“Keens Steakhouse is a MUST visit for great food, exceptional service and a unique dining atmosphere that hearkens back to its roots.Everything was delicious! I had a T-Bone and it was perfectly grilled. The carrots soaked in butter were amazing! The wedge salad and bread border on addiction inducing! For dessert, the creme brulee was outstanding. While we had a blast, we misunderstood the bottomless brunch deal: on top of paying for an entree, you can get bottomless drinks for 90 minutes for 30 something dollars, which when you look at it you better be drinking A LOT for it to make financial sense, so be warned.“
“I love this original location of p.j. clarkes! i've been here so many times it's hard to rate just one time. the service is always on point and the food is consistent. an elevated gastropub menu focused on a raw/chilled bar. but don't skip the burger and the chicken pot pie, both is which are fantastic. the bar area is first come, first serve, and reservations are taken for the main dining. even without a reservation a wait for a table isn't that bad. plus the red and white checker table cloth is such a fun novelty. oh and did I mention the martinis are big, nice, and cold?“

Not in the sense of taped up paper leprechauns or a tinsel HAPPY SAINT PATRICK'S DAY banner, but rather campaign photos of John and Robert Kennedy, as well as other candidates for office going back more than 100 years. It's one of the oldest bars in New York City, and decorated with historical markers, play tickets, political posters and buttons, as well as a painting of a naked lady! Your choices for drinks are light ale or dark ale. They make good sandwiches, too.“

“I have been going to one bar or another for over 50 (!) years, but my search for the best bar has ended. Deacon Brodie's is small, dark, beautifully decorated, and employs the three best bartenders I have yet to encounter (particularly Chris). While you can't get food here, you can get expertly mixed cocktails using the finest quality garnishments and an ever changing choice of beer. Two freshly refurbished bathrooms as well. A terrific place to hang out.“

We ordered cocktails which were tasty and a few apps (calamari, hummus and tuna tartare) and entrees were their beet salad and mussels dish. Everything from the ambiance to the drinks/food and service was great. I wouldn't call it high end luxury dining but definitely worth the money and time especially with the views. The one thing was the bathroom was small for such a place but we had no issues during our visit and it was very clean.
