“We moved to Basking Ridge 4 years ago and found Red Oak Grille next to our rental. It reminded us of our favorite go to restaurant in Texas and it never disappoints. On our last visit our waitress was busy and to our surprise she comped our first beverage order due to a delay in taking our order. Who does that?! If you have not gone to Red Oak Grille I highly recommend you go as soon as you can! As it gets warmer make sure you sit out on the deck and take in the beautiful golf course views! Great service, food and views!“

“Great meal overall. Chips and guac were expensive, $15. Limited chicken items other than fried chicken(which my partner got and loved), and a chicken quesadilla. Ended up getting the kale salad which was AMAZING. Best kale salad i've ever had, and can't stop thinking about it. Service was great too, and very friendly and quick. Fun ambiance, always busy. “Great selection, clean, open, easy to navigate so I can get in and out quickly when buying nice wine as a gift. Open easy parking lot with less risk of crashes than nearby liquor stores! I drive an extra 10 minutes to this liquor store because it’s so much less stressful“

“We enjoyed our evening here. The food, and the atmosphere, and the drinks were great. However, the service was not up to par. Our server did not check on us once we had to continuously wave her down to get her attention to get more food and drinks. The servers need to make sure they check on the customers more often. Also have a better attitude, our server was not warm and friendly. We were left for 30 minutes unattended, and then we had to waive her down always to order more stuff.“
