I mean KB’s chef understands important little techniques as cleaning Your meat,
And probably in lemon/lime and/or vinegar or other such citrus based marinade solutions—
Why do I say this—You can taste the difference in their meat 🥩, on top of their specific marinade flavor profile! Whatever their using. Might be a pesto based typed marinade who knows!!
All I know is You guys and gals gotta report there!

Lol….authentic Jamaican food is definitely a big plus for this location. They give you many options aside from their famous rice and peas with a side of chicken. They also have a variety of soups on their menu. Their prices are very fair and for that reason I will definitely be back, and this time for some good ol’ oxtails! The baristas are efficient but still friendly, which is not easy to balance. My caramel latte was made perfectly, not too sweet, and the espresso was rich. The shop itself has a nice open layout with plenty of natural light. Despite the crowd, it never felt too noisy or chaotic. I grabbed a croissant too and it was buttery and fresh. Prices are fair, especially considering the quality. It’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing coffee to go or sitting down to enjoy it. I’ll definitely keep coming back for my morning coffee.”

I stopped here for my lunch while on route with my job. The customer service is good! The food was ok tho. I got a small stew chicken, and the chicken wasn’t really stewed. My was very cold, as if it has been in the fridge, but my rice and beans were fresh and hot. Wasn’t digging that. Also the chicken wasn’t as flavorful as I thought it was going to be. Wanted to give 5 stars because I support Black Business of all nations/ cultures, but serving me cold chicken is gets a bad review. Other than that, it was ok.”

I live out of state, but whenever I'm off to the airport, I call ahead either the same day or the day before, and they always hook me up. I used to detour all the way to Queens for some grub before flying out of Newark. But ever since I found Cynthia's, Queens is dead to me! I've saved $40 in tolls, and you bet I spend every dime of it on more Cynthia's food. Honestly, it's the best investment I've ever made—my stomach and I couldn't be happier!

Y'all, we talked about the chicken and how good it is. We even stayed until a fresh batch came out. We laughed and brought up memories of the 2 staff that were still there since our younger aging, me now 50. The point is to get there and get THAT CHICKEN!!
