we had. They set everything up just the way we wanted. The food during cocktail hour was to die for and all of our guests raved about it. The weather wasn’t in our favor in the morning and at first we were going to do the ceremony under the tiki hut but were able to change to the sand an hour before. Dinner was also amazing and everything was delicious. The Shell made a dream come true and we can’t thank them enough.”

“Queen City Crust is wonderful. It's hard to find good pizza on LBI, so I'm glad they are here. It is Detroit style pizza, which is similar to Sicilian. I highly recommend it!”

“Ohana Hau Shaved Ice was such an amazing experience! The decorations were absolutely beautiful and made the whole place feel so fun, welcoming, and tropical. There were so many different flavors to choose from, which made it really hard to pick just one because everything sounded so good!

Morgan was also incredible and helped us through the entire process of choosing our order. They were super helpful, patient, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. You can really tell that the people here care about making sure everyone has a great experience.

The shaved ice was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was amazing. There are so many flavors and options that I definitely want to come back and try something different next time. I would 100% recommend Ohana Hau Shaved Ice to anyone looking for a fun, delicious, and memorable place to get shaved ice! 🍧🌺”

“Kohr’s Frozen Custard is a must-have when you’re visiting the Seaside Heights Boardwalk! The frozen custard is rich, creamy, and incredibly refreshing on a hot day by the beach. The flavors are delicious, and the famous orange and vanilla twist is a classic for a reason. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and it was the perfect treat while walking the boardwalk. No trip to Seaside Heights feels complete without stopping at Kohr’s!”

“Tried two different lattes off the specials menu and were so good we went back the next day for the same things. We ordered 4 different lattes the second time around and they all came out perfect. The barista there was super friendly and very quick and efficient. Also love that they stay open later than other coffee spots nearby. Best coffee on the island. Must try!!”

“Came to The Chicken or the Egg for breakfast while in Beach Haven and had a great experience. Service was fast and friendly, the food came out hot, and the portions were generous.

The star of breakfast was definitely the Buffalo Chicken Omelette. Great combination of flavors with just the right amount of heat, and something a little different from your typical breakfast order. If you like buffalo chicken, this is definitely the one to get!

The place has a fun, casual Jersey Shore vibe and can get busy, but they do a great job keeping everything moving. Good food, quick service, and a great breakfast spot in Beach Haven. Definitely understand why this place is so popular and would absolutely come back next time we’re in LBI.”

“I love all your soups and chowders. Every year we buy a couple of quarts to bring home. This year, we added to our purchase a quart of the crab corn chowder. It was outstanding! I hope this becomes a permanent chowder going forward! Looking forward to next year!”

“I have had many “boardwalk” style fries but these are simply the best . When you ask for cheese fries you kinda expect to have that store bought cheese sauce flavor. But here it was fantastic They are also very peanut allergen friendly as well”

“Kudos to Show Place for following the CDC guidelines to keep patrons safe during this pandemic. As a mother of toddlers, I appreciate the level of seriousness the staff took for: wellness checks, wearing masks, sanitizing shared objects (menus) and keeping everyone socially distanced. None of the precautions felt invasive either. The staff was energetic, kind, and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for their job was palpable. Thank you for the show! My girls loved it! We will 100% be back in the future.”

“The employees really need to be trained in customer service. The ice cream is decent BUT the service is HORRIBLE. We bought ice cream for our 3 kids ($20ish dollars). My daughter ordered the cookie ice cream and it came bright blue with not a single cookie chunk. Didn’t taste great. If it was even decent, she would have ate it (she literally eats anything), but it was really not good. When I so politely told them she didn’t like it (hoping either we could get a new kind or a discount on a new one), the staff was so rude! Immediately telling me it was my fault because I didn’t ask for a sample. The manager came out and said “do you want to purchase a new one or not?” I ended up paying for a full replacement - which honestly would have been ok from the beginning if their response was kind instead of defensive and accusatory. I have never had treatment like that from an ice real shop. There are so many choices for ice cream on the island - from now on, we’ll choose one with kind workers that appreciate the business.”

“We have been going to LBI for close to 20 years. Went to the Marlin a while ago and kind of forgot about it. Went again over the weekend and had a great time for happy hour. Pizza was good and can’t beat $1 oysters. Happy hour everyday! Bartenders were great. Looking forward to coming back.”

“A bittersweet goodbye to my last stop out of NJ as I return to Florida permanently. Community and atmosphere are two huge components of a coffee shop, and they managed to hit the nail on the head every time! Their espresso is consistently dialed in for a wonderful experience, and their lattes are also to die for when you’re in the mood for a sweet treat. They also roast their own beans, so everything about this place screams local and is a must try if you’re ever in the area.”

“Last minute pizza order one night and catered dinner another night. We ordered plain and chicken parm pizza. Delicious!! Sauce was perfect cheese was quality, with a nice thin crust. We catered flounder francaise, green bean almondine, chicken Gabrielle, stuffed shells, and a bruschetta platter. Joey’s knocked it out of the park!! Everything was piping hot and flavorful with plenty of leftovers. Thank you from the Happy New Yorkers who took a chance on Joey’s in Ship Bottom!! Don’t sleep on this place!”
