“We've been meaning to to try so many of the new restaurants in the area. We finally got here for a late lunch today. Not surprisingly on a Thursday at 2PM and snowing, we had the place to ourselves. It was fortunate because the woman who took care of us explained everything to us in detail. I wasn't familiar with the Kurobuta pork. Apparently it's known as the, "Kobe beef of pork." All their pork come from Berkshire pigs. They come from a farm in Jersey. I'm guessing North Jersey. (Lot's of cool info if you Google them) Cooking is done using White charcoal which is used in traditional Japanese cooking. We started with the crispy cauliflower. It had crispy shallots & tahini vinegarette on them. They were delicious! Then the Shanghai bao. Filling was pork. (naturally) So delicious and juicy! When you slice them in half watch for the juice to squirt! We ordered six skewers. Two with pork jowel (cheek) Two regular pork and two fish. Again, delicious. i also had a bowl of spicy miso ramen. Our server explained how the broth is simmered for eight hours with pig bones and marrow. I could tell as the broth was very rich! That was it for us. We were both very full and i even took half of my ramen. We can't wait to return and bring friends! Highly recommend! ✌️”

“I held a celebration of life in the private dining room. In addition to the food being plentiful and delicious the wait staff were all excellent. I would recommend the Cloverleaf for any special occasion function as well as regular dining. They provided the best venue possible”

“Where can one find fish fresher than at this restaurant that is a fish market during the day? In my opinion, nowhere in this area does the seafood in this area compare.\n\nThis is our third time here in four weeks, and they haven’t disappointed us. Incredible service with an extensive menu at fair prices, this place is a must to try.\n\nKenny, not sure if he’s the manager, apologized for running out of steamers. “I’m not sure what it is but the couple of times we order from here they somehow mess the order. Just today I order something so simple yet they gave me a small instead of large. They didn’t over charge me but I order a large for a reason.”

“I have not physically been to their store, but have watched their TikToks and live stream.( J did an absolutely stunning job with the cakes she was making today. She did happy birthday cakes, to streamers, to a gory unicorn cake that represented a Halloween theme. She is very fast handed and very detail oriented when it comes to making those cakes come to life! She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! We also were able to see her role from cake making, to her customer service abilities. In my opinion she was pretty kickass! She is very spunky and very funny. Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself! Don’t listen to others opinions until you have witnessed them, their cakes, and other goodies for yourself. Not everything online is what is seems! Go check them out!(:”

“We chose to have Calandra's Bakery make our wedding cake, and we are so glad that we did! From the moment we came in for our cake tasting, we could tell this was not their first rodeo. They came prepared with a layout of cake options. We ended up choosing the vanilla cake with vanilla custard and fresh strawberries, and it was super delicious to eat on our wedding day. In designing the cake, there were a lot of options we could mix and match/choose from which made the process super smooth for someone who didn't know what she wanted originally. Highly recommend getting your wedding cake from Calandra's.”
