“All (4) experiences whether it was to go (take out) or dining in for a quick moment. It was above expectations, I say that with no exaggeration. The staff is always prompt, helpful and willing to go above and beyond it seems like. Whether it's to help make sure the price from the app matches that way you don't feel some type of way and making sure the food is fresh with given out. Not for nothing, this happens to be my favorite Wendy's location in this great city.“
“Dinner was delicious! We had a lovely time at this restaurant.. our waiter Nash was very attentive and friendly. My husband ordered a drink he wasn't fond of it...ask to change it. Nash was more than accommodating..he brought him a couple of other options to try. Out meals were delicious as was our tuna appetizer. A great experience for our first dinner in Philly.“
“Amazing little bar with a great beer selection and excellent bar food. The wings were among the best I’ve ever had (and I’m from Alberta - we take wings seriously!) knowledgeable server and very friendly. They put a lot of care into the food and drink of this bar and it shows.“
“This was the loveliest dining experience I have had in my life! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such warmth and cheer. The host Chris wished me a happy birthday upon our arrival and we were even given a menu with "Happy Birthday" printed on it. What a kind gesture, right? We were shown out to the gorgeous string lit terrace with heat lamps and beautiful greenery everywhere. We were given champagne on the house and delicious sourdough bread. Erin our server was so sweet and genuine it felt like we were regulars although it was our first time there. The food and cocktails were so amazing and the prices are so affordable for the ambiance and quality. We were too full to order dessert, but they brought out a piece of cake with a candle anyway to celebrate. I just want to encourage other to give this place a try because you will truly be blown away. I was sad to leave. The staff, ambiance, and food were just complete perfection. Thank you to everyone for making our night so special!“
“Great food. Best burger I have had HANDS DOWN!!!! Good vibe!!! They have pool here. I believe other bar games. Drink are good. We had the Tiki Tiki cocktail. They have 3 floors I was on the 3rd floor...no elevator but its cool. FYI Don't get too buzzed so u don't miss a step....lol I would go “
“It’s was our first time trying out Oh Brother and wow we were highly impressed. My daughter and I tried the Seeded Coop Sandwich, and that first bit of that sandwich was amazing. The taste and quality of the all the ingredients were so delicious. Now, the customer service was very welcoming! Joseph was very helpful and friendly. He made our experience great. Tina was also very helpful and friendly. It’s so hard to find great customer service like the one Joseph and Tina gave my family! If you are in the area looking for a cheesesteak, you should give them a try.“
“Hey, folks, just gonna share some thoughts on Asad's Hot Chicken. Been around for a bit now in West Philly, and gotta say, those two-piece BIG OLE chicken fingers with fries? Yeah, they're kinda hitting different. I mean, you wouldn't expect much, just some chicken and fries, right? But these chicken fingers? They've got this subtle heat, this crunch that's kinda addictive. And the fries? Simple, but slightly spicy. It gives old bay-ish seasoning, but they just work, you know? Service? It serves. And the vibe at Asad's? It's cool, laid-back. Like, you walk in, and it's like, "Yeah, I could hang here for a bit...just a little. lol (Not the biggest place and there's no chairs or tables. Strictly pick-up.) So, if you're ever in the area and feeling peckish, might as well swing by Asad's Hot Chicken. Give those two-piece chicken fingers with fries a shot. Can't hurt, right? What's your fave hot chicken spot?“
“The employees working that night were VERY friendly! Each of the employees that I encountered had a little conversation with me, made me smile and overall made a bad day end with a good night Just because of their friendliness and conversations! Awesome place due to your employees on the night shift!“
“This place offers some of the most delicious and incredible vegan/vegetarian items ever!! Jeff, the owner/chef, is super creative and talented! I had the yuba hoagie, which was so divine that I finished the whole thing! If you love garlic, the toum dipping sauce that comes with the za'atar fries is unreal! I also had the cauliflower salad with the tahini dressing. The combo was unmatched! Oh, another one of my favorites is the patty melt!! Andy makes them like no other!Go try them out before they close! But hopefully enough people go so they don't close!!!“
“The place is cozy, everyone is super attentive and the waiter is very nice. The food was delicious. I liked that they already included the 20% gratuity for the service. I would visit againDietary restrictions: They have food items for people with certain allergies“
“This is my favorite place to come for takeout, I probably visit way too often but the butter chicken is SO good and they have great prices, a ton of variety (the krispy krunchy chicken is always good and so are the sandwiches!), and they are really nice! Would recommend!“
“Selected this spot after seeing great reviews. Did not disappoint. Ordered the chicken cheesesteak with cheddar and all the add ons, ribeye cheesesteak, onion rings, and fries. The sandwiches were delicious and hearty. And let me tell you about the onion rings- they were out of this world. The best onion rings on this planet hands down! ?? Portion sizes were great. The staff was helpful and accommodating as well!“
“The best BLT in the world. Super cute clean restaurant. I came with my obnoxious dogs and baby and she was so sweet took my order and brought it out to me. I LOVE this place ♥️♥️♥️Vegetarian options: Menu is veganKid-friendliness: My baby and I (plus dogs) were on a walk and stopped for take away.“
“I enjoyed the diner atmosphere with great quality food! It nice to have plant base vegan options since family member follow a raw diet! It is hard to dine out at times. We have found our new hot spot! BTW meatloaf excellent! Definitely had a different taste than normal diner meatloaf.Dietary restrictions: Great options for plant base vegan diets.“
“My son and I were in the mood for good burgers. Google suggested this location, so we gave it a go. You walk into the bar area and are greeted with a smile and told to sit wherever you like. The menu was not large, but it was still pretty difficult to pick from the interesting, creative, and deliciously described burgers. My son and I decided to split our top 2 picks. The buns were light, and the burgers were surprisingly easy to go down. We were both astonished how quickly we took down the breakfast and classic burgers. The fries were well-seasoned and cooked well, and the shoestring onion rings were a nice treat. We ended the meal with some fried oreos that came with an amazing dip.We are planning to return to take on some of the other burgers on the menu!“
“My favorite dive bar in the city. Nice vibe, chill. Great local beers selection!!! And they are a bar with Real Food ? Also, it's all about go Eagles, go Sixers, go Phillies. The most affordable good wines I've found in the city so far. Also all the rest of the food and drinks at a reasonable price ?Notice that even though their name is Good Dog u can only bring inside Service Dogs, not pets.“
“As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find meat-free brunch options that can compare to traditional items. Sidecar Bar is the best brunch i’ve had in Philly! I got the Hippy Benny and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The ingredients were fresh and the potatoes were incredible. I went with a large group and some other favorites were the pancakes, the breakfast flatbread, and the Texan Benny. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat while still remaining casual and family friendly. Our server was friendly and attentive and it was all around a great experience! Definitely make Sidecar Bar your next Philly food destination!“
“One of my favorite spots in the city to grab a quick cheesesteak. It's not the best cheesesteak in the city, but quick service, and delicious food. They also offer gluten free buns for those with dietary restrictions.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bun option“
“Had not been here in many years since Nikki use to be our waitress and her mother was hostess manager who always made strawberry milkshake for my daughter.....fast forward we came in were promptly seated in back room which I was happy about less crowded, older lady seating us asked what we wanted to drink and said our server Jacob would be over in a minute. She brought our drinks and he promptly arrived, greeted us and answered our questions and took our order. Soup was hot and delicious and the bread was fresh and butter not melted and refrozen like many places recycle customers bread and butter. Food arrived hot, juicy, nice size portions reasonable prices. Jacob kept checking back on us, he was prompt to get refills and ask if we needed anything When came time for deserts our first two choices he came back and said manager said they were old and would not serve, A+ for honesty. Only problem was older man on register seemed to be unsure having problem with credit card... Everything was so good.We came back again asked for Jacob but this time we were sat out front. Right from get go it seemed different, the older guy that had problem with credit card seemed to be a bother seating us, seemed unsure who was working what tables.Jacob was prompt and friendly and food and service were great in fact my meal was filling which for me is a rarity. I did force myself to get desert because they looked so good and it was to die for and worth the price. My complaints for second visit All stem from the other staff: first there were three Hispanic employees 2 females wearing masks under their chins (which makes you look like idiots) who seemed sick yet were not wearing masks properly and were wrapping the silverware and Spanish guy with mop all hanging out front jabbering in Spanish the whole time (this is very disrespectful in my opinion), and the other problem is the waitress who was constantly bitching and complaining about the time and 1 hr left and customers coming in before closing and about other employees that did something she didn't like.....I don't want to hear staff drama, see goofing off and I don't want to hear all this foreign jabbering this is America speak English!! When you do that you give the appearance that you are talking about people and or don't want them to know what you are saying. It's very shady and sneaky and good way to loose customers. Keep that nonsense in the back of the house!“
“I have gone here a few times. their menu is very interesting and unique and has something for everyone. the food isn’t the healthiest so go at caution but it is very good and they do have great ratings for up and coming small restaurant. very good overall. great experience.“
“Their house baked everthing rolls are very good, but in my opinion should be a little bigger to handle the large amount of shaved brisket they use on their cheesesteaks! Or just give you a fork, or alot of napkins. Either way, it's a great cheesesteak!“
“What is this place ?? You maybe asking yourself and the answer to your question is……. HEAVEN!!!!! This place is Heaven I mean the phillthy cheesesteak was immaculate. It was so good that I had to stop halfway into my meal to call and say how amazing it is thank you Sandy so much hope I got the name correct. Oh I also got it DoorDashed and it came so perfect still ????????“
“The chicken cheese steak was very good. The Southwest chicken roll ups very good and the Healthy bowl also very good! Highly recommend this restaurant, it has great food for everyone! We did take out, they were fast and easy!Vegetarian options: Large salad & healthy bowl selection.Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of store.Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren loved their food.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out“
“Honestly randomly dropped off an Uber passenger here, who ended up dragging me here. Detour.worth it! The food was amazing, drinks were legit. Love this place I’ve been back numerous times since. Cozy dives local pub, everyone here treats you like family.“
“I haven’t even left the parking lot yet and I have to start writing a review! I stopped in after a long day of running around for work and grabbed a falafel wrap. All I can say is wow! This meal absolutely blew me away!!! The falafel was moist, well seasoned, and flavorful! I will without a doubt be back.“
“The service here is amazing!! The staff makes you feel welcomed and “part of the neighborhood”. Molly and Collin are the kindest humans and always are looking if you need something. Definitely recommend for a good time and a good neighborhood spot!“
“The ambiance is superb, I highly recommend this black owned restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Shaw (owner) for her professionalism and hospitality. We all enjoyed your delicious food. The evening was everything we hoped it would be. Support Black Businesses.“
“Pat, the man!! First time there tonight and came due to closeness of location and reviews… but blackened chicken salad and wings to go were both A+Pat’s presence and convos were representation of what a local bar should be! When you walk into a bar and don’t feel awkward to hang by yourself and enjoy a moment… this is the place to be. I will be back soon, thanks for a great time!“
“Great place for Korean style chicken wings and sauces! Friendly and fast, but not too fast, service. This made the food real good, tender and juicy! Not dried out! Sauce was sweet, garlicky and spicy all at one go! Loved it! ? couldn't stop eating!“
“My old job ordered from here and I had to go back. This pizza is good! Very flat bread crust. The kind you have to dust your hands after picking it up. Good quality cheese and pepperoni too. Really reminded me of a good New York slice. They were nice too. Literally 50 feet walk outside of the chinastop orange line station. I ate inside and they do have seating but I got the last one. Will definitely be back ⭐️“
“Let me tell you guys!!! This place is 10/10.. the food was sooo epic.. our server, Jenna was awesome .. she was so patient and explained everything in the menu in great detail.. thank you Jenna!!! Also the atmosphere was sooooooo elegant and the food was exceptional ♥️ I can’t wait to go “
“Friend wanted to go, never had heard of it.Beautiful building and atmosphere there. Food was excellent and a great choice of beers. I'll be back.Dietary restrictions: GF options also. Fries unfortunately are not.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible.“
“Want some great food without the huge price??? This is the spot. The burgers are seriously ?!!! The guy behind the counter was super friendly and helpful for a first-timer. The place is small but super fun and bonus points for having streetlight manifesto on when I walked in!!! Won't be my last time here!“
“Jennifer Anderson (GM) is the nicest human. There was a problem with my order (two people had the same name for two deliveries) and she personally made sure that I got a replacement. She is a 10/10 human and the restaurant makes AMAZING gluten free pizza. Very safe for people with celiac diseaseDietary restrictions: great for people with celiac disease“
“I’ve had takeout a few times here. OG is in my rotation. They can occasionally have a miss but it’s worth a try. Pizza here tends to usually be on the doughy / thicker / floppy side yet is still oddly “thin crust” style? It has a bit of an identity crisis. It can plausibly crack a top 10 pizza in Philly on a good night depending on your preference but it wouldn’t grab a top 5.“
“The pizza here is amazing! Thin-crust style that gets better with every bite. What's even better are their carryout deals. You can get a small cheese for only $7! It's a 5 minute walk from Temple University campus and they are open until midnight. You won't find a pizza better deal than Lil' Trents in Philly! The employees are awesome as well and will sometimes give ya free slices!Their desserts look great as well. This is the only place I will order pizza from now on.“
“Kid Rip has a decent beer selection, a great beet salad and sweet potato fries. A good place to come later at night after my work shift, looking for healthier vegetarian food.Recently they had Maine Brewing Co Little Whaleboat on tap, and where there is a Maine beer on tap, you'll see me lol. The service has been better lately. Cheers!“
“Our whole group agreed when we sat down at Two Robbers, “this place is immaculately clean.” Over the next 2.5 hours we received diligent and compassionate care from a classy bartender named Doris and a cool floor manager named Lexi: they were knowledgeable and always put the customer first. Our group had reservations across town, but we did not want to leave. Highlights of this really cool hip spot, aside from the stellar service, were delicious refreshing drinks and the best loaded fries I’d ever had. Wish I had more of the food. If you like organized kitchens, take a peek into their passthrough. Nuts were kinda soggy, but that might have been how they were supposed to be.“
“Nice little place. Service was excellent. Prices reasonable. Interesting "design your own burger" with several choices of patty (including Impossible and chicken), several types of bun, lots of premium add-ons. Would have been better with leaf lettuce instead of shredded, though. Fries were really good. Will definitely go back.“
“This was the highest rated cheesesteak joint near my hotel and I can't say that I was disappointed! The shop is a hole in the wall and it might not look like the best place for cheesesteaks since they've got pizzas by the slice waiting at the counter. After my first bite, I was impressed! The steak was juicy, the "cheese whiz" (melted nacho cheese) gave the sandwich a touch more moisture, and the bun was fresh, soft and chewy. The fries were a good addition that made it a huge and filling meal!“
“Just went to watch open mic night. It was upstairs, and it was a smaller area with a bar and seating. It was a little hard to move around as the room filled up. May wanna get your drinks as you enter. Didn't have a chance to try the food. Had a good time and will return.“
“Wonderful family-run place. Okay I gave it five stars for atmosphere and I understand this is Reading Terminal Market it's not fine dining. But for a dose of a little rough-around-the-edges Philadelphia culture, the Terminal gets 5 stars. As for the food, my corned beef special was the best corned beef ever. It was unbelievably tender and delicious. If you're not super hungry you can get two lunches out of one sandwich as well.“
“Love this place....always have. been going there over 30 yrs since Johnny's dad first ran it....God rest his soul.....ND now johnny doing an even better job with it....I have about 4 generations going there...the food is always hot, fresh ND always on POINT...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK....HIGHLY RECOMMEND..Parking: Plenty“
“Fast service, delicious breakfast food, and kind staff. Just a lovely place overall. It’s located inside a hip, open-concept food court. The bacon, egg, and cheese was crafted with a lot of attention. The cheese is folded into the egg and the bacon is crispy without being burned.“
“I got the Philly dog. It was phenomenal. The fries were cooked to perfection could use some seasoning but other than that I have no problems. The guy at the front was extremely nice explained some of the dogs. Definitely coming back. Not too pricy but definitely worth “
“Staff was warm and welcoming. Food was served quickly and tasted awesome. My wife had the Harvest Burger and sweet potato fries and I had the Harvest Burger with the Jersey Shore Handcut Fries. Just the right serving size and cooked to perfection. Will most definitely go back. If you haven’t been here ….. get here. It’s worth it!!!“
“Desmond was so sweet, friendly and helpful! The food was fresh, tasty and clearly of good quality. We devoured a basic B with cheese meal with sweet potato fries and a kale lemonade, and a smokehouse burger with with a side of fries and onion rings. No joke everything was delicious. I will happily come back. Also for such a tiny shop they have a beautiful seating area to the right of the counter. We loved it!“
“Our initial visit, and we'll certainly be back. Arriving early, my wife and I relished a peaceful dinner for two before the Friday night rush. Started with a well-crafted Manhattan and a beautifully presented plate of oysters. The lobster roll surpassed my expectations, marking it as the best I've had in a long while. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Cadillac cheeseburger. For dessert, we shared an apple cobbler. Our server, Katrina, was attentive and friendly, ensuring our food arrived promptly.“
“On our annual Philly party trip, we lucked up and found Green Eggs Cafe just steps away from our hotel (Royal Sonesta). If I lived in Philly, this would be one of my favorite breakfast spots for sure. We didn't have reservations but we were able to snag a couple seats at the very large bar. Green Eggs is deceptively large, with a whole separate section to the rear. As far as brunch food goes, Green Eggs can't be beat. My friend ordered the French toast sampler and I went for the Chicken eggs Benedict. I've never had that iteration of the Benny, man was that thang GOOOOOOD!!! My friend said the French toast sampler was better than any dessert he's ever had!The reason Green Eggs didn't squeeze a 5 out of me, for one, it's a cash only establishment. Who carries cash these days but they do have an ATM on site. Second, for some mind baffling reason, they have a manned hostess booth OUTSIDE in the freezing cold. Why in the world would they do that? It literally was 35 degrees the day we visited.Other than those two hiccups, we enjoyed Green Eggs Cafe thoroughly and we'll definitely be back next year!!“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger King, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the tasteful decor that added a touch of warmth to the ambiance. The employees behind the counter greeted me with genuine smiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. One aspect that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restrooms. It's often an overlooked detail, but the immaculate condition of the facilities reflected Burger King's commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the establishment. Now, let's talk about the food. Not only was it cooked to perfection, but it was also served promptly and with care. Each bite of my burger was a testament to the quality ingredients and attention to detail that Burger King prides itself on.Overall, my experience at Burger King exceeded my expectations. The combination of friendly service, cleanliness, and delicious food made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burger King to friends and family looking for a satisfying meal in a welcoming environment.“
