“Fast , efficient and excellent service. The best ramen in financial district have to hit up this space every time I visit NYC .Vegetarian options: Vegetarian miso ramen with plenty of veggies and tofu.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves this place and always ask to come here to eat when we are in town.“
“Caravan Uyghur Cuisine is a locally owned halal restaurant in the heart of FiDi. They offer authentic Uyghur dishes and appetizers. For dinner we ordered the Big Chicken plate and the spicy beef noodles. The quality of the food makes up for the delayed wait time in service. Expect a wait, but the quality of the food is worth it!Dietary restrictions: Halal options available“
“Definitely not your average Thai restaurant. The whole restaurant feels like a one-man passion project, and I mean that in the most earnest way. Don't go in expecting the dishes to be whipped up instantly, but the creative food and friendly service is absolutely worth the wait.“
“Seriously the best pho place that I’ve ever been to!!Pho has really tasty deep broth and there is so much meat or seafood depending on what your order is. Not only pho is really good, spring rolls are also very fresh and tasty (seriously the best) and fried rice and pork chops are top notch! My entire family has been coming here ever since we found this place (we used to come here twice a week). Thank you so much for the good food and kind service!!“
“This place was pretty good, service was not so good. My husband ordered fried milk fish but we ended up finishing the meal without the fish. We ended up cancelling it since we never got it. We also ordered sweet and sour pampano and oxtail sinigang. Both were good but the oxtail sinigang had 1 big oxtail, and 3 small ones. I DONT THINKIT WAS WORTH $28, not worth the price.“
“Found this place accidentaly on my lunch break. Place turned out to be nice. Staff was friendly. Place is small but efficient with extra space on the back that is utilized by the restaurant. Asked for my popcorn chicken to be mild spicy and for my veggie ramen to be medium and they did it exactly how I wanted it.“
“The owner is super professional and nice to people, all their dishes are authentic from northeast to southwest China. The restaurant decorated warm and beautiful, makes you feel at home dinning room. If you are a MU fan then would get a surprise gift.“
“Best curry Ive ever had. And it is my go-to order. I got extra spicy and it is the perfect amount of spice if you are into spicy I recommend. Will be going back for the scallion pancakes with curry sauce on the side. It is small but its worth the wait or get take out.“
“Such a great family owned restaurant! We got: app (fried chive, crab Rangoon) meals (yellow wonton noodle chicken, chiang-mai know soi) dessert (coco/mango custard). Everything was delicious! Atmosphere is super cute & festive. Very clean. Staff was kind & efficient. We visited on a Sunday afternoon. Great prices & excellent portion sizes. Definitely recommend for a date night or family meal. Thank you!“
“The food here is great my favorite dish by far has to be the curry guidon beef rice set. It’s to die for by far my favorite Chinese restaurants. The customer service is vary friendly n kind. The atmosphere is vary relaxed n has a nice vibe. Great over all experience!!!“
“As with all Asian spots, always try to time your visit when it's not busy. Interior is simple and really samples the street elements of Saigon - sheet metal, wooded sloted window panes, cafe du mond all over. Menu design has a dope ode to their Vietnamese history - important because identity plays into how authentic the food will turn out.Ordered the BBH. Clean & absolutely flavorful broth. Service was really prompt. Soup came out in less than 10m, just like how they used to speed serve at the the old Miss Saigon in dtjc. That's top tier quality & service for me. 10s across the board. I've found my new soup spot since New Thanh Hoai had to shut down“
“Let me start with the constructive feedback- and if you are still reading based on the scoring- you clearly want to try this place. -Wish there was a more accessible entry- not stroller friendly. -Wish some of their dishes came with sauce to dip in since a lot of it is finger friendly. -Wish their menu didnt label all the seafood items as vegetarian. Now the good, because a little bit of lifting and asking can help with the above! Service was amazing. Our server was super informative and guided us on our culinary excursion. Szechuan Ravioli- spicy vinaigrette so may be a little on the sour side for some, nice crisp on the outside Fried Rice- serviceable, not much to it Impossible Duck Bun - vegetarian, nice flavor profile and a good bite Vegetable Bowl - lots of veggies and a choice of noodles or rice. Get the noodles. Shanghai Wontons- we ordered this last but we should have done this first... and in multiples. My fav dish because I am a sucker for spicy peanut sauce. Spicy Vegetable Bun- also a great bun, cant go wrong with any of them really. Nice sauté on the vegetables and great flavor. If you made it this far....go! Get those shanghai wontons to start and see where your journey takes you!“
“What a difference a year makes!I came to Muteki about two weeks after they first opened and was extremely disappointed. I was fully prepared to write them off, but this past winter was cold, so I gave them another shot. I have been back at least 5 times since then, because they are delicious! This is the first Jersey ramen venue since the demise of Union Republic that is worth continuous patronage! The broths are delicious and the noodle quality is consistent and finally firm! There is a good variety for the exotics (black garlic is popular), but I also want to highlight a great selection of appetizers - some of the best bao and takoyaki I've had in a long time!“
“The food was so good! I’ve been to Bangkok and Phuket, plenty of times and this place really captures the authentic art of Thai cuisine. Will definitely be returning to try more of what’s on their menu!Parking: Plenty of spots around the restaurant.“
“I have been around a lot, lots of places in the US and around the world, even Tokyo, and let me tell you, this place got to have the best ramen in the US, its taste and consistency are very close to the ones i tried in Japan, you will be delighted and satisfied. I live in DC and every time I go back to Jersey, I always bring myself back to this amazing ramen place. Also their rolls are great! I still gotta try their sushi :) Overall 5 stars ⭐️“
“Very impressed by their flavorful curry dishes, and very friendly service! Would absolutely come back to try more of their menu!4.5/5 Massaman Curry -- loved the spices in this curry (very mildly spicy - especially great for those who have a lower spice tolerance), roasted peanuts and fried onions were a very nice touch as well.4.2/5 Penang Curry -- also very flavorful, 2/5 on the spicy scale, tons of beef and veggiesBarstool counter seating with quick service and attentive staff members!“
“Have been coming here for a month high quality food and such a healthy option I recently had a misunderstanding and upper management took care of me and showed my so much love and genuine care for their customers thank you so much for this “
“This is another hole in wall place that we found and thought was a gem. Everything was so good. Basically a hot bowl of noodles soup. They bring everything out in their own little bowl and then you put them all in the boiling soup. You can also ask them to cook everything before bringing it out. We ordered their frice rice which we very nice too. Rice was very fresh and has a nice aroma. The place is small but clean. Better get there early or plan to wait. You go up to order and they will bring to you but tip is not required.“
“My family and I enjoyed the food. The Pad Cashew Nuts was delicious! My kids liked their chicken skewers, Thai fried rice, bubble tea and lemonade. Nice atmosphere, reasonable prices and great customer service.Kid-friendliness: First time my kids eat Thai food and they enjoyed the chicken skewers, chicken wings, fried rice, lemonade and bubble tea.“
“I like e noodle for their HK style food. I feel like everyone's preference for soup dumplings are different. There are some days I crave a thicker skin but, e noodle makes thin skinned XLB!! It makes me feel less guilty eating so many !!! They're filled with soup and pork. I also like their stir fry beef flat noodles. Another must get is the peanut noodle and hoisin rice noodle rolls, I loveeeee this!!!“
“Aaran and Gracie, are amazing every visit!! I love them so much that I would only sit where they serve! They give great recommendations! The food is always hot and the service is superb! My favorite meal is a the super duper spicy miso ramen with pork belly, an extra side of short rib, x2 eggs, sometimes just one egg. The meals are so fulfilling. I had devoured it prior to writing this review. Today was the first time, I’ve tried the Panko shrimp. Yes, it’s crispy, lightly seasoned and just the right crunch! I’ve enjoyed this meal tonight with an Ani Bottle of wine. This spot is a Boyb! Thank god Aaran told me after so many visits. I did notice my Uber Eats and Doordash account, I order takeout 2-3 a month and eat in 3 times this month alone. I love this location and service!“
“I do not usually like food truck food, but the food here is soooo good. They now make these wraps that taste amazing, as well as this chicken vegetable soup. Ali is such a personable person, and he keeps the truck very clean. You definitely have to try the wraps and the soup.“
“Aroy D Thai Restaurant in Verona, NJ, stands out as an authentic Thai dining experience with a diverse menu that caters to vegetarians and vegans. While the restaurant may not always accommodate those with allergies, the variety of vegetarian options makes it a go-to spot for plant-based eaters. One of the highlights of Aroy D is their commitment to providing flavorful vegetarian dishes. I have enjoyed their Thai Green Curry, Thai Red Curry, and Penang Curry in the past, which were rich in traditional Thai spices and offered a delightful culinary experience. However, I must note that there has been a recent change in their policy, and they no longer agree to prepare these dishes without corn starch and soy sauce, limiting the choices for those with specific dietary restrictions and allergies. Despite this drawback - I miss having my curries - without allergen corn :( , there are still plenty of delicious options for vegetarians. The Summer Rolls are a refreshing and appetizing starter, filled with crisp vegetables and served with a flavorful dipping sauce. The Vegetable Fried Rice is a personal favorite, boasting a perfect blend of textures and tastes. Additionally, their Sticky Rice with Mango is a sweet and satisfying way to end the meal. Aroy D's Rolled Coconut Ice Cream is a delightful treat when available. The combination of coconut flavor and the unique rolling technique creates a visually appealing and delicious dessert that adds a perfect finishing touch to the dining experience. While it's disappointing that they may not be as accommodating to those with allergies, Aroy D Thai Restaurant remains a reliable choice for vegetarians and vegans seeking authentic Thai cuisine in Verona. The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere contribute to an overall positive dining experience, making Aroy D a place worth exploring for Thai food enthusiasts, especially those with a penchant for plant-based options.“
“The dishes were all came out with extremely large portions and tasted authentically. The services were also great. We got complementary hot jessamine tea in that rainy day, and it really warmed us up. Strongly recommend the sesame sauce and garlic seasoned green bean sheet jelly noodles (which has meat in it) and the country style pork bone. And the inside environment was clean and quiet. The sesame sauce and garlic flavor so great, and the green bean noodles were fully covered with it. But if you are a vegetarian, make sure told them to avoid any meat in that dish.“
“I work around the area so I ordered here for lunch one day. Great price on the lunch specials. Even though I ordered my meal to go, I felt like I was eating at a 5-star restaurant. The presentation was elegantly done, and the taste was spectacular.“
“I got the clay pot pork and it was enjoyable. The dish has a caramelized onion gravy with marinated pork and includes a side salad and rice. The salad was salad, rice was rice, the gravy was the star. It was like a French onion soup with a sweet-savory pork.Overall food was good, but not mind-blowing. For $24 I would have hoped for more pork.“
“Great food and customer service. Will be back. Mouth watering spicy pork and garlic sauce. Fire sauce is amazing as long as you are aware it's spicy for normal taste buds. The ambiance was greet with plenty of tables for the space and a small corner for individual goers“
“Grab and go restaurant. for a max of 7-8 people but the food is scrumptious and not too much sodium. Like spicy? They've go it for you! Just ask... My favorite right now is Dragon Noodles without the chili and the coconut lemongrass soup. Yummmmm “
“Impressive authentic Shanghainese restaurant.Potato salad - reminds me of the taste of home. A little too salty and too much mayo though.Xiao long bao - delicious filling and thin wrap with plenty of soup. The tip on the top is a little thick thoughWon ton - very authentic, though slightly too saltySoy sauce chicken - my Argentinian friend absolutely loved it. Flavorful and tender.Ma lan tou - a gem! Didn't expect to find this hometown vegetable here. Inexpensive, refreshing and tasty. Great seasoning too.I'll come back to try more dishes!“
“Had the best time here. Ordered takeout for my future mother in laws birthday - everyone raved about it. It was fresh and delicious. Enjoyed it so much, I returned back a few days later to dine in with a co worker. Loved all the rolls and will be back again!“

“I was here to get roast pork and roast duck. The service was great but the roast pork was very fatty which I did not like but the roast duck was perfect and very fresh. The fatty pork is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars to this place.“
“Solid spot for authentic hand-pulled noodles in Brooklyn. The big plate chicken was flavorful with tender meat. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. However the “burger” was average — not crispy or flaky.I would definitely come again!“
“My go to place for sushi in Hoboken! We've ordered takeout countless times and it's always been fresh and tasty. We dined in once for a birthday (BYOB) and while it was quiet and lacking ambiance, sushi presentation was great. Absolutely loved the Trio Spicy special roll and will continue ordering from here as long as i'm in Hoboken!“
“I wanted something filling and warm. I looked online and this location was close to work and I saw that it had great reviews. I reviewed the site online and the menu and ordered the small wonton soup and fried noodles with seafood. I easily paid online through the YELP app for pickup. The pickup time was quite quick and I immediately went over to pick it up. The location faces Water Street but there is work being done to the surrounding area so you have to really be observant of your surroundings to locate the restaurant. The restaurant is a bit small but adequate for dine in. The service is okay, no one really greeted me or ask me if I needed assistance. I had say excuse me twice to get their attention but my order was ready and I took it and left. The food was great the servings were large and the soup was nice mix of broth, seaweed, and wonton. It was warm and filling. It was also not salty. Which was so nice. So many times when I get wonton soup it's salty. The fried noodles were great but it only had shrimp and the description said seafood. I was expecting some additional types of seafood. All in all it was a really good meal“
“So confused why this place has less than 4 stars. The food is delicious and the people are so kind. I’ve always had a great experience ordering from here. I highly recommend the Taiwanese beef noodle soup. This restaurant is my favorite of the cafeteria mall options.“
“Decided to give this new snack cafe a try and found they offered personal size pan pizzas (more like flatbread pizza); Ordered the Hawaiian style pizza and Fried Taro Mochi balls; My kid really like the pizza as its more dense and bread-like. The fried taro balls tasted good- especially, when eaten hot there's still that crisp sound. My meal came with a free soda- that was a plus. Hope this place does well and will become my kid's mainstay cafe.“
“Had a great family dinner. Server was fast and attentive. She had glasses for our wine out as soon as we sat down. She returned after each course and met our special GF dietary needs without issue. Food was made exactly as requested, spice, no spice, etc. Chicken Pad Thai was excellent and chicken dumplings and sauce were very tasty!Don't understand why more guests don't dine-in here.I'll be back soon!Dietary restrictions: Great GF menu!“
“We went to the American Dream yesterday and ate here. This mall is insane and the food court is even better!! We decided on this restaurant and it wA so good. The containers are so cute and travel easy without spilling the soup. We got the short rib soup and the shrimp dumpling soup. Bothe excellent choices. Everyone was friendly and the service was quick! Definitely check them out!!“
“Very good rice noodle spot that offers more of your standard fare rice noodle assembly set. They've got multiple locations in the city and this one is quite spacious. Noodles are unlimited. I really can't see you going wrong here, especially as so many of the noodle broths/flavors are similar.“
“First off pardon the white guy for adding this place. I'm assuming they've been around for a while because they have a good amount of Google reviews. I was on my way to a bubble tea spot a few blocks away and I happened to pass by this place which looked good from the outside outside of the lack of a menu out there. I looked it up and there were no reviews outside of a handful on Google which were mostly positive and as the place was crowded and there were people getting take out, I thought what the heck and I I decided to go in and there was a menu inside along with a lot of raw ingredients and there was a very nice woman in front. The place inside was very clean including the bathroom which was a good sign if there's raw ingredients. The price is as can be seen are very reasonable and I decided to go with a soup as a lot of other people were getting them and frankly a $7 crab soup is a hard deal to pass up. I also decided to order the curry fish balls and she said two orders and I said sure (as they were cheap also.) After paying I waited and the soup came out pretty quickly with a platter of 12 fish balls soon after. The rice flour cake soup contained a lot of vegetables as well as of course a lot of rice cakes cakes along with some pieces of crab. I was expecting a lot of crab for the price but it was very tasty and the crab was fresh. While I personally have never had this dish from a Chinese spot, I remember having a very similar dish in a small Korean spot which makes sense from the rice cakes aspect. The soup was comforting and of course it got a bit more flavor once I added black vinegar as well as their chili paste which had a nice nuttiness and bite to it as expected. The fish balls were cheap and tasty with a nice bounce. I'm unsure if they make them by hand but they were tasty and perfectly reasonable for the price. Not too much to complain about here. The prices were low and the people here were nice though they were probably surprised that someone liked me walked in there. Good place for a nice warm bowl of soup on a cold winter day such as today though I probably would try something different like the Fuzhou fish ball soup or something else from their menu. If it wasn't a pain to get there, I would go there a lot more but I'll probably stop by again if I can. Side note: The first part of the name of the restaurant refers to a specific part of the Sichuan area and as I did not recognize the language spoken there which is usually not the case in Chinese spots (not that I speak it,) I'm curious if people there were speaking the Minjiang dialect though it could also be another dialect as I haven't been to many parts of Brooklyn Chinatown yet.“
“Was randomly craving takeout tonight and decided to try this place. Takeout can be so hit-or-miss, and even as I was ordering I felt half prepared for a stomach ache afterwards—but I was so wrong and I’m honestly still surprised about it! I don’t think I’ve ever had fresher Chinese food in my life. It’s rare for me to write a review and I feel kind of silly but I appreciated my meal so much that now I gotta talk about it I guess! ?I got steamed dumplings and the sesame chicken, nothing fancy. But it was delicious and all of it tasted so clean and fresh—not greasy, oily, or too salty. The rice was perfectly steamed too, not wet and mushy and not dry. I ordered on Uber Eats not realizing how far away they are from where I live, but it was worth the delivery time and wasn’t too long of a wait. Everything was still warm too. If you’re on the fence because of their Google rating, just know that on Uber Eats they have a 4.8 rating with 100+ reviews. A great find, and I’m grateful. ☺️“
“This is one of my favorite no frills hole in the wall spots! It's a mom and pop shop run by a mother and her son. They make Chinese food that is more Southern style (I believe they're from Yunnan) and are consistent with their quality of food. They're cash only, super old school since they don't do delivery or have a phone number and are only open on certain days of the week (at the time of writing, 4 days a week). So be sure to check the posted store hours before you go! If you get any of their noodles it always comes with a side of their homemade chili oil and it's so fragrant and flavorful! It has a little hit but isn't too spicy. It's one of my favorite parts of their noodle dishes and honestly they should probably bottle and sell it. They have a few types of noodles: regular noodles (wheat), knife cut noodles (much thicker and they have an irregular texture) and mixian (rice noodles). Their mixian is very smooth and a good option if you want a slightly lighter noodle. I opt for the knife cut noodles when I want some texture and something heavier. They also have a few vegetable dishes that are simple but give you some balance if you like veggies with your meal. My go tos are the spicy noodle of my choice with the meat sauce or the non spicy version with meat sauce. In our most recent visit I got the spicy mixian with meat sauce and my partner got the mixian with meat sauce with an added egg. You'll see the chili oil pictured as well. I also included a picture of the stir fried cabbage from another visit! Though a bit out of the way if you're not in NJ, I've now managed to introduce the spot to two of my friends and they liked it as well! I'm always happy when I come here and we'll continue to frequent Lucky Foo. I'm so glad they survived Covid and still seem to be doing well. We'll keep coming back as long as they're open!“
