“We had early reservations tonight and we were the first diners. When we walked in the waitress told us that we had to be done in 90 minutes. My wife and I are fairly quick eaters. But when I hear something like that it can suck the enjoyment out of the dining experience.Putting that aside, we had great appetizers and main dishes. The deserts were not on par with the previous two courses.We have eaten at Bloom several times since the summer time and had enjoyed it. I don’t think that we will be rushing back.“

Honestly, they should put magic dust on everything.While I understand their desire to rebrand from Ghost Truck Kitchen to Go-To Kitchen in the wake of lessened opinions on ghost trucks, I loved the concept of this harmonious collection of food identities under one take-out/delivery roof. It would have been so easy to cut corners with a concept like this, but GTK didn't and I commend them for this. I live close by and look forward to many meals from this place.“

I highly recommend the jackfruit croquettes and the sliders which I love that they have vegan options for someone like me. I'm not sure of the name it was a passionfruit cosmo type drink and I didn't even realize it came out with a dry ice bubble. 10/10 for presentation on everything and ambiance. Their Taylor Ham, Egg, & Cheese was really really tasty, and the Taylor Ham had a wonderful crisp to it accompanied by a lovely crunch around around the edges. The best of the two was the Corn Beef Hash Breakfast Wrap! The Corn Beef was extremely flavorful and the potatoes they added to the wrap were seasoned and tender. The Corn Beef Hash Breakfast wrap is an exemplary to-go breakfast item. I thoroughly enjoyed both! The staff is really kind, and the customer service was amazing. The ambiance is impeccable as well too, makes you want to sit down and enjoy your breakfast. I would HIGHLY recommend, Village Street Eatery, to anyone in the Maplewood area. “My first time here, there was no wait, it wasn't crowded. Our Server, Michael, was welcoming and very nice. Checked on us all the time. We went during happy hour, its 3 to 6 I think. The appetizers are half price and so is the beer. They have one of the biggest beer selections I've ever seen. A glass of wine was generous and also half price. We all ordered appetizers and were planning on getting a main course too, but the appetizers were so huge that never happened. I had the broiled Brussel sprouts and they were the best I've ever had. Nice and crisp with a delicious spicy sauce. Also the hand dipped chicken tenders which were juicy and came with 2 dipping sauces and a big serving of fries. My friends ordered a Cobb salad and also spicy wings, which were huge and you got 8 of them. Also a 4 cheese pizza which was the size of a large dinner plate, and a chefs salad. Plus 2 sodas.
